True Mirasol, but I can't recall Angus signing a 51%/49% contract with any other energy company! Nor do EXXONMobil have a physical connection to a 10KM gas pipe that will need to be De-commissioned as Angus now do!
I don't imagine any other oil company would be paid for any gas produced?
Under this logic, Angus has no connection to Cuadrilla either!
JA51 - if a JOA creates a "corporate connection" then every oil company in the world is connected to each other - a JOA is the standard (and the current basic version was produced by the British National Oil Company in the late 1970's) which is used worldwide as template for oil & gas exploration and production. Everyone from EXXONMobil to ANGS use it day in day out...............
Oh and Another bit of good news for you believers.
Latest OFGEM chart has cas up to 38.04p a therm!

Thanks for your kind words Yanis2005.
I did promise the bb that I would Filter LLTM but as your discussing me I feel it's fair to make an exception.
I post any research I do good or bad for others to make decisions on. I would suggest that he looks at the fall in the share price reflects the ratio of good to bad FACTS I post.
Its no coincidence after all my research however I hold a very dim view of the company and its future.
Lastly, the whole weekend thread was pulled when he claims I got the wrong end of the stick as I suspect we reported each others posts.
Funnily enough, I was doing some more research today on Forum Energy Services Ltd the company solely in charge of Saltfleetby energy Anguses 49% partner the Poundland gas project.
Looking through the accounts it appears they have another £12 odd million De-Commissioning costs (Not liable to Angus) on top of the £2.5 mill given to Angus already.
A reminder of the Corporate nexus i apparently was mistaken about for anyone wishing to research themselves.
LLTM stated there was no connection between forum and Angus. This is simply untrue and I listed the reasons with links to back up my point.
Corporate nexus Connection 1
Forum Energy Services Ltd have sole control over Saltfleetby Energy Ltd
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/00953066/persons-with-significant-control
Corporate nexus Connection2
Forum Energy Services Ltd have bought the Convertable loan note from Riverfort over at AAOG.
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/AAOG/new-strategic-investor-and-termination-of-isa-11ui8tufqhdeuug.html
Corporate nexus Connection 3
Angus also have a £900,000 outstanding convertible loan note held by Riverfort
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ANGS/loan-balance-reduction-sqsalp5x68dkqha.html
Corporate nexus Connection 4
Angus has signed a contract with Saltfleetby Energy Limited
" the Company has now entered into a Joint Operating Agreement with Saltfleetby Energy Limited to formalise ongoing operations. "
https://www.lse.co.uk/rns/ANGS/saltfleetby-farmin-agreement-dlh93txu6khglrf.html
Even in company law signing a joint operating agreement means they have a connection.
LLTM decided to move the goalposts throughout the afternoon to the point that for a company to be connected to another it would need to hold shares in the said company to fulfil that description.
Even the corporate law analogy is quite obviously false as they have signed legal documents thus linking them legally.
Back on Filter for LLTM................... DYOR All
LLTM, I have been in ANGS since 2017.
JA51 always posted factual.
You cannot argue with the fact that this last post is VERY positive. If JA had a purely negative agenda as you put it, he would not have posted this link.
We all have our reasons for being here but I have to admit, JA’s posts have been not only factual but also very informative.
JA thanks for that link.
A positive post.
So all those people that accuse you of only posting negative ... take note. Factual posting.
