I thank Myles for sharing his research however, he also predicted circa £8-£11 SP by the end of 2020.
Caution is the key........although I may top up tomorrow seen as it's pay day ; D
I am not a big fan of Cue Health but seeing them IPO at $2.3 billion puts things in perspective as to where the testing industry is going. In fact, covid-19 is here to stay for a while with some experts predicting that testing could well be here until mid-2023 and extensive use of the more accurate tests will follow suit. I am seeing Avacta diversifying their diagnostics to encompass later flow testing (point of care) for other pathogens which will certainly keep the revenues continuing for the foreseeable future. One advantage that Avacta has over other companies is the speed at which they can identify different affimers for detection purposes.
Once the scale-up is confirmed, I don't see why the valuation just for the diagnostics would be any less than $2.3bn probably much higher than this. I would have to agree that "It's easy for me to see AVCT becoming a FTSE100 company".
Good luck all.
Not expecting any news this week.
Results will, imho, just be an update and promises and can't mention the imminent HUA as its covered by an NDA.
So sp could fall on Thur/Friday giving a great opportunity to top up and new investors a chance to get in before the imminent HUA and mega deals.
Hope I am totally wrong but not bothered as holding long term for the big gains as Avct is still heading towards being a multi billion pound FTSE 100 company.
Just look at the $2.3 billion IPO of Cue Health this week with a Rapid Test that is less accurate than Affidx and needs a cassette to put the swab into and a smartphone to read the results!

$2.3 billion !
How much for AVCTs more accurate test with just one cheap all-in-one Rapid Test.
Then add in a potential blockbuster Cancer treatment and all the other stuff like LG Chems stem cell treatment,a deal with huge US Bruker, a deal to supply affimers to Deepverge and Astrea etc.
These are just a fraction of AVCTs deals.
So it's going to be more than $2.3 billion just for the Affidx alone. Add in the rest.
It's easy for me to see AVCT becoming a FTSE100 company next year along with a Nasdaq listing to realise its massive potential.
I know that there were a few on here discussing the possible multiple from here and mentioned what Myles McNulty had said i.e. 100x. He clarified recently:
"it was originally from my initial entry of 17.2p, but a round £20 seems the obvious LT target..! 100% focus now on whether Royal Marsden has given @avacta #AVCT permission to discuss the initial data, in 48 hours' time.
Or must we wait until full PK data, in Nov/Dec..?"

I'd be happy with £20.

In case anyone hasn't seen this, Affimers used for the first time for the delivery of drugs to motor neurons:

By the day of the presentation (Thursday 30th), note that the AVA6000 trial will be progressing well. By now some patients will have received an accumulative dose of around 1000mg /m2. In of itself this will be a fabulous achievement as this is approx. two times the maximum accumulative dose tolerated for dox. If Avacta don't say anything or say something to the effect that the trial is progressing and that they can't say anymore until Pk results which will be announced by the end of year, then in itself this will be highly positive news.
They are likely to give an update suggesting HUA has been achieved via Medusa for the EU and potentially some UK based scaling up efforts. Beyond this, note that these are the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2021, I am expecting to see the interim results and perhaps if we are lucky, a little more. ;-)
Good luck
