There was a minor equity markets shake out today on inflation fears but I see that ATYM held steady. If there's a knee jerk drop in our sp then I'll take that as a buy signal as there is no weakness in the price of copper - currently around $4.79/lb
Copper is nearly $1 lb higher than q1 results so the results are already obsolete.

Not sure you read my post properly
I was replying to MD which question lack of rise and actually before the big one come yet again i said it will happen and yet again bang on the money.
Lack of rise are for those who joined at £3 and even that is changing so rapidly not for us who have been here since almost the start and Harrys times.
So read my post again you will know i never complain about lack of rise on my 3 bagger stock which is acually by matter of few weeks soon will be a 4 bagger for me.
GL
What lack of rise Stockready? Its going up as I type
Interesting your £8 prediction I made it about the same. And I'm not selling a bean .
MrDC
don't worry about the lack of rise, because it will happen suddenly and will be like a rocket here, yes i mean that a rocket to £5 far faster than you can imagine.
This is still AIM and with this stock will be played to collect shares cheap ....but i wouldn't sell a single share being hold here for long... this is one of my largest hold in the past 10 years, and i am still after a big reward £8+ and if any of you think that is unrealistic think again with how the copper price surging and unique and amazing fundamentals this company.
I am already a 3 bagger here and will go no where till at least collect my 7 bagger on this to retire early and that was my plan from the start.
I predicted the copper price rise well before any of the news coming out back in November
Go and check my posts on ADVFN in ATYM thread
We are heading north here and please don't lose your valuable stocks which will be in high demands for years to come, stonger than ever.
Again this is in my humble opinion and please do what is right for you but i go no where till i see £ 7 having hold for 10 years with massive investment here and only added on any drops.
8 years ago I said...
I have a DREAM...
Today more than ever i can say this dream is more realistic than ever before. You are invested in one of the best AIM around as we have not seen the true potential of this yet and i truly think at £3.30 this is still very cheap knowing what will happen to copper market in coming months.
Remember we are a production company, excellent safe low risk location, well established mine, excellent management, more assets upgrades, certainly derisked massively after paying Astor, and i also think more news on gold recovery on the side may come out which not yet talked about much, Harry had some dream about that but no proper plans, i think we now have management who doesn’t dream (like Harry) but they act and act so well so the reasons we are here today and yet things to become even better.

PLEASE ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH
Mr DC. the RNS you speak of could be as early as this week . Someone pointed out that the Q1 financials were published on May 15 last year.
When I plug estimates for the average copper price for this year into my spreadsheet, the lowest share price it predicts (other things remaining stable) is £8.
Disclaimer: I've been wrong before!
Really does my head in
Simple really supply/demand deficit all this ****** about top of range etc
Did not have a clue what you are talking about
Copper has been range bound for 15 years. Sitting right at the top of the box, if it does breakout, the continued uptrend could be strong, even parabolic.
It is driven by the stockpiling school of thought. Companies are stockpiling what they can of all commods, from lumber to copper (lumber up 3X), to beat supply difficulties and inflation worries. The stockpiling of course creates supply difficulties and inflation. It will eventually lead to a destocking and correction, but that may be next years problem.
It is starting to look like I may actually breakeven on my original EMED purchase :) I forget how long it has been.
For me I'm not interested in the lack of rise in the share price. Everything will follow from the copper price and WHEN that's shown in an rns. £200 million in a yea6 clear profit will speak volumes when released in an rns. Couple that with a resource upgrade this will explode. From 70 odd pence per share to today is nothing. Great management team know what they have.
1st Quarter financials due 15th May roughly - if you look at last year
Thats next week
FireAnt was a few days out we are up to $4.72!!!!!
Come on wake up and smell the coffee - we are making loads a money- share price has got to move sharply upwards
Will reach 400 in less than 3 month
It will ve played though as always
This year ATYM will go way pass £4.50 mark easy if not more
We have seen nothing yet and i honestly mean nothing

In 2020 the all-in sustaining cost was $2.21 per lb. while the average realised selling price was $2.72 per lb. Profit for the year was €m 30.39. The price of copper is currently around $4.5 so ...
