Well said Simon as I’ve said before iis don’t always get it right, you only have to look at the decisions made by Woodford recently.
Once again the ramping crew have not done their research.
Also there have been big buys going through recently and everyone has been jumping on the “Miton are selling” bandwagon and that the “12m iis” are still here, but like you said they might have sold out long ago at 13p and nobody will ever know since they were below the threshold. I wouldn’t be surprised that being a factor in the current low do.
Boffer give it a rest with the £12m institutional holders! The share register since the announcement of the placing has only increased by 35,062,906 shares, Amati increased from 37m to 64m, Dean Anthony Smith increased from 8.7m to 10m and Alistair Ferguson increased from 13.9m to 20m. The total of 35m increase in shares at the placing price of 11p equates to just under £4m, the rest of the shares were flipped by the financial service providers that took part in the placing or are below the threshold to declare making them irrelevant as we wont get to know what happens to them. So we only have a third of the placing shares being declared as held at this time. All the info is in the register and TR1's.
Yes bill. I was an accountant and tax professional and I just hate to see blatant lies to support a ramping position. I suppose that is why i eventually crack and criticise even where I don’t hold as here. But I own many other shares and take the same view. Welcome challenges and highlight stupid ramps. Ah well back to a Peroni. The joys of retirement ...
PrivateRyan- it amazes me the type of people you get on these boards at times, just stuck in their own little world and can’t take facts.
I have nothing against BLOE as I’m invested here, but my main gripe is the lack of and accuracy of the information the provide. This is crucial for an investor so they can make an informed decision about their investment.
Try to make people see sense or point out potential concerns and you get the usual “trying to to talk the share down for a lower entry” response, as if somehow shareprices are influenced by LSE chats. Makes you wonder the Cali red of some of these self proclaimed investors.
And people keep quoting a p e. But never answer my question how do they know it will last for years. If it’s a one sire resource the question is how much is that resource worth. BP and Shell have multiple assets and a p e is appropriate. This is a one asset company. P e s do not apply. Some crass people on here I am afraid .evaluate shares dispassionately and logically. Do not be taken in by the rampers whomhave already stitched you up once
What about operating costs and the govt share as well as uk tax?? Do your calculation again. Like I said read the CPR.
Don't worry I have also told the 12 million quid investors to now sell up as well as they know how unhappy you are at the output and how bloe wont make any money. Imagine spunking 12 million quid on a lemon. What were they thinking. Doh !!
1000 bopd with circa 30 days in a month multiplied by profit per barrel of oil at 35 dollars a barrel = ball park 1 million per month.
Nice try but too slow Bill.
Sell up now before you lose the lot. That's my advice to you. Sell up as fast as possible. We are all doomed.
Bigboffer- I can’t sell yet as I’m sitting on a big loss having bought in at 13p. Anyway I don’t do ro e who had no clue what they are talking about giving me investment advice, especially when they are wrong each time. 1000bopd does not give the company $1m profit a month. I strongly advise you read the CPR and look at the interviews again as you seemed to have missed the point totally.
Also to mention the pre-drill expectations were 3 times the expected amount at which point the investors piled in 12 million quid in and are still here. Funny that isn't it.
Bill, if you don't think its worth investing here then why are you invested here ? Just sell up and go, save yourself a fortune in losses. If you get a spare min have a listen to the CEO telling you that they are looking to be a mid tier producer in a short space of time and that every 1000 bopd equals a million per month profit to them and that if they aren't producing many multiples of this in a short space of time they will be surprised. All to paly for but if you think there is no oil, why the hell are you here ?
Biggboffer- you clearly have no idea what you are talking about or done your research have you??when have they ever produced 1000bopd?? The test results produced 1100bbl and not 1100bopd. Do you see the and understand these difference? Suggest you google it before coming on here proaching nonsense.
Bigboffer- you’re the silly one not me. If there are no issues at well 16 then why is there an external compa y looking at it? To count the barrels of oils it’s churnibg out? Anyway can’t be arsed to argue with biased stupid people, so off you jog back to the land of fairies mate.
and the bod have already told you that the 295 bopd is improving. It may well only be at 400 bopd at present and that means we only make 400K a month clear profit but just imagine if its clearing up nicely and back up nearer 1000 bopd ? Glass half full / empty ? Imagine well 2 only supds at 300 bopd, that woukd be terrible, only another 3 million quid a year profit. Imagine if wells 3 and 4 are a complete disaster with 200 bopd each ? That's only another 5 million quid a year. Good job we have no debt eh ? Not sure what people want here. We are making moneyt and fully funded and no debt. Watch my lips, no debt, money coming in. 3 wells yet to spud and gas coming out of our ears. Oh deary me.
ii's aren't going to have idly handed over 12million without doing there own due diligence and there is no way they will have handed it over based on what PH said. They will have wanted to see the figures etc
to say that PH managed to get the 12 million based on over hyping the situation is nonsense
bigboffer I don’t disagree, but the Rns in July said they had restarted production but the 295 bopd was an average from the the start of testing not from production time. You can surely understand the uncertainty on here after PH couldnt keep away from the media possibly over hyping the situation but credit due got 12million in the process at 11p a share, but at the time left too many unanswered questions
