https://www.mining.com/goldman-recapitulates-5-a-pound-copper-price-by-end-2021/
maybe it got overheated but green demand for copper is going to outstrip supply for some time. esp. since miners are now hesitant to bring in new production which can take years to come online, by which time demand in the past disappeared. ev and related demand for copper is going to support prices for many years going forward. that doesnt mean copper needs to double each year, but it means miners will be making tons of free cashflow year after year. so they are buys on dips.
So the evidence this guys brings is a drop off in the sale of freezers will cause the price of Copper to fall??!! The elephant in the room is copper demand due to ESG factors and stimulus spending and he had no evidence that these strong factors will drop away or diminish.
He also failed to think about potential future supply disruption of copper either due to Covid or industrial action due to inflation. That's very real in my opinion.
I think we can file this video against i for ignore.
i'm no currency watcher, but if the double bottom,on the dollar, breaks lower from the 90's
then could see new highs on metal prices.
and yeah, not many posts on here to look out for

Wow - 2 posts in 3 days - I need to slow down!
Has the tax been agreed now or is there an appeal? At current pricing levels this will impact Anto's profit margin considerably but I dont know as much as others so just trying to get an idea. I'm holding anyway - I'm averagnig a price of just over £8 but want to get an idea of what is going to happen long term. TIA
dunno m8
that charts dreadfull tbh....i think its too early,to call the bottom, but it cant be far off.
anyway, hopefully you caught it and you'll find out, next week m8
dunno m8,news is a bit sketchy lately
but there was some earlier on,in the week, where the bottom house,of the governmnent, had voted the new wealth tax out.
so maybe, the right wing hardliners, are coming under pressure.

"Chile’s lower house approved introducing progressive taxes on copper sales in what could become one of the heaviest levies in global mining, potentially stalling investments and boosting prices."
The only negatives that I noted when looking at ANTOs sluggish behaviour: -
Some talk of industrial action/union unrest.
Mention of government additional taxation on booming metal producers so as to spread the prosperity.
Lower grades of Copper being extracted.
How come anto was down 2.65% today but Anglo-American up 3.55% and so Rio and bhp?
on Tuesday and topped up FXPO instead. ANTO appears sluggish for some reason I can't identify.
