Just been announced as unconditional as they have the75% now. Looks like they will delist so I'm going to accept asap
Yes HL said same to me - but does delisting mean we'll lose our money? Should we just accept?
This was on the message from my broker
What happens if I do not accept the takeover offer?
If the offer is successful and White Bidco Limited gains control of 75% of the Blancco Technology Group plc shares, they will delist the shares. If this happens, we’ll contact you again outlining your options.
If the offer is successful and White Bidco Limited gains control of 90% of the Blancco Technology Group plc shares they will buy all remaining shares on the same terms as the offer. If this happens and you’ve not accepted the takeover offer, we’ll automatically try to accept the offer for you, so you receive the cash as soon as possible. If the offer has been closed at this point you’ll receive the cash when the compulsory acquisition has been completed instead.
this mornings rns said they had 66% so most likely is 75% and delisting. I'm waiting for a couple of days to see if anyone else makes an offer, but that seems unlikely now
Hi - excuse my ignorance but is there a risk of losing all my shares if I don't accept the offer?
I was wondering whether anyone else was still hoping for a better offer.....
Looking at the 23/24/25 upward eps revisions (+1p/+1.8p/+2.2p) in the last 8 months makes me feel that this offer is an opportunistic grab before the good news arrives and my gut says vote no and wait. imho
Some large holders are not happy with the offer price and are starting to make some noise. Could get interesting.

With £1.3million purchases of the shares today since the offer announcement, is that so a paltry 1% (£13,000) extra can be made before sale at £2.23 offer price or is it expected that a higher offer will come? Current offer accepted by the 47% highest current holders, - directors have less than 1%. 90% needed to be certain or 75% require more work to get it through with Stock Exchange regs. I am holding on for higher bid as unlikely that will go for under £2.23. Thoughts on this anyone?
Happy another with today's cash offer. Now on the look out for the next hidden gem.
Thankfully did not sell... was a good RNS, end markets remain strong
might have to take this back... recent data from phone sales and Apple do not bode well :/
BLTG has derated quite a lot - organic top line growth is not the most exciting but the co. is profitable and highly cash generative. ESG factors remain very attractive. Buyer at this level.
...today and I've had this on watch for a while but recently have been accumulating a few here too...
a few years back and bagged!Wish i had kept em for a bit longer!
...look ok to me, though valuation still pretty toppy IMV. Still, shouldn't see a drop on those figures. GLA.
....ahead of results tomorrow. I'm out, but could be interested in coming back if we see a big fall tomorrow based on disapointment. Good luck to those of you still here!
I'm out. Jeez, what a rollercoaster ride. I didn't sell on the way down (though admit I didn't have the guts to buy either) and have exited with a small single figure percentage gain overall. I wish continued holders the very best of luck here, but I'm happy to leave having got my shrrt back!!
Comfortably through £2 today. Time to reduce perhaps?
MIDAS recommendation in MoS yesterday!!
Nearly 5% of the Company changed hands today. Something going on...? I look forward to the holdings RNS.
New contract, and better than expected earnings coming. However, I think quite a lot is in the price at 145p, so letting a few go here.
