Further to my earlier post when buy-in there might be another RNS's ha ha! ;-))
Wish there was a 'Very Strong Buy' option
Remember next year FTSE listing and joint listing on the JSE!
Halespur I think vast tried to do that but management no where near as good here so can see it working for BMN vast still 50/50
Good shout
Paludina - I am thinking in investing in this company, have been so negative about it before I am finally thinking of investing.
Few rough calculations but $500 million profit should give a valuation in excess of £2.
That would be quite a handy increase!
Don’t want to be too positive.
Ah ah!
This company already made over $60 million in profit last year!
No debt either!
I think I’ll buy in!
I am glad BMN are playing the AIM RNS game to their benefit and not bundling news together all in one week.
Releasing this news 10 days early will hopefully allow some momentum to build for Vanchem completion.
We could conclude any debt facility is unofficially granted, for them to mention it as the main focus for Mokopane ore with only a short time to go.
3 weeks ago this had a broker target of 80p and a buy rating, that’s before this news.
Hopefully open tomorrow at 30p+
Agreed Sanchez. I for one cannot wait for the post announcement media interviews with Fortune. Once Vanchem completes I suspect he will be struggling to stop himself smiling!
As I have said on several occasions before, this is a masterclass in business building unfolding before our eyes. Is the story now half told?
Well done also Sanchez. I honestly dont mind who predicted it, but you were both spot on!
9th October
And Vanchem is absolutely entwined with Mokopane as a primary source of feedstock, so those two simply will not be far apart. It has been a while coming, but I suspect we really are not far away from that license now. Especially considering the progress that must be being made on the DFS for the mine, and as yet we haven't heaard about any challenges to the electrolyte plant environmental approval... This company really is about to go through a huge evolution.
Just saying...
With Bushveld Energy gaining momentum and building the electrolyte plant BMN can also no longer be classified as simply a mining company. As such it should, technically, attract a higher PE ratio more akin to that of a tech stock.
Wow! Excellent news and dare I say that is a confirmed breakout on decent volume?
Weird time to release the news but I doubt whether the reaction is anywhere near complete after only a few minutes of market time. Should be a good opening tomorrow.
Paludina, exactly. RichKen and Pdub been relentlessly posting negative info for too long about company .
I did think your prediction was uncannily good Gambit. Well done with that!
At last the imminent licence is here.
@RichKen: It is so good to see that you have at last become positive about this Company :-)
Nice to see my prediction was right?? just arrived for two weeks of fun on my boat in Abu Dhabi, waterskiing this week is going to be just that bit better than normal
The potential for this mine is remarkable and will provide a huge income to the local area to help redevelopment and 57% of the profit for the mine will go to Bushveld Minerals, but remember the money is the processing and Vanchem will be 100% owned by Bushveld Minerals so for any wondering is this significant. It is truly monumental for this company. Then add on the margins for Vanadium Electrolyte and you have a company which will be generating profits in the years ahead way over $500 million per year. Our valuation is massively low tody. Is was low yesterday.
I expect a new valuation from SP Angel after the Vanchem completion and expect something someway north of £1.
It will take until late next year for the income to really start being seen but the 2020 and 2021 accounts are going to be spectacular.
If any mining company should have an ambitious PE value ahead it should be Bushveld Minerals!
Two mines, two processing plants, Electrolyte manufacturing plant and a VRFB assembly plant coming!
The mining right allows for the extraction of several other minerals over the entire Mokopane project resource area, including, titanium, phosphate, platinum group metals, gold, cobalt, copper, nickel and chrome.
As previously announced, MSA has been appointed by Bushveld Minerals to undertake the definitive feasibility study ("DFS") to mine the MML and provide a resources and reserves assessment. The DFS will be focused on Mokopane being the primary feedstock supplier to Vanchem and does not include the development of Mokopane into an integrated mine and processing plant. The Company has appointed an owner's team to oversee the DFS. The DFS is expected to be completed during the second half of 2020.
Mokopane is positioned to become a primary source of feedstock for Vanchem, creating a fully integrated vanadium producing business in a shorter time frame and at a lower cost, as opposed to a standalone operation. The expedited Mokopane development, as a possible primary feedstock supply to Vanchem, does not remove the optionality of supplying ore to other primary or secondary producers worldwide, and/or to develop Mokopane into an integrated mine and processing plant.
Fortune Mojapelo, CEO of Bushveld Minerals Limited, commented:
"The granting of a mining right application is a significant milestone in the development of the Mokopane Vanadium Project. It comes at an important time as the Company executes its growth strategy. The Mokopane Project is one of the best and most developed greenfield primary vanadium projects that is well-positioned to support the Company's growth strategy as primary supply to Vanchem, potential supply of ore to other third party processing facilities, all the while retaining the option to develop downstream primary processing capacity as the market develops and grows.
The Company will be executing, and the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy will be issuing the mining right in due course.
"I wish to thank everyone who has been involved in securing this important milestone which brings the Mokopane project much closer to production with significant job creation and overall economic benefits for the company and all its associated stakeholders."
DFS expected second half of next year, not Q2, according to RNS?
Nothing to stop us now , open at 30p
DedsyAlmomd, I didn't think they had lofts on the trading floor!!!
Degsy - Mokopane is one of the top 3 Vanadium greenfield sites in the world.
Not a good time to be shorting.
Bit of a sp rise coming.
Well roger me sideways. Never thought I would see the day!
Cannot wait to see what happens over the rest of this week.
We've had worse days.
By pure chance I bought in at 25p then went to do some work in the loft. Come down to this. How significant is it?
Well I don't think I've ever timed an investment better! Got to be 30p opening at least tomorrow?
