Yes SalmonElla for once we agree.
I wasn't discussing the price of fish but I can see how you might relate it. Something definitely appears fishy! :-)
and then SalmonElla springs up-what court activity do you refer to Ella ? Presumably not Mushy and Chisler /Zambian MOJ next month ! And then WTF would illegal mining fatalities (apart from being regrettable) have to do with the price of fish ??
Yes, there does seem to be a lot of court activity around Zamsort.
Are there any court cases around CASA? There were some deaths in illegal gold mines in Misisi within the last couple of years - was any of this activity on the Leda Mining tenements?
Hiya bus ticket, funny you should mention psychic, but more of that later.
As always your posts seem to have a penchant for the fanciful and a distinct fear of facts. I.E. 1. "various court cases"- as you know there was mutterings in the UK but when he saw what trouble you were having in Zambia,he dropped it like a stone and removed all trace (he thinks) 2. "no official company rebuttal" try 4th May and then 13th Oct RNS https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ARCM/update-on-media-article-9ql5tjmnysrio8y.html- 3. As Fuku has already stated AAL are still in conversations , 4. Ch E scoping study is on the way. 5."Posting links to copper prices" inaccurate once again, what I and others do is post market relevant information to show that Copper is indeed one of the buoyant minerals and will be in demand/defecit for the next 15 years at the very least least.
And back to being psychic-I am a bit-Do you have any special plans for Christmas ? I'd wait until after next month to make any plans !
”A reminder for you now, various court cases and no official company rebuttal , not good”
I agree, good job there's been an official rebuttal.
Hope you got a free travel too Lindos (what a pointless additional detail, somebody waving thier willy around?).
Fu*calwhit79 you must be psychic, I travelled to my home in Lindos last Saturday and did forget my toothbrush! Thanks for the reminder. A €3 toothbrush from Philip Supermarket on Pallas beach soon sorted that out though.
A reminder for you now, various court cases and no official company rebuttal , not good. AA, no longer in the game, not good. CAPEX to get into production on small scale mining licence, LARGE?
You keep posting links to copper prices, but if you ain't mining it, the copper price is irrelevant. 1p written all over it.
I meant 1 or 2 more attempts before they face court themselves-the dates have been separately booked by the Zambian MOJ who are bringing the cases against them.
PG-if you are genuinely interested contact Arcm directly (as I have)-and they will explain exactly what a load of distractional rubbish the case is and a desperate attempt to extort money. The latest article is even more desperate and deranged , mixing up people and cases from all over the place. The desperation is because they are facing a court case next month that could have serious ramifications for both characters. I would expect 1 or 2 more attempts to try get some money and have their cases dropped. IT WON'T HAPPEN !
Yeah, if you read my previous post I am only positive about acrm and it’s copper tonnage potential and I have invested my own money! However I don’t just think this company is perfect, no one can actually explain to anyone how these courts cases have no merit, they just call you a twat
Marco777, it’s the same guy here as On telegram. Pgtips here, Phillip Greenlaw telegram (pg).
Ha ha, Green rover.
Hi Buspass-don't forget your toothbrush !
Hi Bob,
What's not to like about reorganising our licences for a potential commercial transaction?
In the context of all the latest media it is worth revisiting this. I particularly like the bit at approx 1 min 55 seconds in

The gift that keeps on giving. Time certain folk on here realise the court cases might not be all spoof. Q - time for more meaningless threads and pretty pictures.

The same****** are on the arcm telegram group spreading the same sh*te.
What a bunch of w*nkers!!!
salmonEllas questions are all designed to create negative discussion and sentiment
I actually think Ella's question is pretty neutral this time if not favourable to ARCs position.
One thing to consider with the license restructuring though, wasn't it all done ahead of when it would have been needed?
Regardless it was state sanctioned.
And up pops salmonElla, trying to ask questions as if the article is valid, instead of making statements and ending up in front of a judge himself-This is Mushy's last ditched attempt to try and avoid a sentence next month. This time he elaborates with a few names,to try and get pressure from within-it won't work Mushy-you are going to court-pack your toothbrush !
I can sort of understand the requirement for surrendering a portion of licences. It seems to be an incentive to get them developed but it also appears to be unrealistic to expect full exploration of areas to be completed in the time between licence renewals. Has this surrender ever been enforced? I came across an interesting post on the other board from 2015/2016 Where someone asked about the surrender requirements in an investor meeting. It seems that if this had been enforced Zamsort would now have about 6% of the licence areas that they currently have.
The whole thing reads like a hatchet job on Arc actually, I wouldn't be surprised if part of it was written by Mushinge. It refers to NvS as simply Nic I find that a little strange. The rant against foreigners as predictable as it is also shows the bias in the reporting
Being fingered will be the least of his troubles in a few months time.
