I agree 100%.
Rupert's buy-in cannot be quantified and should be viewed with scepticism IMHO until the BOD answer the de-listing question on their web site.
Will it be a Boris answer I wonder? (full of if's and but's and potential loopholes) or will it be a definitive NO?
I think Scarface's right about Rupy.
He is an apex trader. But look at the big trade, not .25P here and there. I think it is all about the delisting and/or making this an AIM shell company ( after all is diluted). The costs of starting from scratch are higher and more time consuming than his 6%. Either way PIs lose.
I wouldn't gamble on dumb luck bc all we have seen is the dumb.
Someone should let Rupert Labrum know - cus I have a sneeky suspicion that he his going to make a killing and the majority will be kicking themselves they didnt buy at the record lows. He who dares wins.... provided you only lose what you can afford.
Looking at the SP this week, some people clearly think they know something.... and whatever it is they think they know, it ain't good.
Did they find any oil yet?

You've lost me, wealdpwr.
In the article you cited dated 15/03/19, JT-P spoke as the non-board director of operations. You did not appear to be aware of his position at the time, citing him and stating: "IMO, not the words of a shareholder...".
I am not giving investment advice, I am expressing an opinion (imho).
Postalot
Are you actually saying a member of a company, regardless of title, when speaking to the press regarding company business is not speaking on behalf of the company ? If you think it is not authorised, why aren't you calling for JTP to be fired? You don't , because you know he is a shadow director.
Postalot has proven prior, he doesn't understand Finance (NPV) or Investing (telling people to invest in ANGS all the way down, therefore only losing ). ...sigh
What is your point today? IMO it is just vapor.
IMHO , you should not be giving anyone investment advice on this BB. However carry on, you need to put food on the table. I hope the ANGS troika is paying you by the word.
GLA and please DYOR
YL,
Wealdpwr didn't appear to realise that JT-P was ANGS's non-board director of operations at the time of the article he cited, hence my post.
Ocelot: "they were the words of the company's non-board director of operations."
They were the words - "AS THE ENTIRE SHARE TRADING WORLD OF AIM ALREADY KNOWS" - of Toxic Tidswell - the man who has been 'systematically" running Angus into the ground since inception.
The only thing we need clearing up is if he is terminally inept... or alternatively has a"sly" strategy to take this company private at PI's expense?
“We will be able to achieve a lot more in the rest of 2019 than we have been able to do in the last couple of years in total.” -JTP in the London Economic
IMO, not the words of a shareholder...
---------------------
What I am saying, wealdpwr, is that, at the time of the article, 15/03/19, JT-P was the non-board director of operations.
Of course, the words cited by yourself were not those of a shareholder, they were the words of the company's non-board director of operations.
Postalot
Nineteen posts yesterday and the shares are still sub 1p for very good reason.
You said,"Rather an old article, wealdpwr, 15/03/19." You are tacitly admitting anything the company said this year is 'old' and therefore should not be taken on-board.
Therefore shareholders cannot believe any ANGS public statements.
Finally, you agree. Keep the ANGS PR rolling.
Good God! BUTD is back - no doubt double faced crook will be posting tomorrow................ train leaving station, 3500 bopd .......
I just saw this sign in a train station - Probably paid for by Angus Energy ha

"Rather an old article, wealdpwr, 15/03/19." Ocelot today on this BB.
The fact remains that Tidswell was bang on right. The SP was 10.65 on Jan 1, 2019. The company has therefore absolutely achieved a lot more - but sadly solely in terms of share price decimation - than it was able to do in any previous years.
And decimation is exactly the right word - the current SP is c. one tenth of what it was on New Year's Day.
Rather an old article, wealdpwr, 15/03/19.
At the time, JT-P was the non-board director of operations.

Postalot, If you wouldn’t mind, have a word with George at your next meeting. Would you ask him what loans are available for the rest of us shareholders? I reckon we can do better than the high street banks, especially since we can pay it back whenever we chose or not. GL seems quite flexible.

JTP is a "Director of New ventures" or "Director Business Development" or similar - but he's not LEGALLY a Director of the Company - he's not on the Board any more. It's a title.
He's still around tho and still the man pulling the strings IMHO
JT-P is a director, but he's not on the board.
You can sack management, but you can't can't sack a shareholder.
Need to develop a thicker skin, YL :-)
Sorry Gkb47
... I'm sure Ocelot must be Tidswell in disguise... as he gets under my skin equally effectively... LOL ;-)
I haven't forgotten anything Ocelot.
And the last time I checked: Tidswell was still a director - despite repeated failure, double dealing and damage to shareholder value!
YL,
You've forgotten what prompted this exchange about the "team"/the board, your statement that "... back in the real world... people who repeatedly fail to perform - even basic tasks - are "rightfully" sacked!" (your post of 18:51)
Now you're just being pedantic Ocelot.
The fact remains that this "has" and probably always will be a badly managed company... and Tidswell is the common thread!
