NEX is good- well organised, well regulated and well run. I'm afraid the SP in the short term will be subject to the usual pumpers and dumpers - day traders scratching around for a living, but once the way ahead is clear, to quote my favourite band, The Killers, ' There's gas in the tank, money in the bank', then things will settle down very nicely.
This is a sound move and gives us a much needed breathing space as the Board sorts out the mess left by Lyth and Co. Given what Lyth had allowed to go on, staying on AIM and finding a nomad before February 1st was never going to happen. We now continue to trade, find a really good UK Ned, start implementing the future strategy which Zhang has already referred to, and look to a dual listing in due course once the market sees we're sorting ourselves out. Patience will be rewarded.
Think what bod are doing is to keep listed by going on nex whilst they secure nomad..allowing these to be tradable. Once they get nomad they can have dual listing aim & nex or drop out if NEX at later date...if so smart move!
So the application admission to NEX if accepted move over on the 1st Feb. Obviously we are in the same boat as it wa likely to be suspended on the AIM....By doing this it doesn’t look like an immediate replacement of nomad is forthcoming within the constraints of a 4th March full delist from the AIM.... Wise move, should I stay or should I go now ???
Also ‘UK based Non Executive Director’ also joining shortly..
Also Sounds like they looking at a nomad - but ‘unlikeky’ To be before 1st feb
doesnt seem like it will delist then
Not a bad idea to regroup on NEX with low costs also. Next step Nomad and a hugely vital strategic and viable plan asap!!!
So the NEX beckons !! Prepare yourself for cap raise...
Application made to nex market
Also I’ve been looking through some of the other companies that have / had northland as their nomad and are in the same boat as ANR, it’s not any of the companies that are the clients of northlands fault that they are merging with another broker. It’s Shocking how much that a lot of these companies have lost a lot in mcap because of a broker merger. Hopefully they all get new nomads, it could also give an opportunity for a trade.
Sutherland retires on Tuesday, so we have atleast two rns next week.
Yes I noticed it's still very high risk here but could be a very big multibag hense why I've gambled 4 grand here
Don’t know if people have noticed, but our 3 directors/major shareholders have sold zilch shares ..no panic here. We should here about the new bod and their immediate plans next week, which should be very interesting now that the old useless bod are out. K Southerland Q Zhang Chi Ma
Your a smart man itsallagame and youve clearly played it well today - good luck to us all next week :-)
I Had a few auto sells triggered today from my 13p and 14p buys last week, so I am now sat on just under 3% of the company. That is now profit and happy to let them carry, that’s probably what temporarily killed the rise.
The £10k delayed trade at 25p was one of them.
The RNS results was what we wanted, the stage is now set for the Chinese. Good luck all next week, my fingers are still crossed but not as tight as they were yesterday.
Moving in...gla
25p finish anyone..if news on Mon on nomad this will go absolutely wild...high risk so pls dyor!!
P&Ds Out, smart money moving in? Gla
Good luck with NT buying..
expect most on here need 1000p+ just to break even, that is how far the last lot have taken this down.
As all pumpers are out, it’ll be interesting to see some proper investor buying into close..if new CEO has been working in the background then we should see some buying..
tbh that comment smacks of :
a- betting on some long term plan and insider information with the earlier RNS being half truths.
b- someone who doesn't really invest but is taking big gambles.
c- someone who might be holding share and needs to boost interest to offload....
it could go well.......it might suspend.......and be reinstated.......it might suspend and you moneys stuck.......
I have the feeling its like pacing your money on Black 19 and hoping for a win......BE CAREFULL.
HOPE THEY DO GET A NOMAD IF ITS WHAT THEY WANT.
If they suspend the shares does't mean the end 4 of March is dead line for the broker to be appointed ...Remenber if this guys are for real, and have a decent structure in place ,this is so cheap they may get they friends to help them out ..Loads of money in China...
Astonishingly bad. Wow how this share has fallen. It will take a miracle to save this co.The co has saud itself that it is likely that there will not be a NOMAD appointed in time to stop these shares being suspended.
