Anyone received it yet?
There should be plenty of cash left after the Divi and pay off loans... cant imaging what they will do with 2 x businesses split across the world.
Thanks, yes soon as i posted I realised I hadnt commented on that! Nevertheless, good opportunity here (I hope!)
Two weeks ago there was a 45p/share return of capital to be gained SoY.
Just bought a small holding here at 80p. If Directors were buying at £1.20+ a couple of weeks ago and I can buy 35% lower that gives alot confidence. GLA
Even Michael Tobin’s buy on the RNS, shows as a sell on this LSE list of share trades? A definite golden nugget with its business and future trade pipeline, one to hold and buy under 80p, for a god 35% return and increase in2022, plus future divi’s.!!!
Buying opportunity more like- glad this is so obscure
It was a buy, as was mine at 1539 today, reported as a sell of 50,000 shares when it was a definite buy. I am filling up at anything below 80p. BBB are doing great and very profitable workin Aus and NZ , so watch out for new divi’sand sales and acquisitions in 2022!! Stock up I was this will be back above 110p very soon. The CEO, Chair and BOD are all buying. See RNS and notes.
I sold on the Harwood sell
It was a sell i guarantee you
I got 95
It was a buy order not a sell
Can't get the price he got. Of course!! Time to sit tight and let this wash through
Time to join the club !!’ GLA.
MM's playing games. I cannot remember seeing such a high spread

They always know more than us mignons lol
Its a hold for me !!
All shares on the open market have a dividend attached to them following the declaration date. The company is only legally obliged to payout that dividend to holders on the record day.. Any other monies left over simply remains within the companies treasury and reported in the following financials
Stu,
You are welcome.
It is only one working day to go, to get the notification for getting B- Shares.
Good Luck.
bbrq648
Thanks bbrq648, we must have posted simultaneously, similar has been posted before regarding two working days to register shares, just me being cautious (technology these days seemingly making me think that it might be more instant)
Stu
Thanks arsenal, probably in the fine print that the company retains the surplus, I would think - might be a lot of disappointed people IF by selling yesterday, they don't qualify for the Divi....the company MIGHT score big style, judging by the SP movement/sell off
I'm making no implication that BBB may have acted improperly in that possible scenario, I must add, so as not to be misunderstood
Stu
As per the trading rules, it takes two working days to register the shares.
Based on 30-Aug-21 close of business trading, it will be 04-Sep-21 close of trading to get the qualified personal for issuing B shares.
Hence, one have to wait to see how May shares each shareholders gets based on COB trading on 30-Aug-21.
As per my trading house, I have been notified in their system as 45p per share will be paid, which is the case still. Also, MM reduced the share value of opening on 01-Oct-21 by 45p.
Hence , in my opinion all the shareholders on the list and their holdings on 30-Sep-21 will be given same number of B shares, which is redeemable on 20-Oct-21 for cash.
Sorry stu
Haven’t got a answer to that conundrum!!!
Thanks for the replies Crazyyear and arsenal58
Indulge me on a hypothetical? IF sellers yesterday are NOT entitled to the Special Dividend, and BBB are returning £25.9m to shareholders (as stated in RNS) at 45p per share, what would happen with the surplus monies? It would, in that scenario, be a fact that not 100% of the issued shares would be entitled to the dividend...does the company retain the difference? If so they would not be returning the full £25.9m to shareholders, yes?
Might be awesome if they divided that figure by only the shares that qualify fully - I can but dream lol
Stu
Stu and Peter
It’s the six pm clause if you had sold Friday you would not have been the holder on record day
Still don’t know why the share was aggressively bought again yesterday??
I think the shrewdies in the upper echelons know a little more than us!!
I took my profits Thursday and will stay with them for the foreseeable future unless they start selling
GLA
In order to receive any dividend the share must held past 4.30pm on the record day. BBB can be sold on the 5th Oct to secure the declared dividend
Thanks Pete, still not chancing it as record date is 4th at 6pm lol
Agreed there looks like lots to come from BBB, seemingly retaining 8% of Quickline, receiving another £10.1m conditionally regarding the sale earlyish next year (another special dividend??), New Zealand prospects, governments dishing out subsidies to connect more rural areas, BBB experts in the field (ok, pun intended), now debt free and, in essence, I've received a 45p discount on the share price, sort of...
