Any news from the AGM?
I've voted against everything the dodgy Directors have proposed. The delist gravy train end here!!
So Veative ex Dev now called launch my career, Ankur has gone, no asset match yet and no Comms with investors..I wonder if there is going to be a stinker RNS from ASLR..Largest investment was Dev..not looking good for anyone involved, and I'm a Dev shareholder.
don't think so. The tick is the increment in which shares can move at. So these will be auctioned in increments of 1p. It might be that that is all they are worth but we won't know just yet. Maybe someone will try to pump them a little higher.
Just found this https://www.assetmatch.com/app/OurCompanies/CompanyProfile?companyId=2554
has anyone sold any via this platform.
If i have read correctly offering 1p per share !
Think investors are aware of his super 6 stable of bull..he doesn't have the trust from his followers .Dev, IME,PIRI,ASLR BOOM and all the others are well down or delisted..if he is trying to pump this it won't work anymore. His pump is broken and possibly unfixable. IMO.
That would be an incredibly stupid plan. I hear he is planning to buy a pump. An even bigger pump that he ever had before and that's saying something. I hope people are careful when they see him with such a pump as it can be very dangerous.
Chris Akers has a plan and that maybe buying out this company for the shares it has invested in.
Quad Erat Demonstrandum. Significant cost cutting, deferred salaries and delisting. Following DevClever down the cup de sac!
Avoid Avoid Avoid.. everything he touches turns to shat.
My sell at 1.6p is looking very wise now! Really feel for holders as I’ve been through it with DEv. How nobody has been arrested and prosecuted on the ASLR and DEv / Veative board, is beyond me! Gl all
Wonder if Akers will start buying again!
Not sure why he was anyway ? anyone?
It amazes me how these companies even are allowed to list on the stock exchange in the first place!
I've never seen one where the share price doesn't go to zero!
Great for the board to recieve salaries for doing nothing, everyone else loses their money.
Fal. You were bang on ..
Thanks for your marginally patronising message. I do hop and am very good at it.
Since you are so clever perhaps you can answer the following
1. Dev clever was a listed investment and is no more. There is unlikely to be any recovery from it. Smoke and mirrors formed a large part of the share price ramp up strategy. Based on the boards lack of judgement you are asking us to believe the remaining “listed “ investments are worth what the market says. Only if these are blue chip stocks would I believ your statement.
2. What are these listed investments. audioboom? It is probably as illiquid as dev clever and the current share price is 20% of the previous value in the annual accounts.
So unless you are an expert in catching rabbits then I suspect the suspension is a serious indication that the company is in trouble. If it wasn’t why delay the accounts. They have lost most of the value, probably have no liquidity despite having so called illiquid listed assets.
Unless you are an insider- the preciseness of the number you quote which is not obvious from the accounts- I suggest you prove you are right with detail.
The company bet the farm on one highly speculative investment with revenues of less than £1m and a market value of £200+ defying any normal valuation metric, and has not surprisingly lost all its money. Let’s see how they dig themselves out of the ravine they have created.
Now crawl back to your burrow Thormageddon!! Hoppity hop.
Misleading statement Falconia as they have £700 k in shares in listed companies , so hardly on brink of Insolvency.
Please investigate before you write.
As for DevClever its a private company now so auditors need to access value and a £27 Million write down is a figure you created.
Now hop along
They have no cash. £31k at half year. £27m write down on DevClever if you like the rest of the market believe there is no residual value and unlikely to have realised any cash from the rest of the portfolio.
Legal requirements go out the window when you are on the brink of insolvency
I thought there was a legal requirement to file accounts under the Companies Act.
I have sold up and moved on. Brought into PREM and am currently 94% up! Thank you for reminding me! Finally learned how to spot a bag of ****e…ASLR is a bag of ****e! Anyone waiting for this to ride from the ashes will be sorely disappointed!

I recall an article a couple of years ago that described the actors and rampers involved in Asimilar (ASLR), Dev Clever (DEV), All Active Asset Capital (AAA), as a "nest of vipers" and that there was bad smell coming from those actors involved. Spot on I think!
Note the term “reasonable endeavours!” I’m sure their definition will differ from those of shareholders!
Since Veative got involved with DEV it’s been nothing short of a disaster. ASLR was 75p at one point and now look at it! Veative Group / ASLR will be a car crash for at least the next 3 years….and by then original shareholders will get nothing. Veative have said £20mil in Revs this year! Watch this EPIC fail! It will be embarrassing….we should find out the end of year results in about December 2024. Veative have no intention of communicating with shareholders. The performance of ASLR often has a direct correlation to Veative / Dev. Things do not look good at all! As long as Chris Jefferies has his millions and can come up with some nice new “ideas” all will be well in the world I’m sure!
A new message at companies house re a share allocation on 17th March re Dev ..Veative.
Should get insight and value of assets for the final accounts on 21st March 2023.
Nothing either nor as a long suffering AAA shareholder as well
