No matter what you say, you will not persuade the negative people on here to not blame PH - they're like a dog with a bone. It really is time to move on and be positive. I am also down quite a large percentage but I am trying to average down when I can afford it.
I am merely criticising your naive investing strategy, don’t ****s your pants over it.
If you want to stay locked in to a share you don’t believe in, feel free :) it’s your money.
If you knew anything about professional investing you would sell at a loss if there are better investments elsewhere.
Why keep averaging down, when you can wait for 2.8p to come?
Bill - I do actually agree with you on something :
"I still think this share could have been at 15-20p right now had it not been for the 16az nonsense" - and I believe it will be in the not to distant future.
In my opinion the RNS in December drew a line under the events of 2019 and I have read this weeks RNS several times and believe the company are developing a very solid strategy for the future.
I know that you are no fan of PH but you must remember that without him there would probably be no Block Energy, he has been associated with GOG since 2014 and I would imagine he is the vital link between Block, GOG and GOGC.
Since the W16 situation the other main Director Nial Tomlinson has left the company and four new industry professional's have been employed to strengthen the company. in all departments. As an incentive these new employees have an option to purchase shares at 11p after a probationary period - seems fair to me.
So Bill, you may not get your 15-20p immediately, but I believe you will get it and possibly more if you hang around.
We need some flow results from the wells producing, oil and gas , we should hear about these during February. Also 3D survey will confirm huge potential particularly with gas. Further confirmation and results will Drive the SP, I am not worried I’ve just used the opportunity to make top ups. With the anticipation of further news to come the sp should recover from these lows , it’s only positive results that will install confidence among investors which will drive the share price, they do look incredibly cheap.
You could be producing 5k bopd from a field that has 10k barrels so after 2 day's your resource runs out. You could produce 500bopd from a reservoir with 50 million barrels. Just a basic explanation! :-)
Nico. Echo are producing about 2300boepd from new asset and have released good update today . Valued at £15 million. Some companies are just undervalued and maybe flying under the radar. Don't forget SOU were valued close to a billion pounds producing diddly squat!
I've been a big fan of BLOE and constantly vigilant for derampers throwing shade on us- However, on post did disturb me a little and if anyone could help explain, I'd be most happy-
Can't remember who posted but it said that UOG are producing 1700 barrels a day, we are producing far less but our market cap is very similar. Can anyone explain how this is? I'd have thought they'd have been worth four times as much- or worryingly BLOE four times less.
Well what ever happens 28th of march 2020 will tell the upside of the company , this week was all about the drilling report
Tucker , you have been totally transparent since you started posting on here as Bill Tucker .
Surely by now you would know who the genuine shareholders are on here .
Perhaps not as I suspect you`re a bit thick , as well as being a bit of a nasty ******.
You are right about one thing though , I AM sitting on the fence for now before averaging down ~ AGAIN .
lol the rating of this company would be that they discovered no gas or oil and still drilling to find oil or gas.
Instead the Company has cash , fully funded for 5 wells this year , gas agreement and selling oil and new 3D survey to plan next drill.
common sense tells you theirs trolls and other reason why theirs a force sell down by market forces in order to make there holding larger as this is a good buy
BT you sound a desperate man who's playing in the wrong playground...
Sleep well ;)
Exactly T54 !
Tucker`s a twit .
Unfortunately he`s also a persistent , pernicious poster .
So despite everything this will come good ?
Otherwise you aint getting your money back. lol.
So what your saying BT is that you won't sell now because you don't know anywhere else that you can invest the proceeds thaat are a better investment tban here ?
Otherwise just cash in and put it into something you really believe in.
And that applies to all the others that can't bring themselves to sell.
Think about it and you'll see what I'm talking about.
About 20p higher than I've told the missus ;)
Stilbite, I feel your pain being in a similar situation but I'm more optimistic. Current share price hurts regardless of what's gone on this week (supply and demand my ars*). Just a little patience (I know its stretched) is required. In the next couple of months we should see money in the bank which will give us a shot in the arm. If by the end of the year we have 4 wells producing 300 generating $12m, then next year well cost is taken care of and its profit from there. We've then got the 3rd which will help hopefully not only identify good targets but the best way to get at it whilst reducing ingress. Since 16az was drilled they've been progressive with staff hires and getting kit in. I'd like to think we are a lot more street wise now. £1 for me was never ever going to be on the table my exit is much lower personally but I still think I'll get there.
I am stuck in here 75% down no point in selling may as well see what happens in a few years.
SO MANY delusional punters/investors/gamblers on here thinking this will come good.
Yes there are some good analysts/knowledgeable dudes but I honestly think, they too are expecting Jesus to be waiting at the pearly gates. We were miss-led right from day one and once trapped you're in a decision making situation.
This company is a poor oil/gas developer and will never be a 'mid tier' company... it will be a small exploration company FOREVER... unless Nelson gets his eye back that is!
How much can we sell all that water for...DOH!
Live with it.
