Brian paid basic salary $500,000 bonus $62,000 (earned in 2015 - nil for 2016) Long term incentive $913,000 total $1,475,000 ($992,000 in 2015) That a 48% increase - and where is the share price????
Did you see what Brian paid himself. The man has no shame!
Virtually unchanged. http://www.comscore.com/Insights/Rankings?keywords=&tag=&country=US&publishdate=&searchBtn=GO
Now on the blinkx site. I've put a post on the advfn and and ii boards with some observations - most notably perhaps the fact that RG appears to have increased his stake since the last published holdings notice in November.
Must be nice !!!
It's called a free ride versus having skin in the game
They get them regularly and the lower price has helped as they normally sell some to pay tax and they have millions of options.. Following this vesting: · Mr. Mukherjee has 100,000 restricted stock units, 9,080,000 unexercised share options and 750,000 ordinary shares, together representing 2.46% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company. · Mr. Chandratillake has 33,330 restricted stock units, 2,487,179 unexercised share option and 159,770 ordinary shares in the Company, together representing 0.66% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
Wow. Did you see that massive set of buying by directors post results. Breathtaking. There's real belief in the future
In our SP appears to be continuing.. Long may it last...
I like that... Ha ha... Ok, it's raining, so I'm floating around the forums....what am I like! Markets dropping, grey day all round! GL
Lots of re's here. Wouldn't look at the sp except I am at work and if quiet have a quick look. Sometimes look at it at weekends. That's always good. It never goes down over the weekend.
Managed to ween myself off at looking off S/p, which was a hard habit to break....but allotment had different views so had no choice... But, as I've said, been mulling around last few days for update. I don't do any research these days, just read the informative posts and feedback from the folks I can trust here, always appreciated. When's the next update due? Any date specified? Yes, I try to avoid eye contact with my Blinky share in portfolio but unfortunately I only have to catch a glimpse of s/p and I can automatically calculate the losses... But hopefully one day gains. Yes, 100 - 20 = 80 down... Ha ha... No complicated scribblings on the back of an envelope here... Hey, no pockets in shrouds.... Or, as my auto speller just typed.... No pockets in sheds! Think that more apt and funny, end on a laugh, best tonic in the world! Good luck Rusty and the board.
Cant stop watching the sp, its just become a part of life. But, I have written it off. If it comes good great. If not I have planned that intio my life. Havent looked at statement or or traded any shares for 18 months. Not even ISAS. So quite chilled about it all. Will be interesting to see where we are in 3 months at the next update. Only some minor positivity ( to see we are on track ) will suffice. Not greedy, just like to think I am investing in a level playing field. Good Luck all.
Hi, thought you might be slightly higher than me but we've still got a long way to go.. S/p just seems to be stuck few pence up and down at the moment. I suppose folk don't want to leave their money on hold when it could be earning elsewhere. Perhaps it is just simply down to the waiting game now, roll on next year. But I do actually believe they have turned a corner this time. So, although I will stop watching the S/p shortly, I still look forward to any new broker targets... GL
about the same Joy. I think we arrived at the party at about the same time.
May I ask what you need to achieve on the S/p to break even? I'm £1.
Let's see if we get there first, shall we Rustybucket.... If it's a steady climb, that's controlled, yes...I be tempted wouldn't I But if it shots up like a rocket, in a day, I'd grab my 50 and run, couldn't take the stress factor any more. But things look promising so let's all pray for a steady rise that can be built upon. Folk don't invest anymore do they, they day trade... Makes things very volatile... Let's just hope we all reach our targets and laugh about this one day...... GL
Joy I dont believe you. When ( not if ) this hits 50p again you will think. just another 50p to get my money back, And at that time I will be getting close to break even. ( I wish !! )
Spottedlurcher If...and only if....we get to 50 I will be tempted to push the sell button. Will only of lost 50% but On the positive side, I would have recouped 50% I'm not a greedy sausage but I'd be happy to escape then. Been a long journey this and stressful. But, it's been my best teacher ever, so that's invaluable, lessons I've learnt here. But I still dream of the hat trick, rollercoaster share. Feeling more confident, so that's a good feel good factor. And yes, I know...don't get emotionally involved with a share! 5 - 10 % maximum loss on a share and you sell! Yes, got that message loud and clear folks.. Okidoky, GLA
Thanks for that Shroder, much appreciated. GL
Hi Sarge Thought you'd agree with my comments...but at least you phrased it politely! Ha ha All keeping well here, busy on allotment these days so out most of the time. But couldn't resist keeping eye on Blinky for the update. How you keeping? Well I hope?
I agree. When they say buy I do the opposite ! I did make some dosh in here in the good ole days but that is now long gone haha. I will push the sell button when u do joy ! Lol
Joy those numpties are the kiss of death and clueless ,hope you are keeping well

Okidoky, This time next years we'll all be millionaires! How's that? I need £1 just to even break even! Would of thought Blinky's house broker might put in a price soon though.... Would be nice to get a guideline but I've more faith in folks calculations from the forums than their pie in the sky prices... Seems that Goldman Sachs intervention was the kiss of death. Don't they often say that, when he recommends a buy, you better sell fast... Allegedly! Ha ha... GLA
