Some decent accumulation coming through. Shame about the price but its a no brainer and increase will come with the drilling commencement and our tier 1 discovery!
One of the best companies on AIM hands down :)
The 750k trade must have been a sell based on the time stamp.
Good price D220 anyone have any clues what the unknowns were ?
Gone through at 3.99p. Thats enough for me now thanks.
Well oversold IMO. Got a fill or kill in for £16k at 4.05. Maybe missed my chance...
I'm sorry but I simply do not agree that the share price is not being driven down by the upcoming expiry date of the 3p warrants, I have watched a number of such companies when in the money warrant expiry date approaches and in every case the share price drops.
Warrant holders have to find cash from somewhere to take up the warrants, in most cases (not all) they have to sell their existing shares in the market or they acquire the warrants and then sell them at a profit. I accept that some investors have cash to take up the warrants and hold them but I suspect that percentage is quite low.
My view is the shares are now in the buy zone even accounting for warrants, as indicated in earlier posts I believe most of the warrants are now exercised and the debris from them will shortly end, the share price will recover and re-rate.
The shares hit 6p on the deal with AA, it hit 9p last March, you can currently buy sub 4p, but not for much longer IMO.
I would not have given MM the drippings off my nose and would have loved him to end up in Jail.I still await that outcome as he will be the architect of his own demise. The only two good things I can see from the Kalaba deal the first is that Nick would not have done it without investors in mind and a definite deal Rothscild/AAL on the table and AAL wanted to get on with it. The second is I look forward to the status of Kalaba in the new cadestre lists.I'm hoping some of those warrants are not exercised,as we don't need the cash.IIs arriving very soon
AA will need to drill not mine ffs lol
Nordic Im not suggesting you or anyone is selling. I know not for the very same reasons you articulated.
I'm just saying that warrant holders have several options; sell existing positions in ARCM to enable the exercise of warrants and maintain their positions, buy and hold warrants on top of existing positions, or potentially exercise warrants and sell at an immediate profit. With some other possible permutations in between.
I'm sure some warrant holders will do a number of the above.
Largely I don't really care either way as my positions here for a longer term. I also made the reference to ggp earlier and the rate at which AA will need to mine compared to ARCs historical level of exploration.

I understand, from the point of view I come from.
We don’t really see it that way I believe. We have concluded that ok, the AIM is a sick market at the moment. But we have one of the top Global licenses,
fully capitalized and now Anglo increase drilling spending with 4-8x per season with professional resources. The number is specified. The risk/reward is insane. Say 25% down in a severe crash and if they are on the same path as Greatland or Solgold. Free carrier 30% 4-8 bn is a conservative number for a Tier 1 mine of cupper in the times coming. Why sell if not squeezed? Only see similar sharpe quotes in the Uranium and eventually the silver market (So manipulated). But very happy to hear other views, at these levels. We buy and we call in for long term holding. 10-15p then maybe time to discuas re-allocations of risk
I was more thinking warrant holders selling existing ARCM positions above 4p+ to use the funds to exercise the 3p warrants and maintain / add to their existing positions. Others will also just exercise and hold or exercise and sell.
In the grand scheme of things, while all these are possible, I'll sit tight and wait for the real returns.
The market will be influenced by many things short term and then value will be realised and the real gains will be made IMO
Atb all
Thank you for the info. Even though I wonder where
its based on. As we speak I transfer liquidity to call
27-28m 3p warrants. Will be held long-term by an institution which is a top 3 holder even before they now increase their allocation? And then I have not counted in 3-5m from HN-individuals that also wanna increase now when the asset is so de-risked
and cash pos will be £ 9-10m at beginning of July. So
clear madness to sell called warrants now. But again, thanks for info if you have a link or something you use please share. Valuable info
The last Blocklisting review clearly shows that there were only 22.5m warrants left to be issued by June...

Obviously some folk who have taken warrants and converted them will not sell them but equally many investors do, the intra day rise to 6p on recent news would have offered warrant holders a 100% increase so I do suspect that the SP has been hit by some warrant holders converting and selling.
In any-case the 'issue' of warrants will shortly be a thing of the past which is good news.
Nordic, I didn’t think Nick would give away the plant and disagreed with you here when you suggested it. However, after the event someone I respect reminded me of Darwin’s Theory of Evolution. In the case of Arc Minerals, Nick evolved with the circumstances and did what was best for the company in the long run to get stronger. In retrospect, I now agree with the actions taken by Nick and salute your foresight and knowledge!!
I can just agree with the previous post about
Warrants. Me myself with clients and collegues has > 30m 3p warrants. Some 4.5p warrants.
No one is selling out equities or the warrants they
now have called. So sure we can speculate but what I do and hear is: At this SP no way that we sell our called warrants. Have you seen the terms of the deal.
Ps Fulmar. I understand your doubts but in the end it became as I said. Give away a symbolic factory and
make a cheap deal with MM. Now done, now the real game starts
