Correction to an earlier post, the Madrid Bolsa was operating today on moderate turnover in a range of 0.1920 to 0.1830 euros, weakening at the close.
In London, the 7 registered trades amounted to £24,000 of net buys, so has gone quiet again.
Madrid Bolsa closed for Local Public Holidays (Rioja and Murcia) on Monday 8th & Tuesday 9th of June.
Will be interesting to see if investors divert to London market and turnover increases.
Strong buying on Madrid Bolsa this morning.... 0.1910 euros being paid (17.12p) on £500k+ turnover.
Expect London to follow suit.
Here's an interview with Francisco Bellon in Elperiodico de la Energia this week. It's interesting to note that over 58% of the company's shares are now in Spanish hands, showing a strong level of interest there. Bellon also seems to be doing a very competent job as figurehead for BKY, perhaps more accessible to the Spaniards than Paul Atherton was.

Y viva Espana!
Speculation or do they know something we do not?
Active today again on the Spanish Madrid Bolsa... 18.56
Euros (16p) paid top price, over 300 trades today for 4.5m shares.... 11million yesterday....
Plenty of support to underpin the London market.
249k shares bought at 0.17euros fueling the rise.
A flurry of activity in the last 30 minutes (since 11:00am BST) on the Madrid Bolsa has seen the price paid rise by 16% to around 0.175 euros (15.5p) with plenty of 50k+ share trades.... Looks like another spike on the cards.
Subdued trading yesterday on the Madrid Bolsa (they were open on our Bank Holiday) and early today, lots of small trades. Price has dropped to an average of 0.155 euros (14p) to match our current price.
With Ramadan now over, the Omanis will become more active with their investments and likely to push for some progress, given the price of uranium has consolidated around the year's high and likely to go higher in the coming months.
Maybe the big buyer will return to snap up more on the SP weakness.
Update on the Spanish, Madrid Bolsa, market:
Moderate trade on Friday, yesterday and opening today with small falls amounting to a 10% fall from the highs of 0.19 euros.
There were no high volume single trades, so it looks like a bit of profit taking for the past month.
After a breather, once more news is leaked about progress on the permits I expect there will again be upward movement in the SP, the big buyers are still in the game.
The number of shares traded on the Madrid Bolsa since 4th May 2020, previously in the thousands, now in the millions.
Daily totals:
Mon 4th May: 9,463,102
Tues? 5th May: 19,554,976

Looks like some pretty heavy stake building in Madrid and London.... there has to be news soon.
Flundra, oh yes the market moves this week reflected their friends and relatives buying in before the gov release some positive news on permits. Not all at one go, they are not that stupid but bit by bit the permits will appear.
€87m and 500 jobs. And the rest of course. Quite a carrot to be dangling in front of the powers that be. Will they come out and bite..?
The Spanish are still piling into BKY on the Madrid Bolsa, with over 400 trades today since opening, with 9million shares for a turnover of 1.8m euros (£1.5m) ... top price paid is 0.196 euros (17.3p) with an average of 0.1866 euros (16.5p).
This coupled with yesterdays 2nd highest turnover (23.5m shares, highest 43m) and still strong today, bodes well for some imminent news.
As was noted, the big London buyer was back again late on Tuesday mopping up another 1.59m+ shares at around 17p ... he/she has now invested approx £775k+ for 4.96m+ shares (average of 16p) ... surely this will soon require an RNS if their holding goes over 3%.
Another biggie after the bell. Something's going on.
Should bounce back 200% or more on a firm indication of permitting. How likely though...
Bloody predictive text.... hand again..
Not hand basin...??
Seems strange that the Madrid Bolsa is a stronger market than the London Stock Exchange for BKY... In Spain there have been thousands of trades today with a turnover of nearly 4million euros ?? for 20million shares, with 0.20 euros paid at the top (= 17.65p at current exchange rates)... As opposed to 9 trades in London for a volume of 83,300 shares and £13,750 in value... This amount of activity in Spain must be pointing to some imminent news.... Perhaps the big buyer will show his handbasin just before the close.
Thanks Kentan disappointing that the share trade info not better! My hopes pinned on permit progress and production in 2021.
Easy,
Is your buy the 10,000 shares at 16.60p struck at 09:05:34 today?
If so, it is showing as a sell.
Never trust the trade info on this board.
Well bought, but anyone topping up be mindful of the near 10% spread.
Madrid Bolsa... Now showing 14 million shares traded so far today at an average 0.1950 euros = 17.25p.....so plenty of interest in Spain.
Added another 10,000 hence aggregate price now 31p so well in the red and a risky punt but my instincts suggest that progress on permits happening behind the scenes.
Might there also be long awaited news coming about the new CEO? Good time to appoint an influential big hitter.

The Company, the only Spain's mining company listed, looks forward to being a part of the country's modern mining history and creating long-term shareholder value.
Plenty of trades on Madrid Bolsa.... Yesterday was just under 17 million shares... Today already 10.2 million after 2 hours trading.... Prices compare with London... Last trade 0.195 euros = 0.1725 gbp
Then minutes later 30,000 buy/sell unknown.....interesting moves for what had been a down and out miner locked into a long political wrangle with an unstable third world minded government in Madrid.
