Hi 3cardbag. Im aware its not winded up and its delisted.. lets see how long it takes to get th m to list Kendrick resources. Thought i would check here as someone mentioned they got the shares in certificate form from HSBC i think it was when BMR delisted. However i was told by share centre i couldnt as was an unlisted share. Its now with ii and i was going to put in a complaint as share centre has been bought out by ii so they have taken on all of share centres liabilities.
Are you maybe confusing delisted with winding up? BMR still exists as a company, albeit with a new name now. All that's happened is that there is currently no trading platform for shareholders.
Come to think of it there is bugger all else for shareholders.
I reckon you have 2 options here. Firstly get in touch with the company registrars, presumably with some proof of ownership, and sign an indemnity so you can have a new certificate issued.
Secondly, get in touch with Alex Borrelli and see if he will buy the shares off you. After all, he insisted to me in a telephone conversation after the delisting that even at that time, the shares were worth multiples of the pre-delisting price of around 1.90p so I would imagine he will bite your hand off at a few pence per share.
Good luck with option 2 by the way.
Hi Guys. Sorry for jumping on someone else's post here. Looking for some advice.. been told by my broker i cant transfer these out as the share is delisted... Currently these are with ii (was with beaufort and then share centre and now ii- all with me not moving broker! But with buy outs etc) I transferred all shares out from share centre afew years ago other than this (as couldnt). Would any kind soul be able to advise best action from here? Im sure i was told by share centre i couldn't get this in certificate form either as was delisted... or can I? Guess the answer will be check with ii but just wanted to see if anyone else had got these in certificate form since it delisted thise many years ago. Cheers
osammyboy, that was news three weeks ago, two weeks ago it was fish and chips wrapping paper! Note that BMR/Kendrick have not published their own release, simply published Pursuit Minerals! What with BZT, GLR, JLP, TIR and XTR I don't see this as high on CB's agenda.
Aaaaaaargh!
:-/
Don't mention Sweden to EricD.
Might be worth checking this out, From Kendrick (BMR) website
20/01/2021 BMR agreement to acquire nickel and vanadium interests in Scandinavian projects from Pursuit Minerals
Os. Mine were sent to me in certificated form by HSBC upon delisting.
I have the certificate framed on the wall as a reminder of how not to invest.
They are now known as Kendrick Resources so there might be some development sometime, maybe relisting or maybe not!!
I'm going through the exercise of sorting my share accounts and was wondering whether there is any point at all in keeping the defunct BMR shares? I can have them transferred onto a share certificate and close down the account they are held in but is it likely to be worth bothering for some future value?
Sorry if it is a daft question folks!
Googled Kendrick, a parody:

Looks like we are back in business of Bungs for Licences. How this lot manage to keep a straight face as they continue to weave webs of deceit as they leverage money from pockets with lies. Talk about trolling Kendrick to death when it arrives. Would anyone invest in their latest Viking adventure.
The Sable Zinc and Copper plant which took the place of a New Build in the agreement with BMR is "Kabwe Processing" and Royalties are due from Kabwe Processing whatever is produced. That EML statement is a little odd as to my recollection JLP had the option to acquire EML and did?? We need sight of the Royalty Agreement!!
Rofert... 100% spot on.
Stephen Frank Ronaldson, as of Companies House records now, active 19 (nineteen) companies/organisations (nearly as many as CB) mostly as Secretary. List includes Greatland Gold and we all know who their non-executive Chairman is! Maybe if Ronaldson takes the Secretary role at Kendrick, although he is currently listed as Director, that won't leave a role for Borrelli! We live in hope. Kendrick Resources Ltd, incorporated 5th January 2021, nature of business, "dormant". E&OE.

D & A list on companies house is also extremely long but involves copper mines etc.
At the AGM held earlier today, all ordinary and special resolutions were passed and so the Company's name has now changed to Kendrick Resources Plc
There was no train. It was just a vehicle for unscrupulous directors to siphon money backed up by noisy rampers who helped con a lot of people. Toot toot.
the train left the station without any passengers sadly
You clearly haven't been following the RNSs over that time then.
It's all gone. Nothing left. Stolen from us.
All we now own is a poxy royalty which may or may not kick in in a few years' time.
Copper prices are now doing really well this should have been doing very good also!
Whats happening with this share?
I bought this stock over 10 years ago and still holding!
Strange statements in the GLR report. If they are no longer acquiring EML, which contains licences for Star-Zinc etc., how do they plan on taking the project forward with no licence? Unless of course it's easier to apply for a new one? What's the rush anyway,? Apparently JLP are not planning on touching the Zinc etc. for the foreseeable, so I guess the project will be on the backburner.
The only thing hurting BMR shareholders is JLP's reluctance to bring the Kabwe project online. There's little point in being promised an 11% Royalty if there are no revenues and profits to pay out on...
Taken from the above, unaudited, report issued today.
Galileo agreed an arrangement ("Arrangement") with BMR to assume the rights to BMR's Mauritian subsidiary, Enviro Mining Limited and its wholly-owned Zambian subsidiaries, which include, amongst other things the title to the licences for Star Zinc and Ka****u (zinc willemite) Projects. The Arrangement, which is subject to Zambian Ministry approval, is for nil consideration since the Company has earned-in its 95% right to the two projects. Galileo has decided to cease seeking Ministry approval and therefore will no longer be assuming the rights from BMR.
Any one know if this affects BMR, and how, or not?
Typo. Haven't
Have you noticed they keep issuing glowing RNSs about latest drilling results but still have pulled an ounce of mined gold out. Just trying to prop up the falling SP
