Claim as you see fit ,and if you are comfortable with it and need it so be it ,but ,there is no time limit or escape from the repercussions of blatant fraud , it will take a long time but you will be found out ,your neighbours will probably blag you in ,or your bragging on sites like this where your details are visible to the operators ,only guessing mind .
Not judging Delacey, I know lots of self employed and every one of them has taken every payment needed or not.
Not really what the SEISS payments were meant for, get your tin hat on you could get a bumpy ride lol.
lol Samantha Cameron (cherie was the other blood sucking leach :-)
Easy to get confused when they are all cast from the same mold
Right enough of that... POWER TO THE PEOPLE lol
Old Boys club DS, thats why when the brigadiers leave the forces they set up a ltd company who wins a contract to sell poundshop light bulbs at £89 to every British base in the world.
When I hear about tax avoidance I always think of Cherie Cameron :-)
All the top earners are 'at it'
It's only the numpties that pay full taxes
If you're not in the club you're not supposed to about it know because it could bring down the Plutocracy...
It's why they don't teach it in School lol
Haven't some/most of us already paid tax on earnings before we put that money into an ISA anyway?
Joker. You demonstrate an uneducated commentary maybe that's why you ste not in the 150k earners bracket.
Now question to you what Argos sp on 100k Btc?
Great.
Oh and another thing, this “great” country punishes success quite enough already with Tax.
Have to**
I’ve made the assumption you’re slating ISA investments.
If you pay more tax than you legally have you, you’re an idiot.
The sooner the tax and LA / Government spending systems are on the BlockChain, and therefore accountable and transparent, the better....
IMHO.
CC
Tax avoidance is legal, tax evasion in not.
I think most people are fine with paying tax on their income, savings, rentals, etc, but capital gains really stocks in their craw when the gains are made from income that has already been taxed.
Plus once your earnings over £150k a year you’ve already lost your child benefit, personal allowance, paying 40%/45%, pension restrictions potentially, etc.
Moog. Those of us who make full use of ISA's (which are perfectly legitimate), are most likely to the biggest contributors to the Exchequer with regards to income tax and other taxes. In your defence, it's most likely due to a lack of knowledge. However, rather than making yourself look silly and then getting slated, it's advisable to know what you are commenting on before you press the Post Message button.
Moog, I don't think in general people are against paying a fair tax, (the word 'Fair' is up for debate), the problem is how that money is used by the Govt. which dissuades a lot of people and also how the mega rich use loopholes to evade paying a fair tax... I'm trying to keep this as simple as possible without bringing in topics such as illegal wars, brexit and Ministerial pay blah blah.
@Moog,
Anyone that makes money in their perfectly LEGAL ISA is risking their money, doing their own research and gaining from their ideas of how to increase their capital, why should people pay the government for something that they have absolutely zero involvement in?
Seriously, I didn't want to respond, but get off your soap box FFS, an ISA is a legal tax management wrapper, introduced "by" the government, and only the foolish do not take advantage of it.
Moog. It's not tax avoidance it's just good tax management. We all pay tax either at source or as good purchased or on interest earnt on investments. Bottom line NHS would not exist unless we tax payers had paid for it as such we all need to manage our tax as efficiently as possible not avoid but manage. Big difference moog and suggest your commentary is worded a little bit more positively. Botton line Argo are developing rapidly and we investors will earn fantastic some that dont forget a large proportion will be spent within the uk property etc again all creating revenue for the state! Onwards and upwards Argonauts
I too pay a great deal in tax and anybmoney I make in a ISA will spent in this great country supporting the economy along with several charities of choice.
Taxing everyone to the hilt is not the way to run a successful economy no one ever benefits subsidising Politicians.
I also pay six figure tax on personal earnings every year so not going to justify a hobby with 20k in an ISA that is perfectly legit.
This is a civil board and people have been helpful in all ways whether it be Argo, CBX, broker options, tax or whatever.
Let’s keep it that way.
Moog - Not going to waste my time tearing to shreds your ridiculous post. Think you should sit back and think about what you have just posted!
Is this is response to the CGT thread? Would you regard using an ISA as unreasonable?
I pay every scrap of tax that I owe, which is well into six figures per year. I don't begrudge a single penny of it.
Past while on here it has ****ed me of no ends to the length people are willing to go to pay no tax on the profit they have got here
This great country on its knees with covid so many people have lost their jobs since it and loved ones
Bet some of your here are here most of the time because you are on furlough payed for by what yes that's rite the very thing you don't want to pay
I don't like it much either but have always and will always pay my fair share and the rest of you money misers should do the same and support our great country imo
