Ismalia .......new posting board for Barkby now open.....sorry I beat you with first post............see you there!!
Hi Ismalia.....
Price opened at 26.50 and is now 2945. Had thought would open at 30.00 so underlines should never comment on share prices. It’s very clear to me that the market site is not up and running properly yet. Hargreaves Lansdowne have no site or price quote. It will obviously take a while to run in.....I have only managed to find one site under sovereign quoting 29.45 ,no other info given.
I know GC probably reads some of our posts and would like to take this opportunity to thank GILES CLARKE for the way in which he has handled this very difficult conversion fro SMA, nothing short of a master stroke in such a very short time scale.
No one on this site can be in any doubt now where Iron and Kazera are going......both companies have probably the best CEO s in their fields in the world....
I see we have a BARK board now but just the two trades.
29.20 PRICE NOW..........
All very quiet as far as trades are concerned......
It will be interesting to hear the views of Barkby from any new playsee who may have picked up stock placed by finnCap. But whatever their views let us hope that these are constructive and well thought through as I look forward to an exciting and positive future for the company.
It's been very civilised on here these last few months. That is definitely going to change in the near future, so I'd like to say a big thankyou to Ismalia and Fortitude for your insightful posts.
This is going to be a surprisingly good share, and I share your optimism.
Before the herd of gloom and doom mongers arrive in their droves, I just want to say I never thought when SMA was in the doldrums it would turn out so well.
We have a good future.
Hello Fortitude. Yes could be an interesting day and I am wondering if finnCap has any unsatisfied clients looking for further stock, or to get on to the register. In any event I will be surprised if there is not a modest premium as it would be bad form for new investors to see the stock open at a discount. No need to rush to sell as there is bound to be other deals in the locker.
All resolutions passed at today’s meeting..........
Look forward to tomorrow with AIM entrance..... have feeling stock will be in short supply tomorrow ! With a team having built up companies worth 1 billion plus were in for an exciting ride. ....... Stay for the medium term..............GL ...Ismalia.
Morning Fortitude. It will be interesting to see if there are any weak holders here when Tuesday comes. I doubt if there will be as these would have been from the pre Pub build when there were few small holders. If there are buyers about then the lack of stock may see us off to a good start.
As for the other GC interests I am more weighted to IRON but agree that with both having taken on some quality talent I can see GC doing some deals for both during the coming months. In any event all three will provide us with an interesting year but each is likely to need more cash so we will have to be prepared to top up to avoid dilution.
Hi Ismalia
Do hope you had a good Christmas and best wishes for the new year...... I too look forward to the 7th launch date and have no doubts where this is going..... hope you have enough here......
Completely changing the subject I have been very active in the Ironveld, Kazera markets. Time is running out here for purchasing ridiculously cheap shares in both and thus accumulating big quantities..... As I have posted on these boards this will be GCs year helped in part by the BoJo effect. Don’t be caught out here............. GL...
If it was a sale I'm not too sure why when there may have been a better price to obtain in a couple of days time following the move to AIM. I can understand the market taking stock as finnCap may well have orders to meet or pre raise sales to meet. This is possibly the first AIM entrant of 2020 and should be very well received IMO. Also once the RTO is confirmed I would expect another raise in early course as the new BOD will want to move forward with their acquisitive build policy.
GLA.
To all posters I wish you well for the coming year and thank you all for the informative and focussed posts. So many Boards have posters who find it a means to talk down their BODs and each other, and the company they have invested in. Not helpful and IMO such posters should have their personal and off topic comments removed. Not the case here at BARK and I can only hope that new investors will make positive contributions for the benefit of all interests.
Best wishes to all, and to my dear friend north of Watford my best wishes to him and his understanding, higher authority for 2020
Thirty thousand just brought some one knows what they are doing.
Many thanks for your thoughts F'tude.
Ismalia........... No neither! Just my gut feeling think we will open on 7th at 30p plus...... I have now read the prospectus from front to back twice ! My feeling is the company will be well received where it will settle who knows ! What I work on is what is known.... the executive chair is exceptional , the board exceptionally experienced ..... we have a mix of companies here led by the jewel in the crown the property co.. This will be a fast moving company which will require bedding in at every stage...... Many companies have come to grief expanding too fast....I don’t think this will be the case ,our CEO has a wealth of experience...............GL
Fortitude, do you feel the current sp should tick up to be more in line with the placing price ahead of Tuesday 7 Jan? Or does it suggest that 30p is too much.
More shares for less money! It gets better.
Buy 193k for £1911 and end with a consolidated 74k worth £2220 at a placing price of 30p.
That's the way to do it and even more so if they open at a premium. Good thinking by the buyer.
Encyclopedic and not with an a..... I rewrote it here and my computer kept adding an a.......very odd..........
Hi Ismalia... yes interesting analysis of Ironveld.. The way I See this is by GC taking on a new CEO which is what I wrote about a year ago saying Cox whilst being a brilliant man with an encyclopaedic brain was just not CEO material. GC with this move has signalled to me that he is going back to the original plan to develop the project with the original 3 x 15 KW Smelters and possibly the 7.5 kw smelters. A third party might already be in place. Where I disagree is that this will not be sold . With this in mind I am serious investing in this company as we speak on an already large holding here................
Funding is the problem going forward and the new CEO has been brought in to take Iron to its next phase. Perhaps there will be a need to farm out part to a larger company that can fund the future with the asset being provided by us. The alternative may well be a negotiated sale with proceeds being banked thus leaving a shell similar to SMA perhaps providing a vehicle for Boston as I feel GC would like to take it public. K Global looks set to grow in the mining sector rather thancontract. In any event I am committed to both. In the short term I cannot see Iron being here in 12 months but see KG as a developing force in the region. In both cases why bring in talent and why would such talent wish to join?
Hi Ismalia. I note your mention of Ironveld and its forward performance... As you may know I have written about Ironveld as well as Kazera Global.. I have been in the former for 8 years now. The future for both is bright indeed a sea change is imminent for both.. There is no way the company Ironveld will sell off its assets , a third party is the most likely outcome especially with the new CEO now in place. In any event we won’t have long to wait.. I hope there won’t be a private buy out here.. What’s your take. .?
And so the issue price is pre-consolidation...........!
thank's ismalia........... I watch, defo :()
All the best (prep for AIM I suppose ;)
Today's 10p is less than a consolidated 30p so if you want in then buying ahead of 7 Jan will be the route IMO.
