If Tony is planing on winding down Blu and returning investors money in September 2024 most here will walk away with a loss!
Just bought another million, see if they tell the truth this time as they don’t very often.
Blubutton has hit the nail on the head.
The last valuation for Satoshipay if I'm not mistaken was in Feb 2019... An up to date valuation is well overdue as the last one was during the time they were trying to get Micropayments off the ground.
Blu last said their holding in Dynasty was worth approx £4.6m, but potentially as high as £6m (due to foreign exchange rates) back in September 2022. Again, an up to date valuation of the business wouldn't go a miss.
Bluebutton - Excellent post!
@Gazzleberry
100% disagree
with blue star it is the ONLY way to realise the value of the company, Blue Star is an investment company, therefore its assets must be assigned a value and in this case, an up to date value.
Satoshipay value on Blue Star balance sheet is £4.7m, even with the fails and misses of late, its worth a great deal more than that.
Dynasty , well the spectacular fails and misses, can no longer be ignored, and whilst the company continues to dance to its own tune, with little regard for its investor. we are advised ( in last RNS and podcast) that they still continue to execute with vigour in their market place.
the status quo can not remain, a valuation of assets is not only required it is well overdue.
@bobsson
the formal exercise is most definitely needed for this company, its the only way a floor can be placed under the price.
as soon as the company makes progress, the chumps come in and skewer the price.
as mentioned previously Blue Star capital despite flattering to deceive on a couple of occasions, is no further forward, from a share price perspective, than it was 5 years ago.
that is damning !!,
i like the company, TF is a decent guy, but i'm here for capital gain, its overdue, after the years where the funds i have tied up in this could have yielded much more, i want to see Blue Star find a way of realising value, if that is via monetisation of Dynasty and Satoshipay, then so be it.
its time for action one way or the other.
Blue Star have already stated the valuation exercise will be conducted later in 2023. The value of the companies assets should be much greater then than today. If progress continues in Blue Star`s investee companies, and the progress is made public by them, Mr Market may revalue without the formal exercise.
Hi @slugmum
My laurels are resting on alot more than Tony's positivity.I think yours are as well, otherwise why would you still be here 5 years later ?
None of us can influence or accelerate the timescale here for valuations of blu's holdings,we just have to wait. Nothing else to be said really until we hear news..sorry.
I start to get sick of hearing that P word. 5 years plus holder here
Its all gone very stale, well, it has been for a while for Dynasty
wagodara - so you're resting your laurels on a speculative comment from Tony, great. Heres what I think... actions speak louder than words. Some sort of up to date valuation from them wouldn't go a miss. Not one of the silly wishy-washy RNS's with no attributable value attached to it.
We need news and valuations pronto - that is for both Dynasty and Satoshipay
Without that we are just going to continue sliding into the abyss
I understand many AIM investors don't like holding but that is all you need to do here. One day an RNS will drop which will transform the share price. I had a good reminder of this today when another investment in VELA which was in a similar position started to come good with a 50% increase in price (with hopfully more to come tomorrow). BLU will come good as most here know but I understand some frustration, in reality I don't mind the delay as it will allow me to add further.

@dukee
agree 100%
not entirely as normal dukee ...lol... PEN not going to plan at all !!!
would recommend our CEO Tony Fabrizi use some company funds to get a business class seat out to Malaysia to have a word with our friends at Dysentery. a face to face meeting may help concentrate minds
then on your way back , stop off at Berlin and have a chat with Satoshipay.
A trade has just gone through at 11.28:
https://www.mexc.com/exchange/PENDULUM_USDT?_from=search_spot_trade
So I have gone to MEXC and looking to do a trade, but it says trading in PEN is suspended:
Any thoughts???
From our leader's own mouth a couple of weeks ago.Relax..no need for the subtle deramping every morning @blu
Yes it's a very frustrating/depressing situation
I don't think it is much to ask for an update re dynasty
communication issues, never bode well !!
with Satoshipay ..... its all far far too slow, lethargic, no urgency.
with Dynasty ...... its non existent !!
surely prior to listing Satoshipay had a business plan, and one of those plans MUST have been to list PEN on more exchanges, improves liquidity and reach etc
2 months on , they are looking at guiding on wallets, i despair !!
i had hoped the fractured , two steps forward...one back, Satoshipay of old had gone, it would seem not !!!
i suggest everyone with an interest here contact Tony Fabrizi, email / phone and ask for clarity, the more contact he gets the more he can throw at dynasty and Satoshipay as evidence of shareholder unrest.
i'm sure good old Tony has been doing his best with both errant investee's , but the status quo can not continue , it's now beyond a joke.
A bit trigger happy

Someone tell me we going to be ok - about to up my setraline
Trade force my learning curve was steap as well. I did the research went in with a wallet choice brought some crypto and tried moving it about and exchanging it. Just trying to use it basically. I'm not speculating on crypto just trying to understand. My final choices will depend on how I'm going to use it.
Still crashing around and spent a few quid on the learning experience.
Many thanks Duke for you reply, just to clarify is Talisman able to accept PEN, or, if you do not me asking, what wallet are you using.
Many thanks
I have a couple of grand I would like to use to buy Pendulum Tokens, I have had a look at mexc to buy and it seems very confusing, and then the issue with the wallet, had a look at Talisman as recommended by Raganar, but can only see DOT mentioned an nothing about PEN, is it because PEN is on the DOT backbone that they can accept the coins on that basis.
Anybody kind enough who has been through the process who could try to walk me and other potential buyers through the process, it would be greatly appreciated. It is a bit of a minefield for the uninitiated.
@gazzleberry
concur!!
dynasty news will provide a valuation , whether it be sale or IPO..
to be fair, that's all we ask and all we require.
Dynasty £100m valuation = 0.3 to BLU and we currently sit at two thirds of that including S'pay.
i believe i started sharing my musings on Dynasty over a Year and a half ago now with regards the IPO or sale, sadly, we still know absolutely zero with regards the direction they will take, neither have they deemed fit to guide further.
"maybe a buyout or looking to float again"
they have never floated as of yet, that is the IPO aspect.
"the Dynasty news will be massive when it drops"
when , is the operative and contentious word, again this has been used for nearly 2 years now, and still we wait !
i would suggest with a NAV of 0.24, and testing of 100 day MA we should n't go too much lower, however, never say never with downside when it comes to Blue Star, we have all learned that.
i have mentioned to dukee that there does seem a distinct lack of urgency from Satoshipay with regards getting PEN on more exchanges, and they have started missing timelines again, which i really do not like, sends wrong message to market.
Tony Fabrizi can do nothing but keep badgering the investee as to when they might offer more information for his shareholders, but other than that he is powerless.
to be fair that's the state of play
TBF Blu, I'd be more than happy to see the share price rocket as I do have a healthy holding.
I just want much more of these and don't want to pay .20 for them before news hits.
I mean news has to come sometime...... doesn't it?
The Dynasty news will be massive when it does drop.
I believe things have been kept unwraps for a certain reason regarding Dynasty.
Maybe a buy out or looking to float again.
Either way i do believe Blur Star and the shareholders will win big from them.
It's why i want other to sell so i can collect cheaper share for when they finally announce valuation.
Thanks
