For 22.3M warrants and an option price set at 1.7, the holder would have to be very sure the market would sustain an exit with profit. Hovering 10% above the strike price they would want the share price higher or frankly it isn't worth the hassle or the costs.
In reality to make money on those warrants you would need news and a very liquid high demand market. And in that case they would be absorbed without a problem.
As has been seen the MM's have needed stock this week, no warrants have been executed and i do not see it happening until an announcement.

All the best (an note the warrants @ 3.00p that BeanCounting failed to spot........! :()
now is the time...
Burn through that in no time.
There are 22.3m of warrants with 1.7p strike and 22.3m of warrants with 1.92p strike, all from the 2023 lending agreement. With this wall of warrants the stock will struggle to move higher now when the 1.7p warrants are in the money.
SP taking a well earned breather so we can all catch our breath before the next onslaught begins. Shares are still relatively cheap considering the future earnings of this small cap company. I would not be surprised to see a positive RNS appear this week. Hold on to your seats shareholders!!
He finally covered us last week, and has done again this week........!

My strategy is to sell a chunk of my stake at ~8P to retain my original investment capital and some profit, and the remainder will be a free carry for the huge future potential here, I find this de-risk approach enables me to sleep at night whilst also enjoying some of the fruits of the labour involved with AIM.
it all depends how many new shoes my wife wants at the time (shoe rack joke).

It feels like we can brake 2p this time and finally sail further
Without sounding rampy , I am very much matching MG , if you are happy bailing at 10-15p Rock, good on you , but CCS IS £9bn …. P3 is 1.56bn …. Even if you say - quarter of that value you are talking over 2.5bn ….. divide that into 725m shares and you are circa £3.50 share get Uber pessimistic and take another 25% off that and you are still nearly a quid … add on the expenses of £110m and you are back over that £1 mark. Your price of 10-15p doesn’t even cover claiming the expenses back and current production which is currently at guesstimate £15m per year (tbc at year end rns)
Well perhaps I'm a realist ... everyone to their own .... let's wait and see....
Differing opinions Rocklawn.
Have a real good deep dive into Block and what it has.
16p was on hope.
Today, I would suggest, is more than hope.
Today and this year can be transformative.

10p will do :)
When I first bought in here I had the idea that the company would take 24-30 months to get things rolling. Nearly five years later it would seem that we are on the cusp of "something" big. Which of the projects that are currently in the planning, development, funding or operational stage provide the much previewed "Quantum Leap" is up for debate but it will be welcomed by many LTH's on here, myself included. I know there is talk of buy-outs and £ 1.00 or £ 2.00 SP but lets just see what happens over the coming days and weeks. Good luck everyone.
Mg that's £2 per share .... easy on now ...putting a market cap of 1.5/1.6 plus billion ....take off a nought and plus 5/10p and that's more like it ...GLA
