Just a couple if facts to consider here.
As at end of Sept 2021 there was £296k cash and as of March 2022 there was £113k cash left in the coffers. It was as clear a daylight funds would need to be raised in some way shape or form either by selling assets or a placing. Its clear that a placing was going to be the preferred option (bearing in mind the SP was around .05 at the time) But Shareholder action prevented that option on 22nd April, leaving the BOD no option but to sell something. For the record the GUILD SP at this time was around 2p and has remained around that figure since. So in reality the BOD could never have foreseen this and sold at a higher price and shareholders have forced this action for good or bad.
yh lew doesn't give a stuff about us shareholders. What ever he did it was going to dilute us.
I do see this drifting further whilst we wait, how much further I’m not sure though, watching and waiting and timing is key.
We have had an rns today steamywee
I reckon he has sold guild to pay for the wages. What will he sell next Dynasty?
the chump could have been selling at 8p and 6p several months ago. now selling at the bottom.
need news on Dynasty and Satoshipay very soon, otherwise back to 0.1 AGAIN !!!
not whilst lew is there !!!
Could've timed the selling better - price in Guild was 2.65p at one point late last month, would've got BLU more money.... Do these people in charge think at all? - my opinion...
Selling shares in Guild is what we as shareholders wanted when we voted down their intended dilution at the AGM. If further dilution hadn't been voted down, we'd probably be looking at an RNS today stating issuance of even more shares in BLU and a share price of 0.12p lol
Cannot be that excited by the future of guild if he's selling Blue Star's stock off.
Just announced a deal with Coca Cola and now selling.
Be interesting to see why they've sold.
Hope it's for reinvestment and not because he wants a new Aston Martin.
not whilst lew is there !!!!
Good to see blue stars bank balance being beefed up.
USD at support, probably not long until we know
Plenty of buys today one at least no sells
will the idiots finally get this debacle resolved this week?
it beggars belief !!!
Up +45% from lows = Bullish

Text reply from Nomad just in:
KIID was updated yesterday afternoon and company and HL speaking. I suspect its with HL to complete an internal process (but i dont kmow for certain) as i understand everything is done at the BLU end. We will continue to monitor.
I asked Hl yesterday for the name of their 3rd party provider who I believe have info from blu but not passing on to hl, to complain to London stock exchange watchdog
Deathly silence from hl
Thanks GB, just catching up from yesterday. Did you mean this site https://3commas.io/blog/supercharge-your-scalping-with-smart-trades ?
For HL acc holders still unable to make equity buys on Blu I've just pinged another text to the Nomad to say the restriction is still in place. Corporate clog me thinks . . .
