Lionelgreen, I cannot say I do not disagree with you.
numpty: I would be rather surprised if people were not somewhat surprised by such a totally surprise move.
Who wants to bet we buy out izingwe's % of Mokopane in a totally suprise move for 60p in the pound in the very near future? Don't think anybody would be surprised.
Apologies 57.6%. Underestimated from memory.
From the RNS
The Company will now finalise the financial provision requirements and concurrently implement an agreed revised shareholding structure, in accordance with Mining Charter III, that will see five per cent of the equity in Pamish sold by the existing shareholders (Bushveld Minerals and Izingwe Capital Limited) to the Bakenberg Community Trust, a trust established for the benefit of the local communities. The five per cent is to be vendor-financed and repaid from future proceeds from the mine. Bushveld Minerals' interest in the Mokopane Project will accordingly reduce from 64 per cent to 60.8 per cent, while Izingwe's shareholding reduces from 36 per cent to 34.2 per cent. Pamish has further committed to allocate an additional five per cent to an Employee Share Ownership Scheme once the mine is operational, which will result in Bushveld Minerals ultimately holding 57.6 per cent and Izingwe 32.4 per cent. The mining right will be executed and issued by the regional office of the DMR, on a date still to be advised.
so a bit of admin to tidy up
Ophidian
I thought, possibly incorrectly, that the mining right application was accepted.
In his interview FM clearly states that they have received a mining right. Different to an application.
Am I reading too much into this?
RNS soon to this effect?
55% ... of what
The mining right is theirs For the taking but they just need to do all the paperwork/transfers I assume to get to the magic 55% ownership. Once this is signed off, the office can give it to them officially if I’m not mistaken.
FM interview at 8.08 minutes.
Fortune says that they have recently got a mining right for mokopane.
I assume that this means the application has been granted.
Alltorque, my sincere hope and belief is that you will be the one, in years/months to come, who will be consoling others who will have bought in at future highs, whilst you are sitting on a decent paper or actual profit. BMN clearly still have a long way to go in terms of their plans and aspirations, so i hope that a more satisfying time comes for you very soon.
Alltorque you have my sympathy. Not nice being underwater. I was in that position for more than 2 1/2 years before starting to see a good return. However as an investment that really was no time at all and the wait was very definitely worth it.
Those that were around at the time may remember that I was every bit as positive then as I am now. I was far more interested in where the company was going than the short term sp. That remains my position.
The future of this company looks VERY exciting. Hopefully, if you have the patience, the share price will reflect this and you should see a healthy return on investment.
As always just my opinion.
I must agree with you Pdub
Alltorque , I'll trump you by 15K - but as knuttie points out - hang on in there and we'll be VERY happy !!
Nice to see a tinge of blue and even better seeing a little green box that I can't 'hear'!!
GLA
Alltorque not a nice position to be in but when it dropped to 1.3p I was in real melt down but now very happy as you will be with patience,
PDub - so far it has been the worst financial decision of my life - I'm >£30k down on paper, but I live in hope!
this guy...https://nkmining.com/management.html
I take it you don't mean the Hollyoaks actor ?
Thanks Paludina
@Pdub: follow the money, he mentions Richard Linnel, look him up and things become clearer
That Shapeshifters interview surely demonstrates to even the most cynical just why in 2013 I placed my trust in Fortune Mojapelo to deliver great returns on my investment.
By the way a key part of that was the Viljoen brothers. These guys are Bushveld Complex experts and at the it occurred to me that if they trusted Fortune, then I could do a lot worse than follow suit. Best financial decision of my life !!!
