Hands up Mr Andrew Batchelor !?

Well at least the directors still believe!

From memory it is either 5 or 10% where a TR1 is required
LiquidSilver, I've been (reliably?) informed that, as the company is based in Ireland, a TR1 is not required when you hit the 3% shareholding threshold....
PS the interview is on G11s Twitter feed.
Sounds like we are in a similar position and of like mind Battery. It’s worth keeping an eye on G11s share price (up 25% this week) not least as it’s bound to be ‘leakier’ than ARK. They have a pretty active social media presence too, I won’t post a link but there’s a pretty interesting interview yesterday highlighting its prospects (especially Stonepark) and how undervalued it is. As for ARK, with a £2m mcap I can think of higher-priced cash shells!
Well, almost 2m have been mine over the last month or so, and I am not yet even over the 2% mark yet, so no tr1 needed from this buyer. I don't know anything more than is in the public domain, and am adding this either goes to zero or 20m market cap. Obviously I think the latter more realistic than the former.
Looking at volumes I’m sure over 5-6% has been bought in recent months around the 0.55-0.65p range and the company is due at least 1 TR1.
Cannot be much stock remaining from the November capital raise and a squeeze to higher levels. Especially on Stonepark, Group Eleven (Glencore) or Lithium news.
GLuck!
Buying continues at 0.6 level

nibbling away at 0.6 again
Surprised we havent seen a TR1 as yet with the amount of stock being bought at 0.6p level. Someone continues to test that level
Hmmm what's going on here!
News due?
GL.
G11 great news late last week confirming Zinc drill results in Ireland.
G11 own that particular prospect 100% but the read across for ARK is G11 are continuing to prove they know where to dig.
Further drilling at Stonepark incoming
Are there licences anywhere near our?

profits of £28B and they announced £6B for a combination of dividends and share buyback. How about £10M (petty cash!) to buy ARK? They could pension off Teeling as part of the deal....
Latest bumbling Teeling interview hardly fills one with confidence that he can achieve anything material. 14 years to 'build up' a company that today is worth less than £2M (keeps appearing on twitter!). Some achievement! lol
Binary bet here imo, sell our share of Stonepark or wither away until we get someone more dynamic sitting in the Chair currently occupied by Teeling...
No question. But the real issue is will Arkle be around to see that happen? Every day which passes with Teeling at the helm makes me less optimistic on that front!
Zinc continues to be in strong demand. EV batteries which r booming and will continue to accelerate use zinc
If the future us electric it is also Zinc.
Zinc used in lots of other processes too, like galvanising steel n iron, LOTS of others too.
Stonepark has value
We should just wait until junior miners have a boom and put the company into an FSP. Might be 10-20m that way. Teeling is an absolute clown...
else getting that sinking feeling? This appears to have become a binary bet...sell our share of Stonepark or drift into oblivion. The other assets seem to offer long term 'potential' (putting it kindly!) and we have Mr (dead weight) Teeling at the helm. Deep joy!
As one or two have said on this bb, what if our partners refuse to buy our share of Stonepork and just ask us to keep contributing towards the costs of lots more exploration? Oh dear...
I thought there was a subtle hint Mr. T last interview, that might be looking to move Stonepark on. ( paraphrased) “ we’ve had it a long time, and will be looking to make something happen...”. Something like that.
We know Glencore previously asked for it but there are a few other majors in Ireland,
The future of the company is all about Stonepark imo and the sale of our minority share of the project. This RNS doesn't get us any closer to that sale so we just sit and wait for further drilling. No (new) buyers on the news!!
Teeling will have to defer his retirement lol
very good news.
It’s certainly not lessened the value of our 23.44%
Looks like someone bought 503,886 shares without reading the RNS and 15 minutes later locked in a £277 loss!
Yeah, we’re all still waiting for the damn ‘Buy-out’ rns lol
