Their ATM video took about a week to release i think so could be a while
Hey guy's do you think the Crux video will need editing etc so not be available until tonight or tomorrow?
HardyHard - get off your backside and stop asking others to do your homework for you. If you are genuinely interested in this info then you would easily be able to obtain it from the recent 2019 results RNS or from the SP Angel broker assessment of these results which you can find on the BMN website.
You are not the only one knuttie. Very questionable negativity, given profits announced in Final Results despite $30 million cash used towards purchase of Vanchem, production costs down and production up at Vametco, and now Vanchem production adding 30% to BMNs attributable production in Q1.
And they have efficiently managed lock down, protected cash, maintained production targets for 2020 and used shut down for annual maintenance. Oh and of course tripling sales in China where margins are much higher.
Negativity? Pull the other one.
gambitxjs, that's a great title for a blockbuster film - Mr Willis (in a vest!) could be the lead ?!!

I am highly suspicious of your motives.
Bushveld have mentioned on numerous occasions that they want to increase the amount of Institutional Investors. What are they doing to achieve this other than attempting to hit their operational targets? Progress appears to be painfully slow.
faramog... yep, agreed. But however it works out and whatever their plan is... I think they are just stalling/waiting until they are in a position to slap some substantial storage energy contracts on the table first... before applying for any listing changes of whatever hue.
Any sp rerate from current low levels Is all based on their ability to attract institutional investors imo. And Fortune has already touched on exactly that subject in his last Crux interview and stated that’s what he hopes to bring about.
I think if they win some contracts this financial year then I expect we’ll get the news of their new listings plans shortly afterwards.
If we don’t get any BE news of contract wins then any listing news will also be delayed.
However he won’t be able to answer questions on that subject tomorrow if the answers are dependant on ongoing commercial type negotiations.
Im excited as to whether this interview signals that BMN are now ready to push more PR and investor relations. And if so, why now....
@Lindon... and don't forget a JSE requirement is SETs not SETsq... as you say, electronic (but probably just as much a soup as AIM.
Bushveld is heady to a mult-billion pound company - why dick about - just move to the main boards on both exchanges
Q: Taking in to account how current annual production for 2020 is still forecast to be as initially projected, but also the need to preserve cash currently, how does he now see the projected ambitious expansion to 8400mtV production? Will the timetable remain as is?
It's not particularly expensive but the need isn't urgent as Vanchem can function without it for the moment and if push came to shove the ore could come from Vametco. It's just given them a little bit of time to put off the expenditure.

Thanks must have missed that, does anyone know the cost and timescale in doing the PFS I assumed it would not be too expensive and with a more secure knowledge add to the share price
Hi EnricoPallazzo, no idea what or how they intend to run or bring about a joint listing but suspect they will launch an institutional/corporate only share issue. I doubt joint would have much effect on the sp in any case... but would have no worries if they did that because I think it would be seen more as a ‘positive dilution’ than anything detrimental to the sp.
But whatever they do will not make much difference to normal trading in London. No- one is going to be trying to buy shares in another currency and sell them in London or vice versa!
Allthough nothing to stop anyone doing that... the complexities, adjustments and general trading costs involved would far outweigh any gains! Many major £multi -billion companies such as Shell etc. etc. are joint listed but no- one would dream of ‘cross trading’.
Re JSE listing, this is a good question FM could answer, as it may be the the fear of dilution from JSE share issuance could be one of the drag factors on the share presently?
Again this is the complexity f the business for the market to understand, we don't need any money as a miner, other than to expand, but the plans for growth and BE will require further investment so will they take the opportunity? I am guessing there will not be a straight answer but it would be good to ask?
I do not mind capital raise if there is a clear purpose and the market understand this and value accordingly (gulp)
Cheers, Lindon. I wasn't aware of that difference. Wherever I searched for dual-listed, I got a definition corresponding to your 'joint-listed'. Are you saying that we'll stay with the same number of shares, and all the company shares will be available to buy and sell on either stock exchange?
Q. When do they expect to see any production from either of the two mothballed processing plants at Vanchem?
EnricoPallazzo, they won’t be ‘duel listing’ they will be ‘joint listing’. Duel listed companies and Joint listed are not the same.. these listings are two entirely different types of listing.
Duel listing is for two companies wishing to retain their individual identities on separate exchanges, normally happens after an arranged legal agreement or a merger of some description, it gives them some tax advantages.
Joint Listing is simply one company listed in one or more countries, which I think is where BMN intentions lie at some stage in the future.
Also in the JSE application rules is a clause that states any company that is listed on a foreign alternative exchange (such as aim) can only apply to be listed on the JSE alternative exchange. My understanding is their AltX is also electronically ... and not mm regulated.
DBush they already said they are delaying PFS on Mokopane by 12 months for cash preservation and concentrate on more immediate investments.
Numpty5,
I'm not questioning the financial position of the company. It seems customary to issue new shares to be listed on the JSE, unless Fortune prefers some other, more complex, financial arrangements for the new shares. I don't think you can simply have the same shares listed twice, so that would involve 'shifting' some of the shares from AIM to JSE. It seems far more straightforward to issue new shares and get more money in to the coffers in the process (which can then be used for further investments or to pay off any loan that have already been drawn down).
That's my simplistic understanding of the whole dual-listing process. Itt may be completely wrong.
current progress and completion date for electrolyte project
JSE listing
Lemur sale or progress
Why is Mokopane not being progressed and feasibility study under way
the old question f where the JSE shares come from eh?
interesting snippet from the UK RFB webinar,, flow batteries on ships!
Why would they want to raise additional capital? We are fairly cash rich and all projects/expansions are already funded?
Yes good question to put to our CEO. Offloading Lemur will unlock new funds and investments to help lift our woefully undervalued MCAP. Many of these investors/fund managers have strict rules about supporting any fossil carbon related businesses despite the clear benefits that VRFB will enable. Sooner BMN can offload Lemur the better in my opinion.
