I am with you AlphaOmega on voting against.
Our new-ish CEO has hedged his bets taking a large monthly salary (bird in the hand),
lower share options (future uncertain) and
large bonus if Rui completes (I guess because he feels it unlikely).
There has been no BOD Director buys in recent years as far as I can see.
They should have a share stake in the company future aligning with us.
Im not invested sxx mate. Im invested in bagir. As soon i break even im out.
Ignore Wass knob as he's a complete deramping tool. No doubt this will be removed by Admin.
Agree.....A "normal" potential investor will not just spent time on a forum board od a share he think so little of.....one should do his own research before buying any share and take any opinion, good or bad with a big pinch of salt,or sugar.....GLA.
The last time I let myself be influenced by a deramper I missed out on 6/7 bagger in psl / bou ... never again .
AlwAys be wary of the good Samaritans warding people away from buying , oh and take the rampers with a pinch of salt too !
Wass_mo why are all your posts negative. Just move on...
Will just getignored. When I've been to AGMs in the past the resolutions normally go through no issue but I think a decent % of shareholders will vote against such a large reward for something that is supposed to have been done already.
I think its a great idea.....fully motivated CEO!
Certainly interesting to put that to a vote.. As a shareholder it does seem surprising that a director could potentially get a bonus that equates to around 5% of the current market cap of the company!
The forms area all on the website.
Interesting reading !
O.
Big bonus 100k$, I'm sure the bonus for last CEO was around 30k.
P.
I don't care dude. Im holding.
Draft have you been oblivious to what's been going on. Multiple delays over years...leading people on. Lack of updates on machinery. Bagir are still millions in debt. Two big shareholders selling out. Do i really need to go on
Hows it a big if. Good luck. With your attitude
Thats a big if...
someone did said 50 bagger .here
Read the resolutions. New CEO gets 100k bonus if he completes the Shandong transaction or any other change in control!!!
