No news Extra, apart from the brief report that they were finding it really difficult to concentrate due to laughing so much at the greed and idiocy of the culprits concerned.:-))

Can barely bring myself to read the drivel on this board due to Ella's antics. Been a dissapointing year, but still heavily invested and hoping 2022 is much better. Hope the communication improves because this company has a lot of potential.
Oh bless poor old wrinkled Ella, putting a brave face on it and trying not to listen for the knock on the door ! P.S. it won't be Santa this year.
Fulmar, my memory isn’t great but Cilla lived in the next terraced street over. They did share a rear alleyway tho!
Much Love, so to speak!
They should make a film about your dear old Nan, Not sure what genre it would be and I’m darn sure it would not be classified as a PG!
Not Pegging Cilla ?
SeisNav, my dear old Nan would say that what people do behind closed doors was their business.
Then she would recall a story she heard about a husband and wife who lived on her terrace. Percy and Vera they were called. My memory being so bad, I can’t recall the story, just that my Nan used the word ‘pegging’. Whatever that means!
Much Love!
Once you have a mental image of Ella as Colin Bird in a dress… it’s very hard to avoid it every time he posts!
It would appear there has been much angst from some people recently.
Added to that, neither Gregg or Nordic Investor have been seen for a while. I am starting to worry about those guys.
My dear old Nan, bless her soul, used to say something about skeletons and closets.
She also had a rule about coincidences. My memory isn’t as good as it used to be.
Anyway, apologies for digressing.
As always, Much Love!
Agree Fulmar. Some have a silly vendetta against NvS. Others are part of an orchestrated scheme to get #arcm on the cheap or get it back. When share registers are dominated by PI’s, this is what can happen. The big question for holders is: WHY are these people so held bent on damning/ deramping #arcm? They know - like we do - that there are huge copper deposits that ought to generate significant profits - and they want control of them on the cheap
Totally agree rio, but when an orchestrated "fake news" and troll campaign, together with share manipulation occurs,it has a decent chance of gaining some traction, and if nothing else it causes disruption, until the cycle is broken-In this case it seems Shamwana+Co may now hold the "whip hand". Why these unethical morons would decide to take that road in life is way beyond my comprehension. And as I have always said,if they were only to put the same energy into something positive,it would be so much more productive and profitable.
@fulmar. “45% of adults in the UK believe they encounter fake news every single day”. We get out diet of fake news from the Arc “discussions” boards and Twitter ( which seems to turn a blind eye to fake news links). Always easy to spot, though.
once again Ella-plenty of statements and no questions answered-but you raise a decent question-When you previously asked" what happened to the tailings ?" And Trafigura say they have been duped with false documentation, and now you point out (quite rightly)the annual report statement i.e "no income" was received-are you suggesting that the tailings were stolen ? Of course you wont answer, but thanks for previously pointing out the missing tailings. Kind regards Every single shareholder !
Ella. It was with ZAMEX. Don’t try that one.
Hi Fulmar,
Are you suggesting that the annual report is a work of fiction?
'During the period, a lease agreement over the Zamsort plant was entered into with an ex-director of the Company. Due to non-performance and inactivity, the lease agreement was cancelled before the end of the financial period. No income or expenses were incurred in relation to the lease agreement. '
I'm not sure how there were no expenses considering the various court cases.
If you spent a little more time on research your posts might have a bit more credibility - but don't that influence you! I'm sure the genuine investors here who are under water are really enjoying reading the board in it's current state and are grateful to your significant contribution.
I presume Ella you must have evidence of your statement "I'm not sure how ARC leasing the Kalaba plant for zero consideration while telling investors a completely different story is ARC highlighting manipulation" Leased to who ? And I hope there is a contract, not just a Mushy verbal contract because as you well know" A verbal contract is not worth the paper it's not written on "
Rather than me elaborate Ella why don't we wait for Arc's lawyers to clear things up for you.
Ella, don’t start flirting with me, have to say I am not interested.
You are right Ella, I will just drop them a message to add that bit in. They must have ran out of room, they had to fire a lot in that article. Wasn’t it interesting!
Hi Turtlewax,
Obviously there are a lot of issues in Zambia. The article doesn't make a pleasant read. I didn't see mention of the AA court case.
Hi Fulmar,
I'm not sure how ARC leasing the Kalaba plant for zero consideration while telling investors a completely different story is ARC highlighting manipulation. I'm sure the statement in the investor call that the licence reorganisation related to a potential commercial transaction was probably them highlighting manipulation but I'm not quite sure how. Perhaps you can elaborate?
@Turtle-having been on the wrong end of so many MickeyMouse articles,I read that article and wondered if it might be just another Zambian "hatchet job" but looked up the credentials of IBI World and they seem not to be a complete joke like The Mast-With Arc having sent papers to Shamwana,I can only believe that there is a lot more to it than just UK manipulation of a share price-the license number quoted means for me that some specific actions are about to happen in Zambia-I hope it takes the brakes off the sp.
Wow Turtle-with that article I can see why a lot of Zambian press wants to remove the immunity of Lungu to prosecution, but a lot of former deals by his accomplices are being investigated. With Arc highlighting manipulation , Mr Bird's previous dealings (in that article)may well get much closer attention. Have we put the cat among the PIGEONS ?.
Nothing like a little history lesson on a Saturday morning... like being in school weekend detention.
Interesting read and actually comes on the back of a BBC documentary that I watched by chance last night - which is all about Tesla and their dealings in Congo and the environmental/human impact therein. Also worth watching, albeit it made me feel rather guilty...
