Yahoo reports 52 million shares traded on 17th of April; total shares outstanding 462 million (approx). therefore more than 10 percent sold therefore the price is low enough for somebody to dilute us. And get shares cheap.
Or was the 52 million a spoof.
Where is the money coming from to fund the ark share of costs?
RNS: John Teeling, Chairman, commented: "We are very pleased that Group Eleven are going to undertake this programme. The economics for zinc miners are looking better due to lower treatment prices for zinc concentrate. We would expect to participate in this programme."
Yes, Auc1, they theoretically can. But who would be interested in buying, when they know they will inevitably end up a minority partner at the mercy of Glencore? That is why, presumably, South32 wanted to buy all of Stonepark or nothing.
Nothing for it but to wait for G11 to prove up Stonepark and PG West in their own sweet time, and then we may see an offer from Glencore once they've agreed a buyout with G11.
*/which will be a headline maker
“much more likely is that G11 said no, since they have to listen to what Glencore want on the matter, since they are such a large G11 shareholder.)”
Bottom line is ark can sell their % irrespective of G11. Ie ARK own 26% ( or whatever it is) so ARK can sell it. Or ARK can probably reduce % ( in G11 favour ) to fund further drilling although ark have always chosen to retain not relinquish
Anyway G11 n ARK r keen to find the mirror image of the Pallas green discovery which will be
No, Auc, I'm not entirely sure you are remembering the situation correctly, tbh. My recollection is that Arkle were approached about selling their share of Stonepark as part of a deal to sell ALL of Stonepark; it did not go ahead, that's for sure, but I don't believe that Arkle has EVER declined a reasonable offer for their share of Stonepark (much more likely is that G11 said no, since they have to listen to what Glencore want on the matter, since they are such a large G11 shareholder.)
Hi donk
Historically Mr. T said ARK had been approached to sell Stonepark share but ARK said no,
My interpretation is MrT wants to prove the licence up. Clearly he REALLY believes in the asset. It’s a Zinc rich area with ALREADY 4.5mt inferred resource booked. Target is to get it to nearer 10mt for viable commerciality, current 4.5:is near surface and high grade so it’s hitting the absolute sweet spots. Mr T has always participated in drilling to maintain ARKs % it’s easy to see why
G11 was NOT up 50% on news of Stonepark drilling!!! Oh that it were! They are up because they have had dramatically good drill results massively extending their resource at Ballywire.
I'm all for thinking positively about Stonepark, and with the metal rights it seems obvious that one day Glencore will need to buy Arkle's quarter share, but hyping this on the back of nothing is just setting things up for failure.
Once the new Stonepark results are in (and really hoping they have found the massive feeder system) then I think JT should engage Rothschilds or one of the other specialist banks to approach Glencore and negotiate a sale of Stonepark. My guess would be in the 15-25m range for our quarter of Stonepark, unless JT can get a bidding war going, but it doesn't seem too likely.
At llong last some movement on Stonepark!
G11 share price up 50% on the news
ARK hardly moves and mcap still only circa £1.5m. Crackers!
Finally g11 give us a schedule for drilling.
Should excite investors
Future plans in R.N.S.
Auc1, one has to wonder just how much activity is planned for the remaining 11 calendar days of Q1 in order to not make a liar out of Teeling!
Agree re crazy low SP.
just a matter of time b4 the bargain hunters move in, easy money
0.27?...gotta be the bottom that, surely to heck....
piddly volumes tho.
MCAP now circa £1.2m (with plenty of very interesting assets and no debt). Madness!
Added to that our leader Mr. T says “ the 1st quarter of 24 will be quite active.”

Brine lithium in Botswana… now that is interesting and for all sorts of reasons !
0.35 could be the low again..imo
Two bod members took c£140k between them. Ask yourself why would they do that
It’s not VAST where it’s placing after placing and no management level take up
IMO something really big is coming & management knows it
Yeh I’m very confident something decents coming
I think it went like this:
Something big happened/ a deal or something, management thought ok let’s go a placing, we’ll take 70% cause we’re guna 5-10x our money
Why would they take well over £100,000
THIS IS A MULTI BAGGER IMO
I think the fact that JT and colleagues took such a large chunk of a decent sized raise indicates that they have some plans to deliver decent shareholder value; it contrasts with firms like Thor Mining where Black-and-Decker Mick used to buy 5k's worth in a 100k placing (most of the proceeds of which were used to pay his salary!)
Sorry more like 70%
