Is this in auction?
I think your calcs are right Phoebus , I didn’t have enough zeros for my calc to work, then the 250
Morning uNknn
You in here? Was just curious on consolidation figures.
And whose de-ramping?
Said for months and by time the de rampers come as usual it will to late.
Oh well.
By my calcs the 7.5p placing is equivalent to an unconsolidated share price of 0.025p. 75K old shares consolidated into one share which is then split into 250 shares. 75K shares become 250 shares, which is the same as 300 to one. 7.5p / 300 = 0.025p placing. SP already at placing price. Is that correct?
Does that include the consolidation?
As a minimum you guys have 4 bagged today from pre suspension
How is the suspension lifted and trading resumes? The reverse takeover requires shareholder approval so I don't understand how that's complete and we can resume trading. Confused!
Does that work out as the equivalent to
2,000,000,025,000 Old priced shares at £ 0.0001 ?
We know!
It is exciting for many of us, better than most of us ever expected as well.
So with the turkey mine producing all they need for the lighting. Straight away have cut costs. Patents and royalties in place remember it’s only MetaLeach being sold. And now we have gained the biggest efficient lighting company in Europe who already have a great turn over but aren’t as yet on the stock market until the merge under Alexander is complete and announced. So with the ev market boom around the corner we have all in place for this and now also another company which is doing well and earning under is. Watch this space you heard it here first. BIG BOOM
My knowledge on corporate actions is a bit low. Hi will there be a listing first of the New shares followed by the change from old to new, is that this month?
The only benefit that I can think it might have is to the sale value of Metaleach....
Actually, I was expecting the next RNS to be a confirmation of a corporate action and the changes to our holdings. Not sure the current RNS means anything of value to us , please jump in if I am incorrect
Does anybody have any sensible comments about what's happening please
So what has happened with the mine that was due to open last month or so. Used all that money to have it built etc. Will the turkey mine be sold also or are they using it as part of a mining part still?
looks like my post annoyed someone ,when i said nothing happens for months ,anda round Christmas they ,lock your money in....
Omg chaps what happened, what are they up to now... Best
An RTO means a company can have a public listing without doing an IPO first. The mining company is finished. Out with the old in with the new. The RTO company looks well established https://www.elightgroup.com/home/
I'm by no means an expert, but I believe this RTO is more so that eLight can become a PLC, without having to go through the rigmarole of setting up as a PLC from scratch.
Like a hermit crab, moving into AXM's 'shell'.
I cannot understand why a mining company with cash flow problems would want to take over a lighting company!
I cannot see how e-Light will make any serious cash over next few years.
The RTO involves 'eLight Group Holdings Limited'
No mention of eenergy group plc.
Where are you getting eenergy group plc from?
Good morning. I’m searching for eenergy group plc share price and good energy keeps coming up at 175.00. Any one know if this is correct and once we become that company does our share price reflect the same as eenergys?
Hi all been a while. I found this which I think breaks it all down into much simpler reading and think it looks promising
