Hargreaves have archaic voting processes, so you need to tell them 5 days prior how you want your shares voted, and preferably earlier.
Fwiw Hargreaves have said to me “to register your vote please send a secure message 5 days in advance of the agm” - so be mindful when it comes to voting on a deal the time lag your providers will want.
So should the shameful posts referring to the Chinese as the "chinnese" multiple times. Disrespectful at the very least. By one of your campaign members. I will not say which one because I cannot locate the posts. Oh sorry I forgot you guys can say what you like because you own this board!
Oh and while Im talking about Border Bob it seems the thread from the other day where BB referenced a certain elderly British Gentlemen in the way that he did has been pulled. Granted my reply was angry but it doesnt change BB's shameful post happened in the firs place !
But your wording is ambiguous enough to imply this !
jam2 - 100% correct sir !
Your infatuation does not require my participation.
Where are you getting this rubbish from. A source ?
Would you like to discuss the chemistry over a video call?
“Without a single gram mined, Mexican lithium is already a juicy business for foreign investors. In the past 12 months, the English mining company Bacanora Lithium, owner of the deposit located in Sonora, has increased its market value by approximately 170 million dollars, an amount that will reach more than 220 million if its sale to the Chinese firm Gangfeng Lithium is completed.”

“A source with knowledge of the Bacanora project in Sonora, who asked not to be cited, stressed that its plan is unfeasible, since it is a clay deposit, the concentration of lithium is very low, therefore, its extraction requires a large amount of energy, and at the moment there is no technology in the world that allows it to be carried out profitably.”
I hope he’s wrong because I own other clay mining projects. I suspect that the Chinese have figured out their lab method of roasting it like coffee might work in a lab but won’t work on an industrial scale. No one here wants to talk about chemistry, though, they just want to make personal attacks.
@tomcat - thank u, useful info for me and others
it was… and if you haven’t instructed your nominee account providers to give you the facility to vote on all your stocks you own… as and when an agm egm or similar vote is being held… you should do that now… for all your stocks really… as a general instruction / requirement… and exercise your voting powers every time… some do it electronically or over the phone… i like to do mine by post… so that i have a record of what votes i submit…
@ tomcat - was it u who posted about voting on the resolutions at the BCN agm ? Could this be done by proxy thru our brokers? I asume that there would be a cost involved. Cheers, apologies if it wasn't you !
Border Bob - 129 post on LSE - all on BCN - not one other share comment. All negative. Draw your own conclusions.
strange that… i thought it had the potential of being the deal of the century…
tps://www.fool.co.uk/investing/2015/08/28/rare-earth-minerals-plc-signs-supply-contract-with-tesla-motors-inc/
The Tesla offtake deal was pulled because it was a crap deal. REM made an offer of £1 to buy out BCN which was turned down. This was back in the days when Lennigas was CEO at REM
It doesn't say Tesla tried to buy BCN. It says they tried to buy the neighbor (who seems to admit to piggybacking on the research and publicity for BCN).
This is grossly misleading !!"!""""
Tesla put in a very low brow offer for BCN Lithium a couple of years ago but never tried to buy BCN. Your wording is designed to mislead !!!!!!! OH but I forgot this is your job !
Their claims are surrounded by BCN's, who along with Tesla are said to have tried to buy them out. “Bacanora Lithium surrounds us in two lots.”
June 10, Forbes Mexico:
Chairman of the Board of Directors and founder of Mine Crons, revealed that Bacanora Lithium, Tesla Mine and European automakers have made a series of offers to buy two lithium mines found in the Sierra de Sonora.
