Let's take them to court to see where all the money has gone and how they were able to buy the IP from the public company without asking anyone. If it was a company which failed then there would be no interest from anyone. But here we have big partnerships and IP which worth a lot of money. How this can be stolen from shareholders like this without asking. All the IP was built using shareholders' money and it belongs to the shareholders. We shouldn't give up on this. British Justice needs to be judge this case.
There was a big fraud committed here by the directors and Irdeto is involved too for sure. All the shareholders should cooperate here to take a legal action against them for this fraud so the fraudsters will give the IP back to the public company under new management and then go to prison as they deserve. Are you shareholders ready to cooperate together to take this legal against the fraudsters?
At least Sam Bankman Field says he is sorry. Draper ain't sorry. He's DELIGHTED lol

this guy got 25 years in prison for defrauding investors...hope Draper and his lot get caught. What they have done cannot be legal. They are boasting about the company having great potential and they cannot find one single company to buy Bidstack. I smell a rat. The IP was shielded for sure and as Nick Hargrave probably rightly speculated they just pretended to look for a company to buy Bidstack when the outcome had already been decided leaving all of us, the shareholders in the dark. How much money has been poured into Bidstack over the years I wonder.

Thanks for sharing fog. That's a very clear, fair and factual summary, well done Mr Hargrave - I salute you. As it is the truth it should be taken up by everyone that receives it without question. It's time the truth prevailed rather than lies.
Here you go:

Could you guys share the text of the Hargrave summary on here, I haven't seen it
Yes thank you to Mr Hargrave for summarising the chain of events. How a company can burn $30M within two years and become insolvent when all the investment they have to do is in tech/staff and not in heavy machinery or raw materials is beyond me. I would like to know how much (of our) money the BoDs were extracting every month for themselves.
How they could now be delighted to have driven the company to the ground and stole it from the shareholders is beyond belief and criminal. Unbelievable. Anyone associating themselves with Bidstack now is complicit of this robbery.
FOG
Fair playing Mr Hargrave. Kudos to you
Damning, but factually correct, posting on Twitter and hashtagging some serious news outlets.
Fingers crossed some one has the bulls to run with it.
After all it is everything that is wrong with AIM market.
I’m assuming we’ll all find out this was just a big ruse in a few days time. Old Draper…was is he like!
Waite and other influencers were likely to have been engaged early on to assist with achieving a favourable share price for those founder sells as well as for themselves, as it happened the price peaked a bit too early but they still did very nicely out of it
We've all been on the losing side for years. Just took these to go pop before some people realised it was all just one big charity fund raising event....and gravy train. I did try to point it out several times over the past few years though 🤔
What happened to all the deals mentioned in this video. They should have been making a fortune, maybe they did but hid it?
Dentsu, the Trade Desk, Unreal Engine, Appnexus!!

Push send before I finished.
I’m interested to see what happens now with shareholders filing complaints etc.
so ultimately we are all on the same side now
Helx - let’s just draw a line under digging each other out now
I'll be amazed if Draper and co are ever held to account. I feel genuine sorrow for shareholders who have lost their hard earned.....but not Helx2. I shall just offset my large loss against some pretty decent gains elsewhere thankfully...and hope karma turns up.
i fail to believe the administrators took this to 200 companies and they all said no.
that would ultimately mean the idea is a bag of **** and no one values it.
yet, draper and co “bought” the company and will carry it on privately with all the contracts etc in place.
it stinks to high heaven.
i’d love someone to really get hold of this and have a drains up from 2019. on track for gbp 5.9mil all the way through 2019, and then delivered gbp 20k week before xmas remembering draper and fran sold £300k worth of shares in q3. bull **** alert.
if fca/sfo do get involved, i hope they also investigate justin waite as an influencer. i’d like them to investigate his promotion of bidstack, alongside draper, with the timing of his sells in bidstack.
i bet those videos have been wiped off the internet
I sold a large holding before administration, I made a substantial loss and despite not holding until the end I do believe there should be some recourse if it is deemed any wrong doing took place.
Clearly Draper had this on the cards when he set up the new company some months ago. This outcome was engineered from within, and many long term holders lost money by putting faith in the understanding the company was being run honestly and transparently. It clearly wasn’t.
Yes I received the same noti - have you signed up to blade's shareholder action group?
Helx 2 - have you received anything back from FCA yet?
I have received a response this afternoon.
Been passed on to a team and being investigated further.

Thank you for this Bladesharp, will be filling the form shortly. I am not on Telegram so would also appreciate being emailed or please put any relevant info on this board. Does anyone know what the majority Shareholders like Irdeto BV and Canaccord Genuity Group plc are doing? Surely they are not going to let their millions turned to dust?
https://bidstackgroup.com/investors/shareholder-information/
Thankyou for sharing bladesharp. Just submitted mine. I don't have Telegram so be helpful to see any updates emailed please ?
Excellent - thank you blade, i'll be filling this out immediately.
If it's possible for the new telegram link to be circulated that would be most appreciated. Note: I issued a complaint to both the FCA & SFO about Bidstack over the last few days - figure the more pressure we put on them, the more chance of some sort of result - even if it's just draper not keeping the company.
If you were a Bidstack shareholder at the time of Administration please fill out this form in preparation for potential legal action. NOTE: you must have been a holder at time of administration. We are discussing with lawyers. The more shareholders we can include in any potential legal action, the more financially viable the case becomes and hence it would be easier to raise litigation funding. Your data will be kept encrypted and not shared with any third party at this time. We will contact you if we get to the point of needing to share with lawyers. For full transparency, this form was set up by Hugh Acland and only he will have access to your data at this point.

@MrPatience it was a good thing you took the £2k out, something is better than nothing!
