The new lawyer on the board. She left her umbrella in the AE office during the previous shenanigans and went to get it back.
Trying to find out
Ecwhke
Stop the titillation - tell us!
One may want to ask what EA was doing in the AE office in Jakarta a week and a bit before Idul Fitri and what has happened with her role on a concession with initials BIM. Just. Few questions amongst many
Besides it is mining law she specialises in specifically frameworks for overseas investments in Indonesia. Let's not get too stress about all this and focus on what's to come. Peace.
Putx, we need to be constructive and move on. If you listened to TM's previous interviews especially the Crux one you will know that there was a lot of DD done on the ability to pay. The simple fact of the matter is that they tried to renegotiate the deal. Eva's Armila's appointment - one only has to look at her CV to see what a strategic appointment it is.
Ba ha - go and ask the Man who sits above all this and perhaps doesn’t disclose to disclose
The court case is a matter of public record. Poor old Mansur as put forward as a witness a month or so back.
Indeed. These assurances that the directors of ARS hold anyone in the highest regard seem to be echos of the things they said abt AE
Swan, anyone who has "been advising Asiamet and KSK for several years" needs to be questioned. One is tempted to assume she was involved in the AE due diligence or should I say lack thereof.
Ecwkhe, I have spoken to one of the company advisors in the UK who say that Eva Armila is not only one of the foremost authorities on mining law and overseas investment in Indonesia but that she has also been advising Asiamet and KSK for several years and that they have a very longstanding relationship of which they are proud. In commercial matters between the two parties EA has worked solely on behalf of Asiamet and not AE, if there were to be any crossover on documentation then she would have been advising ARS or helping AE on KSK's behalf and that there would be no conflict of interest in that regard. They hold her integrity in the highest regard.
ECWHKE, If you have proof of this it might be appropriate to contact Tony Manini for an explanation.
ECWHKE, I think you need to quote the information & sources before making these remarks.
Integrity is indeed a fine thing - this most recent RNS with the appointment of a director is a curios thing in the context of Integrity.
It’s a tad difficult to confirm all these thing sin Indonesia but from what I have been able to. Dig out along the way there appears to be some murky business going on. I may be barking up many wrong tress as I am putting together fragments collected while looking at th various deals structures and announcement over time. A common thread of the new director seems to wind through many of the last year or 2 twists and turns
It appears this same lawyer is the ”owner” of PT WIN. Remember PT WIN the AE vehicle fo the IDX listing? The same lawyer either directly or via the Law firm they own acted for AE while at same time representing KSK in court. Yes KSK is still in courts with a next hearing scheduled for 16th June.
This is all sounding very murky indeed. SOme clear disclosure of interests would FIL perhaps be in order
This is all very well but no matter how sophisticated and polished an engine is, it needs energy.
Where is the fire in the belly that will get that locomotive steamed up and whistling ? or :=) the solid rocket fuel to sent it into the stratosphere?
All we can ask from Andrew is that he knows and will do his job but is that enough? On the other hand I cannot help wondering if we did not ask too much from Steve Hugues?
When I think about KSK a word comes to me "integrity" or in latin "integer" meaning whole or complete. Integrity of the project and its developers and the welfare of its people goes hand in hand. Then imho success will be denied no more.
