Can't argue with your logic there Wyn. I suppose that when the company is big enough it will pay dividends. Hopefully, if the dividends out perform inflation, interest rates etc then it would be hold indefinitely. Dunno really, never been in that position.
Here we go, traders bad, investors good.
So basically a trader is someone who holds share for how long exactly?
And when you tell me that arbitrary date, do you then become an investor after that time ?
And while we are at it, your smug, "I don't worry about the SP", then after 2 years (or 5) (and just for the sake of your post), if it does not reach your target, then what? Do you sell, in which case were you just not a trader who waited a very long time to trade? (equally it could make your target and you still sell ,in which case the same applies, are you a trader or investor?
I have never understood this fixation with labels when the desired outcome for both sets of buyers is the same. Buy a stock and sell it when it goes up. What difference does a timeline make? What air of superiority and self rightiousnes do you imbue upon yourself simply because you will wait years before deciding to sell or continue holding?
Personally its delusional in my book..
Really, I'm going now
Should I have sold when the SP fell to 106? Should I have bought when it hit 117? Oh I don't know.
Hang on. Wait a minute, I'm invested here! I'm not a trader. I don't need to worry about fear, greed, minute by minute fluctuations or MMs. It could take 2 - 5 years to reach my target . Phew, thank goodness for that.
GL lth :-p
wolves, alot higher than that, but all the ducks have to line up as well as being on the NASDAQ.
aj242. £5 and more. i will not tell you how high this may go over the next 5-7 years.
you would laugh
I completely agree, 1ss. For me, this started as a trade however looking around for somewhere better (risk vs reward) I see no reason other than to stick around for the long term.
In reality though, this is one of the best LTH's out there at the minute.
I have been here from the 30's, and only added on the way up.
Intraday movements are irrelevant...
Lol - happens everytime! Just glad to see positive territory for a bit!
posts like this are why these boards are absolute nonsense these days. Only a month ago people were talking about the 5 pound mark lol
And as the trolls fade away in to the distance... here come the price posters...
We all have google, thanks
Don't be surprised if this finishes north of 130p today. IMO
117p paid
120p+ finish possible
Wow now over 116
Any dual rns with the US would be at 1330 to 1430 I think
HL Buy offer just gone from 114.0 to 114.5 in last few minutes. Fascinating to watch
Slowly ticking back up now, I'm very new to this but its seems like whenever it ticks up which happened a bit yesterday a few more big sells come in trying to push the price back down? Is this normal market game play?

1.14 bid & ask on HL
Looks like about to turn positive
At last seems to have turned no doubt more to come this pm.
