Morning Bill
I do enjoy a good speculate but in the case of AOGL it is very much a guessing game
I was invested with TOM recently so I'm familiar with their work and their prospects
If Petro and TOM got involved with AOGL I'd be very happy. But who knows what will play out
Worse case scenario is nothing happens and they do an equity fundraise in 4-6 months
Then we are all screwed lol
Interesting....
https://quorumzine.gitlab.io/quorum/content/2020/07/20/quadrise-msar-asphalt-ridge-analysis.html
"The following is my analysis of how Quadrise MSAR could fit into the Greenfield joint venture between TomCo and Valkor, using Petroteq technology."
And this; https://www.proactiveinvestors.co.uk/companies/news/923123/tomco-says-joint-venture-with-valkor-is-major-step-towards-oil-sands-technology-plant-923123.html
"The establishment of the JV with Valkor to form Greenfield, post the period end, is a major step in us seeking to prove the commercial scale potential of Petroteq's oil sands separation process,” said chief executive John Potter."
Make of the above what you will but could it be that somewhere in this set up there might be someone looking for a shell? They're all listed apart from Valkor which is joint ventured with TomCo. Mmmmm.
I took a look at the filing
Couldn't glean very much from it but I'm not particularly well tuned to such things
It did say this however -
Total Offering Amount represents aggregate price of 68,456,159 shares to be issued at $0.04/share pursuant to certain debt conversion agreements and a subscription agreement. 15M shares were issued on July 31, 2020 following TSX Venture Exchange approval.
There was a filing made today so maybe that's the reason?
https://ir.petroteq.energy/sec-filings# "Official notice of an offering of securities that is made without registration under the Securities Act in reliance on an exemption provided by Regulation D and Section 4(a)(5) under the Act." Haven't a clue without reading further but I'm off out.
I have big ears ;-)
Couldn't see a reason either.... Things could get interesting next week.
Investor bill, must have heard our discussion. I have had a quick look but can`t find a reason for the jump.
Have wondered before whether it could be our tie up. Although its a bigger Co.
