Mr invest.....those figures may well be correct, but it'll be all over if (probably when more likely) they continue to have an embarrassing amount of money coming in to stem the financial blood flow and dilution. I'll eat 2 Stetsons if these achieve anything at all financially. Red every week and i can't see that changing one bit. ....1.4p before October 1st.
@Fursake - completely agree with you, if you ask around a bit there might be some other answers for you to think over, i'm sure that some of these will become apparent in the next while.
I'm happy to buy back in down here and think that my money is safe. My money, my choice. Wasn't wrong last year, predicted the need for another at least £5M raise, £10m and 2p was a surprise but there you go, they are fully funded the BOD have great experience and connections this is the year it turns and we see what is going to come out of this new industry.
So Brian Nieder joining as an accountant is a huge vote of confidence in this context!
The latest forecasts show the cost base stabilising and rising slightly in 2021 and 2022.
2020: £7.2m
2021: £7.3m
2022: £7.6m
That seems achievable. It’s not like they’ve been asked to cut costs in half, just trim some fat and managed cost increases.
I seem to be a much more accurate guesser than you Hivedoff. That night school in business studies will help you become a better guesser ole boy.
Seriously good luck with those forecast cash flow projections Trueinvest.
An Aim Board have been known to agree to a lot of things to get cash.
There have been costs controls imposed as part of the fundraise, so forecast cash outflow has improved.
The latest cash flow forecasts are as follows
2019: -£4.5m
2020: -£6.2m
2021: -£5.4m
2022: -£4.5m
The £10m net cash raised should last for over 2 years on that basis.
Kockpit!
* ******* p I t
* ****pit
Haha! It's not just me! Brian Nieder , having been an advisor is joining the ****pit! Is he a fool? No way. An accountant is the best vote of confidence!!!!!!! Booom
@coffeecups Obviously the reason why the BoD didnt execute a placing at 8-13p is because they couldn’t plunge their hands as deep into our pockets as they could if they allowed the SP to slide gracefully to 3p before then getting a further 33% discount just to sprinkle a healthy portion of “go fork yourself” over the private investors which have been long supporters of the business despite their gross underperformance, sustained pilfering and general contemptuous behaviour.
I do love the banter on this particular board.
Wonderful stuff…
Jabber says load up!
And why?
Because they have reach of 500m gamers…
You can forget the losses:-
2019 - £5.4m lost
2020 - £6.99m gone
2021 - £7.9m forecast to evaporate
2022 - £8.1m creamed away
You cannot make it up!!!
The only company that can drive revenues (and an expensive car) and lose even more money…
What you need Jabber and Hived is for the company to stop servings ad’s completely.
They may lose less money.
£17 million minus £10 million in the bank equals £7 million for a company with a reach of 500m gamers in a hot growing sector. Bargain!!! Load up from here!
If this goes anywhere near 1.4p then I'll be more than delighted to pick some more up!! Thanks Helx for your professional assistance.
Still guessing, at least your enjoying yourself helx, keeps you occupied.
I'll predict 1.4p by October 1st. That's my guesstimate and not a wonderful winter break in sight.
Girdz,
Don't think we have long to wait, couple of months at most imo.
Buying down here looks the right price point.
No problem
For the record, I want to be bullish here again and soon as I see proof the tide is turning I will be
Ok apologies then Girdz...
Read my posts ans other posts hived - jabber I think
I am confirming mkt cap is in deed £17mil
Jabber is the one who thinks it’s £7mil
Are you lyin again Gridz, market cap is 17m today!
If that is because they have 10m quid in the bank then great, will you still be so dishonest when they have 100m in the bank?
Remember last year 5p - 8p bounced around a bit then straight to 13.5p ... lovely.
This year more shares in issue but increased newsflow and contract expectations to offset them.
Will be interesting to see who has taken these placing shares, for a £10M AIM placing it wont be retail money soaking it all up this is the jurisdiction of the II's and larger Pi's .
2p to ? p
Coffecups ALL 1.81 are buys ... this will bounce HARD lot news to come ...back above 2p in coming weeks and then back to 3-4 plus with news buy-hold be patience
Do not panic - Did the same finished loading today, sit and wait time.
Why people aren't buying in under the latest placing price is a puzzle ?
Last placing took about 2 months to burn off and go stratospheric ..... I do wonder if the price was walked down so hard to let certain key investors in ?
