What is the sec complaint what do I need to do??
Hi, Alun Goodall, 70,000 shares, cost £214, email alun.goodall@outlook.com
Hi there :)
I don't normally post but I have been a shareholder in ATC for a good number of years. Always hoping my patience would be rewarded, makes you feel like a fool when this stuff happens. I am overall a very positive person but have come to realise over the years, you can't trust anyone but yourself, especially when it comes to business. I still try my best though not to become bitter :D
I have been in similar situation before with Cattles Plc where shareholders took legal action and we were compensated. We did however only receive a quarter of our original outlay. This was also a company run by incompetent people. Unfortunately it is a risk we take when we invest our hard earned cash, often trusted with people that do not show us the respect we deserve. If I wanted to freely lose my money, I would go and play in a Casino!
Anyway, here are my details:
Daniel Bird
Danielwbird@hotmail.co.uk
I own 2,904,770 shares
I paid £17,537.07 for them
I will also send a formal complaint to SEC and hope they will do something to help.
Thanks for taking a stand and sharing it with us.
Hi TTNY2013
I bought 1,500,000 through my broker at the time Svs a few years ago. I have no idea of purchase price but I'm guessing to they order of £1000-£2000 as that was the size of trades I was making at the time. Svs as you may know are in administration.
My name is Lee Peterson
Leepeterson1973@gmail.com
Could I suggest you provide a personal email (if you haven't already) as folks may not want to be as candid.
Cheers
Lee

I will complete the complaint from and send it off.
There needs to be more than one person taking names etc in an invent of the person disappearing that’s what happened in the last action group. We did go as far as employing a solicitor from Giambronelaw, London, there is documentation within the group.
We need to compile this, perhaps Gordon can help.
Legal action may be an option. There are other bigger shareholders who could join us smaller private shareholders in such action. Ideally using no win no fee lawyer. I'll keep you informed. However, first need
A) your name and contact details I.e. email
B) no of shares held and approx purchase cost
Could be an idea. However what we need is YOU to all act as one as well and file SEC complaint like I and others have. The more they see the more they will take note and investigate.
What about Gordon Bowden of Pandoras Box investigations, maybe? Just thinking aloud.
There is only one way to recover any value from this mess and that is through legal action, nothing else will catch the attention of White Oak. I doubt that any small group of shareholders will be willing to stump up enough cash for this. However, it may be possible to find a no win no fee lawyer in USA to go for it. TTNY2013 are you willing to find this lawyer and front a group of shareholders?
