The sp has been putting in a spurt every now and again since Henry VIII was on the throne. The only time it'll have any meaning is when it's accompanied by somehow news i.e.a major has offered us some serious dosh or we've hit the mother load.
I'm certain on my posts based on my own research Ella.
I don't make things up, or have an agenda. I'm more than balanced in my views and accomodating of others.
Take it or leave it.
P.s. director dealings is about share transactions not use of equipment.
Anyway life is too short to repeat same conversations. Atb
MT- 'nothing but good news this year - that is a shocking misrepresentation!'

- The previous RNS from ARC stated the purchase was taking the £1.95m Liability- the latest RNS for the latest sale (at least the 3rd time ARC have tried selling Casa) doesn't state that the purchaser is taking th liability.
- court cases may well be won but are currently causing nuisance.
- Kalaba mining licence no longer exists in th mining cadastre.
- They were supposedly in discussions with AA so would have been in a closed period as far as I can tell.
- They are supposed to disclose any director related transactions
- Can you please point me to the RNS that tells us the majors that we have NDAs with??
Hugely anticipated drill results are due hence the rise imo. If we find David Woods lost copper, this won’t stay at 30M cap that’s for sure
Up nearly 7% now. Keep up the good work Ella.
@Ella as we are reposting old stuff I'll repost my original reply to you...
I see you've added a number 7 about NvS comms but I think my last point about discussions and NDAs covers that.
__________
Ella,
FWIW my take from my own research. Used the respective numbers as per your post..
1. Rackler as taking the CASA liability. Audit currently being completed, ahead of Rackler raising capital.
2. Only court cases is one by MM for a bogus debt and a case pending to get rid of him (MM) leasing ARCMs plant. Both expected to be easily won.
3. ARCM has already confirmed the licence changes were ahead of potential commercial transactions and are in good standing. The changes are academic and if we had lost any licences this would have been reported.
4. Obvs thats speculation - Personally disagree with the intent around the surrender of share options. This was to reduce dilution and came with confirmation no further will be issued.
5. I don't see the need to RNS every action they make.
6. Who knows. Will see unless one of the various ndas with majors ends well in interim.
Anyway all we can do is invest or sell based on our opinions. Time will tell but we have a deep drill campaign in progress and multiple NDA discussions with several majors.

Twitter pump and dump! You make me laugh Ella.
3 or 4% rise and you feel the need to try to dampen it. I wonder why.
ARC Should be trading 6p to 8p. Once seller is done should return to that range pretty quickly.
Find deep mineralisation, release expected positive scoping study news, anounce JV or aseet sale and we should see double figures.
I usually like to see all investors proper but in this case I really hope you miss the ride.
Not sure it's just down to TWITTER... tweets only started after it had begun...
FULL ASK 3.45p being paid
SeisNav,
I agree with you (for once). It appears to be a twitter pump and dump. Don't get caught!
Some of the issues are
1. CASA was apparently sold to GSEP, who was dormant and during the period concerned was exempt from accounts due to that dormancy. They don't appear to have acquired any assets but are apparently now selling CASA. There appears to be a £1.95m liability related to Tremont Master Holdings that goes with CASA. There appear to have been several attempts to shift CASA liabilities to various parties in the past 3 years.
2. Court case(s)
3. Kalaba mining licence disappearing in spite of the fact that ARCM were going to be producing FCF from it. Other licence changes not notified to shareholders.
4. Surrender of Options appear to have occurred when directors would have been privy to inside info.
5. Apparent lease of Kalaba plant to a director without disclosure.
6. Revenue producing going into 2022 - really???
7. NVS appears to have stopped communicating with shareholders
The list goes on....
Auction time...
Most likely just traders trying a pump and dump. The price isn’t going to move significantly without some news to back it up.
I just added on IG and it went. Up to 3.3383
About to move up...
And buying??!!! :)
