Hi Market.
I already have my ARB shares within my General Account as I have already fully subscribed to my HL Stocks and Shares ISA this financial year.
Hopefully HL will reestablish the bed&isa process.
When I’ve previously transferred HL shares into my HL ISA the limit was £20k.

I believe the point of the bed&ISA is that you can transfer your whole ISA to a new provider without impacting your current year allowance - otherwise you'd be stuck with one provider.
I'd also assume that you can transfer the stock itself, otherwise it would just build risk into the process and harm the end user...
I’ll also investigate doing a bed&isa with HL next month but am assuming we will only be able to put a maximum of £20k in due to ISA limits?
This of course assumes that Rishi doesn’t change anything during the budget tomorrow.
Some companies will prefund a BED & ISA.
It doesn’t matter if it’s going up or down. What matters is the size of the spread that they can get for you.
“ I think my best bet is to do it while arb share price is going down”
Not this week then :)
My bed &isas at Barclays have always been excellent. Hardly any difference between the sell and buy price
May I ask what it is you don't like about trading 212 ISA?
I think my best bet is to do it while arb share price is going down
You can usually bed and isa as I believe it’s called. HL do it, but not recently as all staff responsibile were furloughed!! Sure they’ll be back real soon as it’s tax year end!!
Ring other reputable broker platforms and ask.
ii is cheap. HL are very good. I believe Barclays are reasonable price told hold ac and good also
Autonomy1, everybody knows you sold out! Lol!!
Thankfully, you are here to warn us about the bursting bubble, but you would be better off telling Stocktwits about it. They are the ones who will be comparing Argo to the bloated market caps of RIOT and MARA, just as soon as US institutions can buy ARBKF on the Nasdaq.
Can you think of a reason ARBKF should be cheaper than the others? Hint: ARB being much cheaper not long ago is not a valid answer.
You sold out. I presume you made good money when you did. You had your turn. You made your choice. I’m sure you can pick other winners. No need to mope here. Be Happy!!!
Apparently Trading 212 takes 8 days
Why are you concerned you may loose 10% in the 3 days but you may gain it as nobody knows what Bitcoin is going to do
Personally I sold at 255 last week,as I just dont like all the hype everyone is pushing this up and when no more money can be pumped into it the bubble will burst
Never be greedy you could loose all unless you bought at sub 50p
I read that on trading 212 you have to sell your stocks first and then transfer the funds only. I’m so annoyed at myself for not going to a reputable broker in the first place
Barclays might handle the transfer of the isa for you.ask them.
Letsberich. I have been looking at this for a different reason, I am with EQi and looking at HL. They can transfer your ISA so you don’t sell and rebuy I believe they just move it. I haven’t checked fully but I think that is what happens. But I think it takes 2 to 3 weeks so you obviously cannot trade in that time on your ISA. Still looking in to it.
I’m at £25k profit at the moment with this but I’m having to sell soon because the my dumb self went and bought this on trading212 ISA. I know what your thinking? Why is that a bad thing but to be honest I just don’t trust trading212 cos eventually that £25k will be in triple digits soon. I need to sell this and Transfer the funds to a Barclays ISA next tax year. Has anyone had any experience with this moving from trading212 to a more reputable broker? I know I will lose some money in terms of selling, rebuying and the possibility that the price goes up while i transfer it over
