Pretty much nailed it Jilson. Reward comes with risk... which is why I want more risk. Give it to me!
Short term (3 months) - surely it is obvious the SP is on a knife edge right now?
Good new contract RNS = Boom
Poor YE or dilution RNS = Crash
Impossible to call either way. In my mind 50/50.
High risk/ High reward and not for the feint hearted!
Long term (18 months +) - great potential.
In my opinion.
Draper made 410k last year. 50 salary, 60 bonus and 300, 000 in free shares sold at twenty pence, draper says thanks sheeple..
This is the fun part !!
Jabba, why are you having a go at me, I have said nothing to you. Just sticking up for Bob, now then, the way your attacking me makes me think that you have a anger issue, maybe you should seek help, this is what happens when you get to deep into trouble with share dealing, maybe it's time you gave it up old boy, you take it easy and sleep well, I know I will be .
I think you are close to the mark helx - but maybe not because of the reasons you cite... as I think a valuation of £25m is about right for where the company sits today... and hence the share price is about right.
I think there are three things the company now need to deliver that will no doubt drive the price higher if delivered...
1- That proven revenue model - elusive to date but is on it's way we hope?
2- Inventory - they need to be signing more publishers and delivering more games - they have to give the agencies wider choice and differing demographics - we have been assured that discussions are taking place?
3- PR and Communication to the market and shareholders has to improve - I am sure the company understand this now and we await change?
For me, fair value but just imagine if the above three points can be proven and delivered this coming 6 to 12 months...
This will not be a 10p stock for long.
There is a jolly good reason the share price is very low Bottmzup. See if you can work it out all by yourself.
I wonder if all you seller/bashers will sleep well at night if Bids announce an up front Plan A deal in the morning!
The double whammy was that you sold thinking price was going to collapse, then when they announced the £10m per annum two year deal, and the price gapped up, you were caught with your pants down and deeply regretted your move.
It was obvious that the low sellers were always going to bombard the discussion with claims of fraud, mates rates, deluded CEO, bad practice etc etc bla bla bla.
But the facts are that the Bidstack plan is still on track, first mover advantage and the first ``EVER`` deal of the sort announced pre xmas by any company involved in native in-game programmatic advertising.
The sp is still very low considering how the market is likely to react to any positive news...so NOW is the time to swallow that pride, accept a few pence loss, and get back in before you all feel a lot worse.
Capt hindsight, the difference between you and Bob, Bob seen the light and got out. Your 70% loss must be causing you sleepless nights, I bought in at 15p on average and I was having sleepless nights and I had about 8% of my pf invested in bids, so I don't know how your sleeping, I think your that hyped up at the moment, your taking your frustration out on Bob. It takes nerves to sell out at a loss and I know, I sold at 12p with a loss, so I admire people who can say, yes, I sold out at a loss, it maybe an expensive lesson, but least we can have a great sleep at night.
How ever, I am not finished with bids and I will make my loss back from bids but in the meantime I am using the money elsewhere like I did with superdry, bought in the morning, so in the evening with a nice 20% profit.
Regards Bob, say what you want about him, he was totally committed to bids and would be still in bids if it wasn't for james ramper and the RNS episode and so would I. Good luck for the next 3 months and I hope you make your money back, it will be a bumpy ride.
Naughty, Naughty Bobby!
Go sit on the naughty step!
Although in fairness I do recall Bob posting around 6 months ago that he had sold some shares to buy the car.
Whatever you say Mr The Hut.
JD just couldn't contain himself. He saw the size of the opportunity and got carried away. That's why helx can't stop posting because he too can see the exact same opportunity.
Wow! Wow! Wow! I haven't been on here for weeks and just read up that HartlepoolBob was a snake all along! To think there was a time I called him out (respectfully) for talking about total BS subjects and got an earful from his so-called mates. I'm not pretending to be smug here as I then genuinely thought I'd upset an older gent who was using thise forum as a way to converse with like minded people and pass the time. I thought quite deep about this at the time how we're all quick to judge etc. I explained my myself and that I meant no harm in what I said thinking he may actually be a nice frail old man just trying to stay active. Bob- if you're listening I consider a person who acts the way you have a total scumbag! I hope your imaginary allotment burns to the ground.
I can't understand how people go to sleep knowing they might have influenced a genuine nice bloke saving all his life to pi55 his money away. Why behave like a snake? You have no clue what things people are going through in their lives. I've never felt the need to behave like that. It's utterly low!
I'm still heavily invested here in my ISA and SIPP. My avg is around 29p! I feel very sorry for those who felt the need to sell and take the hit. I am basically holding my nerve. The over -70% losses I'm seeing are painful.
My feelings about all of this is JD handled this badly. Too much hyped info given out when he should have stayed quiet until it was bagged. However, the thing that keeps me here believing this still has the legs we thought it had is that not much has changed, it is still early days, deals have been done, we're involved with the best names in the games/Ad industry but above all this is the team. The team is the biggest thing for me. People of this quality would not be in it for a quick buck and ruin their names. So I believe we need to see out the 12months JD has talked about (which is not a lot to ask). JD handled it wrong but I don't believe he's a crook like is being made out.
Time will tell I guess. Good luck to those still in.
Bob- stick your turnips where the sun dont shine. Ram them in good!
The problem is some people lost their bottle and sold at 6p.
@MGXYZ. Lol, remember it well. Sounds like you, me and Ricky Gervais are very familiar with these types.
Selling a potential compounding dynamo in Bidstack for a nearly new piece of depreciating metal.
Each to their own I guess.
Loot - a scene in The Office where David Brent gets promoted whilst the entire team gets sacked. "Want the good news or the bad news? ... The bad news is, you're all being made redundant *gasps shock horror* well don't look too glum, the good news is... I'm being promoted to regional manager!"
Its like a infants school in here, No wonder no one is investing in bids at the moment.
issue is with Bids, You have outside attacker's like TW and his mates driving down the SP while long term holders like i was protecting their investments , So there is always going to be a clash.
Regards where the price is now is due to the weakness of James draper and the information that he is telling people and because the information "i.e deals with no financial information behind the deals", This allows bids to become a target for share market abuse with article's written by TW and his mates busy shorting Bids driving down the SP, Until James draper can confirm that he will not need to raise any cash and investors knows more about the numbers in the deals , I cannot see bids been a good investment, However, i do believe in the tech, But at the moment i do not believe in James draper and how anyone could make sense of the pod cast on the 24th December must be on the same wavelength because that interview was a total car crash.
Bids will have to endure another period of time coming up to results, We know that their was a profits warning , But its anyone's guess at the numbers.
With all shares, This could be 20p tomorrow, it could be 5 p tomorrow, Shares in the aim markets are so volatile but i have never known a share to be has volatile as bids.
James Draper needs to get his act together and long term investors need to have a better understanding on what is happening here , Bob and others are right in what they are saying and i only wished that i had listened to the negative posters on here and i would have sold out long ago instead of selling at 12p.
Everyone's best mate Bob reminds me a lot of these low life boomer shop stewards who used to infest British industry when I first entered the work place in the nineties. "Don't worry lads, we're all in this together. Just keep paying the subs and we'll look after you". Sold us out on our pensions but made sure all their boomer mates got well compensated. Am I close Bob? Sound familiar?
Btw I am still very confident that we are going in the right direction. Just really disappointed with Bob on a personal level
All that criticism JD had to endure from Bob on a question of honesty and transparency. Bit of a case of ‘people who live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’ me thinks!
I really only topped up because Bob was backing it. Feel heartbroken
