Yet Directors do - how does that work?
There was an option thornback, I put an order in by calling the broker direct - in the body of the text it there was a number
I did say I was very fearful of a fundraise but I'll take it back.
I averaged down last week and bought at 2.4 so I'm relieved to see the fundraise is at 2.2
At least now AE will be forgotten about. But with copper prices soaring I'm disappointed that they didn't just find a buyer for the project
Anyway, GLA. I guess we'll see what Tony is capable of (not much lately!)
..looking at the 8%... ... this is what happen when you follow the finger instead of looking at the pointed target...
Tony made clear from the beginning his belief that the copper demand will skyrocket. Did he stay firm and follow and act on the strength of his conviction? I very much doubt. He gave up.. this was clear already a while back. Kalimantan takes a lot of of you. However If he had people would have recognised his foresight and beaten a path to ARS. Not the other way around.
One of the difference between a successful CEO and an average one.
8%. I have been one of the biggest critics but at least they got this right and the discount is nothing
...overwhelmingly strong response... heavily oversubscribed..... and Tony is proud of his achievement???
Tony again gave too much of a discount ....when you have not got it you haven't got it...sorry
Thornback
The signal seems to be onwards and upwards but it may take time for the penny to drop so any PIs who are so minded may still get their chances in the low 2s.
And as G_G_G says it's poor that the PI doesn't get an option to take part in the raise.
Tuffy for me I'm afraid.
Been building a largish position for 5 years here and would have to lump in a good few grand to get down to a 3.5p average.
Great for any newbies granted but not for this LTH I'm afraid. Especially a LTH with shot confidence.
I suspect the SP won't stick around the 2s anymore, although I'd like to for more top-ups. Copper is on an absolute tear and ARS haven't benefited, presumably due to the AE issue and lack of funds. The funds have now been sorted and AE have been significantly diluted along with us all, so their influence is reduced. This placing should also help get us to a funding point for BKM, a hint was made to an Indo IPO. I recall ARS significantly rising after a prior fund raise.
Just seen the RNS and agree it’s great to see them down, however, all holders are too!!!
I’m tempted to have a speculative punt back in, but flip me, basically just means the last 12 months have been a complete write off
Also 2.2p is an incredibly good price given the company had no cash and therefore at the mercy of financiers. Great way to stick two fingers up to AE as well. Those shady pr!cks have just seen their 20% ownership drop to 14% overnight :) Very good for ARS once this has all washed through. If I was invested here with a high average then this is the time to average down. AIMHO GLA
Jesus, that's a lot more than I thought they'd raise (and could raise). That's quite a lot of dilution. Pretty **** that PIs aren't getting a chance to participate but I'm expecting there to be plenty of time to get in to this stock over the next few months in the low 2's. Strong appetite and II involvement are v.positive signs. Once the news flow starts up again then we'll see the sp climb from down here. Maybe a month or two from now. I'll see you guys as an investor again soon. GLA
raised monies at 2,2p
