You didn't just say the SP was falling did you?
" Down it goes @11.20!!! "
The share is suspended!!!
There is no trading taking place at all.
There are unknowns here which is why the SP is pence rather than pounds.
But there are some things that are known - like the basics.
Mustn’t get carried away but the enormous figures involved could make this a ftse 100 share within a few years.
They have stated that they will extend operations once helium had been proven in large quantities.
The $90 million plus income stated could be multiplied many times.
Share prices usually work on a P/E ratio.
Need more be said.
Steve I have Unrisked valuation of 12.5p on P90 and 57.7p on P50
That's on only the first three Prospects drilled and successful
A very conservative figure.
Imo double that at least.
and regarding 5 years till production once the drill hits Helium this is a 100 million market cap on the figures provided below cash is $98 million a year
138 billion BCF at todays helium price of $280 MCF lol and you think it will go down its a 38 Billion Dollar resource coming to the market. yes placees may well sell but the volume of people investing will smash it out the park $38 billion dollar yes $38 BILLION
lol what are you going on about
the drill is max 1200 meters maybe hit at 300 meteres the drill speed is 50/60 meters a day, do some research and watch the presentations where all musing are answered
Time will tell, GLA.
Please don't forget any placing shares WILL drag this down, I do believe this.
Infrastructure Loans ??? What security will be given to build plants, one asks.
So probably another capital raise or two, via greatly reduced price, to entice institutional Investors, IF it spikes.
I do believe there is another 5 years before production. I may consider investing if it opens @2.5p, and leave for the bottom drawer, pay me pension!!!GLA , with all this hype). Down it goes @11.20!!!
Just did the math on mine and if I hadn't bought when we became a cash shell and after the Helium deal was announced, I would need the SP to be 252.5 :-O
Fingers crossed eh? lol
I believe the ticker will be HE1. I think that was on one of the rns'.
Estimated SP 6.02p
What price do we know he HE1 will open at ?
Also what's their ticker ?
Finally will my shares automatically be changed at HL pr do I need to contact them?
Sorry lots questions.
Thank you
similar journey glib but breakeven is a long way north of 15p. I think I need 40p plus but can at least see a realistic route to that depending on the drill results. Wish I was in at 2.5p or when AOGL delisted but thats life. Its all in a SIPP anyway so may see this towards production

I just noticed the 2 trades today and thought I had missed something.
As a long time investor in AOGL, I am not used to all this excitement, positivity and the SP moving up. I still have vivid recollections of those 3 placings that took place in around a 6 week period. Breakeven for me is around 15p now, but I really like the look of HE1. I may de-risk a little over 20p, but I think i'll be around a while longer.
Northcote, Mayan, AOGL... hopefully HE1 is the last iteration.
Unless we get bought out and make a tonne of money - I wouldn't complain about that. Here's hoping for a prosperous next year.
Have there been any articles or anything in the papers about the new listing? I haven't seen anything other than the Proactive stuff.
40p not as far fetched as it may seem.
About £180 mc.
Their are plenty of other companies with no income and resources either probable or in place
that are capitalised in the hundreds of millions.
If 40p is reached in the next few months I think all Attis shareholders would be very pleased myself included.
Roll on 8.00 am tomorrow, could get very interesting.
Looking forward to tomorrow and onward in the hope that this helps towards paying back all or some of the money some share holders like myself have lost over the years while investing in Northolt, Mayan, then Attis. I personally need this to hit 40p over the coming months to break even fingers crossed not just for me but for everyone that has stayed with this share over the years and all the new investors good luck everyone.
Good luck all for tomorrow, In for a good few on conversion, not sure what the market reaction will be tomorrow morning but it certainly is intriguing. I think it won't be long till we hit 10p once we are open for business
we wont start at 2.5p it will be 6.11p minimum
If I'm wrong, then my bad. I must have misunderstood the presentation and shareholder document. I'll put it down to part of a learning curve for me. Not long to wait.
If we start at 2.5p, That will be a good start. Buying time. GLA.
Bang on the nose mate MMs will use this and maybe even gap it up
They have already more cash than they need for the initial drills. Any further raise if required will be on the back of a resource upgrade and rising share price.
15% is irrelevant. This is the current trading price of helium one ... best indicator of what the market is prepared to pay
@SUEY77
The number of shares is based on the terms of one new Helium
One Global share for every 236 Attis Oil and Gas shares.
Please also note in order to retain market cap neutrality for
the event, the price being used for the addition of Helium One
Global will be adjusted based on the last traded price for Attis Oil and Gas
Read the Rns it states the closing price last night determins the helium one opening price x236 so 6.11p
