Hopefully, the Saltfleetby CPR.
Holding fire an a Q submission to allow a few days after their own Feb deadline.
Too early for a loan conversion, Riverfort still working through the last one.
So loan conversion or CPR?
The last time they answered Investor Questions on a Sunday it was to clear the decks for an RNS on the Monday.
Not saying that will happen on this occasion, but it might.
"Success at Balcombe and Saltfleetby is the only thing which will silence such detractors."
I'm fine with that but not providing a full HRA thus getting the EA offside thus causing the WSCC determination to be delayed didn't help their cause any, and of course Poundland is also slipping right and there is still no sign of the CPR that should have been finished in January 2020.
Lets not forget the other link Riverfrort. With Forum buying the AAOG stake directly from them!!
I sympathise. We received yet another question from this overwhelmingly negative poster last month. They are normally framed in the inflammatory language of an investigative journalist i.e. “Can you confirm or deny such and such” with dark hints of wrongdoings here, there and everywhere. Much of the information presented on the Boards by him is either plain wrong or simply wrongly interpreted. We attempt to answer all his assertions here, if only to rectify the misinformation and to show that we are genuine in our attempts to communicate openly with investors. Success at Balcombe and Saltfleetby is the only thing which will silence such detractors.
Answers to Investor Questions have been posted on Angus's website:
No mystery or conflict. Paul Forrest who runs Forum Energy Services Limited is well known to Angus and, having bid successfully for the Saltfleetby Asset, brought Angus into the transaction on terms already disclosed. The joint Directorship has been disclosed to the Board of Angus and these arrangements do not present any conflicts or confidentiality concerns as the Orwell Group Limited is not involved in the hydrocarbon industry. As such there is no need to disclose any further information.
The other common factor is of course Mike Wells. Following time with Candecca Resources, Mike was employed by ROC Oil to oversee the Saltfleetby Gas Field (the “Field”) and he remained with Wingas UK Storage Ltd on its acquisition of that Field.
Oh, that JDA!
Thank you for your post, gkb47, I was forgetting ...
JDA Consulting Limited, third biggest shareholder in Anguish Energy Plc, is also a holder in Forum Energy Ltd which is connected by Paul Forrest (ex director) to Forum Energy Services Ltd (current owner/director) who in turn own Saltfleetby (Paul Forrest also a Director) who sold 51% of the Poundland Gas field to Anguish Energy Plc. All seems jolly cosy doesn't it?
O yes!....good spot!!
Number 45 and 100
What does that stand for, please?
Did you also pick up on the JDA connection? Shareholder in both.
LOL .........it would appear LLtm has already read it as he references "No smoking gun" as Skittish does?
Could be no connection of course ................as we know he doesn't class connections as normal people do!
Posted by Skittish over on the AAOG BB....Hope they won't mind me posting it on here.
Courtesy of some hints on the ANGS bb there are a few interesting links floating around -
We have Forum Energy Services Limited
with Paul Forrest being sole director and having sole control (75%+ shareholding) taking a
a) a 24% stake in AAOG (us!) and
b) 100% of Saltfleetby Energy Limited (which used to be Wingas owned by The Russian Federation) with again Paul Forrest being sole director and £12M in the bank, which in turn owns 49% of the Saltfleetby Gas Licence pedl005 having sold off the remaining 51% to Angus Energy plc.
Angus Energy plc has been going for quite some time and has as one of its directors Carlos dos Santos Fernandes appointed to the board on 6 March 2019.
Forum Energy Limited (which used to be a plc) and which is owned by PXP Petroleum of the Philippines used until 31st May 2019 to have Paul Forrest as secretary published a Confirmation Statement on 1st April 2019 showing Philex Petroleum Corporation (now PXP) as the major shareholder but also a Mr Carlos dos Santos Fernandes on the shareholder register, who appears to be the same Carlos dos Santos Fernandes who is now Angus Energy FD.
In addition since March 2016 the r/o of Angus Energy plc has been Building 3 Chiswick Park 566 Chiswick High Street London W4 5YA and between 2009 to October 2018 the r/o of Wingas Storage Limited, now Saltfleetby Energy Limited, was, yes you've guessed it, Building 3 Chiswick Park 566 Chiswick High Street London W4 5YA.
So quite a few links here between the Saltfleetby players and between Forum Energy Services Limited who own 24% of AAOG and Forum Energy Limited the latter whose owner, PXP, appears to be at pains to distance that company from the other Forum - our Forum.
It makes you wonder why PXP want "their" Forum Energy Limited not to be linked to "our" Forum Energy Services Limited when there are some fairly clear links in terms of ownership, shareholdings, personnel, addresses and previous business relationships.
No smoking gun, but I do smell a whiff of cordite in the air.
" Forum has the clearest vision and best contacts that will enable it to deliver value for shareholders in the long term." - Sarah "I haven't a clue" Cope
"Paul Forrest, Chief Executive of Forum, commented "Forum has, through its investors and network, access to sources of funding as well as exciting and viable projects in the natural resources sector."
Why so secret?
Sorry not Forum Energy Services Plc. but rather Forum Energy Services Ltd. The other one was a Plc.
Tell you what Ja51 since you like a good investigation then you could check this company out.
Was previously named Forum Energy Plc and so went private. You might want to note that it had a previous director that resigned on 31 May 2019 just a few weeks before Wingas Storage UK sold their shares to a company with a similar name of Forum Energy Services Plc.
You might also be interested to look at the CS01 filed 1st April 2019, if you do you may spot some entries that will be familiar to you. Happy digging.
I’ve seen that one before. Can’t find any link to Angus though asides name. Could be related, although lots of companies utilise consultants in various shapes and forms and so in any event I think this is unlikely to be the smoking gun you are so desperately searching for Ja51.
Surprising Ja51... What Angus still up to their old tricks again?
Worth remembering: "On AIM no one can here you scream!"
ANGUS ENERGY CONSULTANTS LTD
Incorporated on 17 December 2019
Angus clearly don’t seem that bothered about it as they immediately disclosed the Q. It could be something fairly innocuous as both Carlos and Paul F have financial controller backgrounds and so don’t seem to really fit the deal maker background. That said I’d personally say from a corporate governance perspective it should be disclosed.
No Ja51. All the previous stuff was nonsense. The current one was a good spot. See, I give credit where credit’s due. Hope you liked the Q.
Ocelot Thanks for the heads up on LLTM.
O the irony.....apparently after trying to get banned for pointing out obvious connections he has had a revelation and this one counts!!!.........All the previous ones that led to this don't by the sounds of it though....lol
I'm starting to think he may finally be seeing the light????
