@MrPatience it was a good thing you took the £2k out, something is better than nothing!
I wonder if the board of Norwich City FC realise how their past sponsor treats the same normal hard working folk that pay hard earnt money to watch their games ? I would like to think they and any other sporting organisation thinking of any involvement with his company would be disgusted, they should be.
Good to see some action brewing, maybe that cityam article should be forwarded to all those other journo's, the louder the better, get some momentum going. Well done to those prepared to take it on

What a journalist needs to do now is to contact some of the companies who have been supposedly contacted by Bidstack to understand what was actually on the table. If the IP was shielded from any deal and if Draper and his lot tried to keep the IP for their own VST company or whatever it is called, it is fraud in my book as the value of Bidstack lies in the IP.
Helx2 I did try and warn here about bidstack, a bit like Cloudtag.

Thanks Gubbie69 finally an article written by journalists who are actually doing their job instead of repeating the nonsense communicated by Bidstack. This company is managed by a bunch of dishonest thieves and they should be held accountable. No clients or investors should touch it now even with a barge-pole.

This journalist is our man!

Interesting article
girdz can you contact these journalists whom i found online:

you have all the background info on bidstack so you are probably best placed to speak to a journalist. i am a fairly new shareholder (who has lost **** lots of money) but don't have all the background info. someone needs to investigate what the big players/shareholders are doing. if they got their money back somehow, surely the small investors should have gotten something too no? the big players are suspiciously quiet. i think a film should be made about this :-) there is a scenario waiting to be written in my opinion...
fog
Donald Stewart would have been advising Draper all the way.
Stewart is a lawyer and wound up so many companies it’s actually unbelievable that he is still allowed to be a chairman.
In any case Stewart knows all the tricks in the books
Shyster
Well done Girdz. Please keep us posted.
What Bidstack has done can't be right. By all standards this is theft in disguise of managing a business, a total scam.
Shame on them. Anyone associating with them now will be complicit of stealing money from ordinary people to fill their own pockets.
Have sent an email to the journalist.
Let’s see if she responds
Why are people saying that the BoDs have bought back the company from the Shareholders? they have stolen the company from the shareholders as none of the shareholders were consulted or given anything for their shares. Is it bad journalism or what?

Send the article to the daily mail.
They will run with this story

No mention of the shareholders who have lost everything...
Thanks Helx2. I think the problem is that Bidstack has been misleading shareholders and have not been upfront with the true state of the business and about their true intentions so we have all been misled into thinking that Bidstack had our best interest at heart when in fact the only concern the BoD seems to have is to make as much money as possible for themselves even if that means literally stealing millions from ordinary people.
Thanks for the kind words.
Helx 2 - this is my only aim share. I don’t invest in loads of dogs like you.
Everything else is in divi stocks.
Good luck with everything you do cause looks like you will need it
Fog - I think it's fraud straight up, but i'll probably fire one off to the fca too to ask to investigate. The more heat the more chance of consequences.
Hell the last time i wrote to the fca it got that self-righteous prat TW to retract a bogus article he'd written, so they do investigate.
I believe this link may explain what has happened here . The process used by Alvarez & Marsal was likely that of accelerated merger & acquisition. As a process it could easily mask "under hand" intentions if you wanted it to. Used by the executive team to their full advantage I suspect. Have a read :

Email link to SFO: public.enquiries@sfo.gov.uk
I'm not comfortable posting my wording / redacting personal info. It didn't take me long to do & I think makes more sense to have different views / phraseology shared on why JD & the administrators have fraudulently stolen Bidstack away from loyal shareholders.
Also,
helx 1 is an un-intelligent troll account - inspiring me enough to create helx 2 as a counter (definitely a TW bot).
Girdz has been proven as a one-share wonder - trolling his own investment the whole way down - well done, you must be really happy with the result. It's amazing what a bit of diversification of a portfolio can do to recover any losses - you'd be a fool to stick it all on AIM.
@helx2 what is the link to make a complaint and could you perhaps copy and paste what you have written here so that we can all just copy and paste. I think we should all fill a complaint until a journalist takes notice. Anyone working with Bidstack from now on is complicit of theft. They have basically stolen the life savings of many ordinary people without an ounce of regret, explanation or even apology. It's totally unacceptable to be acting like this. I don't think they have seriously tried to find a buyer or they would have found one. They just wanted to keep the IP which is where the value is. That's my take. Trying to screw people even potential buyers until the end.
Totally despicable and I hope they get sued by the bigger players there.
Why aren't there more posts from shareholders here? Has everyone accepted this situation as a fatality?
Do we have to complain to the FSO or FSA?
Helx 2 - i lost money here too. I think this whole situation is a joke. How it’s even legal I’ll never know.
You critique my posting but for last couple of years you, bottomz, drinky etc etc just abused doubters of bidstack.
Even your message below you are having a pop by saying “ugly, unintelligent” and still link me to TW.
Tbh you’ve got your just desserts here by setting up an account mocking helx thinking you are clever.
Difficult to have any sympathy for you losing big time here.
Keep the letters to the SFO going. Looks like you’ll need the practice by looking at your other shares you are invested in.
AIM is a joke and should be banned as there is no regulation against these criminal BODs
Telegram link anyone?
