Time will tell. Whatever waffle you come out with, time will tell.
I know one thing good to come out of this pandemic for BIDS......................
they don't need to hold their AGM as a public event currently.
I'd jump all over that if I was the Company Secretary of BIDS.
Who'd want the likes of me turning up and asking awkward questions?
And yes, I still hold a few actual shares (i missed some in an ISA so they are like little orphaned shares - but allow me to attend AGMs etc).
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!
COME ON 25p.
that's me done for the day.
got some dogs wanting walking.

Hi Hopeabound.
then it must be true. money must be flowing in at a pretty rate.
because that's what dramper has said in that RNS. He clearly said '...........which is leading to 'significant revenue streams for BIDS'.
oh, hang on. have I got this wrong? Does 'high levels of inbound demand from advertising agencies' actually mean 'high levels of advertising being placed by advertising agencies, resulting in significant revenue streams for BIDS' or is it a 'Dramper-ism' , working in full sight of us all?
Come on 20p!!
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!

Never mind 12p intrepid...that's no good to the honest people here.
'currently experiencing high levels of inbound demand from advertising agencies and has received some exciting and unexpected commercial opportunities.' from their Covid update RNS.
oh, almost forgot
COME ON 12p!!
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!
but don't get me wrong Yatak. I am an optimist and still hold a position. that must mean I think something is possible:-
It's just that I can't stand the front of Dramper - the guy is an out and out blagger. If there were 'significant' sales, he would have told us. but, instead, he issues an RNS that is clearly aimed at puffing up the SP to help get the funding sorted by containing nothing of substance, but lots of inference - all issued with no real thought by him to the many who will be persuaded to part with their own cash to help him chase his dream - a dream that is still just that for now.
I am sure BIDS will get there eventually, but it's not happening right this second - which is the opposite of what lots of you think. So I just want to balance up that view from the latest RNS.
thats all.

Hi yatak.
it's obviously positive. just look at the share price. but my point is that the RNS did not confirm any material evidence. lots more people playing games online, does not automatically mean money for BIDS. in fact, in this massively deep recession (have you seen the jobs figures out today in the USA - bad o bad), there simply may not be the cash to be spent on advertising that is required for this new category to get traction right now. I could be wrong. it might be that lots of companies are really keen to splash out on an untested category to get in front of the millions of people who are gaming - but that's across the whole sector, which is still not a given. More importantly, the RNS, as I read it, mainly stipulated new interest from gaming companies, not interest from advertisers. simply put, this is a puff on nothing other than expectation, which gaming companies are a part of.
don't want to keep repeating it but......................
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!
Until this category is recognised, there won't be a stampede to advertise on it, in my humble opinion; not in the deepest recession we are all likely to ever know, anyway.
COME ON 12p!!

Intrepid, are you saying that the current boom in gaming and the obvious sudden gravitation towards advertising to this huge market, won't somehow affect Bidstack positively?
Because if you are trying to imply that the industry won't be salivating at the opportunity here, then you are either heavily mistaken, or intentionally trying to stir people up.
I can't speculate on HOW positive the current situation is for Bidstack, however there is no doubt that it will be positive nonetheless.
but count, I appreciate the fact that you haven't filtered me. what would be the fun in that? And you even bothered to check out my 'other posts' - which are, I suspect, far fewer than yours, even after today (I'm bored!).
intrepid.
oh, and just so you know, Count. My household have all had Covid-19. last one still has 'it', but nearly better.
not nice, but not that bad either, particularly for the youngsters - they hardly noticed it.
knocked me for 2, poss 3.
But, as they say, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger - but we know 2 people personally who have died from it. So I guess it's the luck of the drawer/being in an at risk group.
Not that this is relevant to BIDS - apparently, everyone who hasn't died is gaming and looking at Mcdonalds adverts and we are all getting richer by the minute.
oh, hang on, it didn't say that, exactly, in the RNS, did it?
NCYT - now there's a traders dream.
at least they post RNS's with actual figures in them. all crispy and factual and everything.
it's like the board of NCYT don't actually realise their RNS's can be utter waffle. who'd have thought, eh, Count.
There are plenty of other ways to get funding especially when you have significant company’s wanting your product. You know this, so why keep repeating same old. It’s not the only way forward. Your not as daft as you sound.
Dear all (yes, including Count),
I've really enjoyed today.
its been fun.
