A few better explanations in that RNS then previous, thank you.
When they explain brockham like that I’m glad they stopped and didn’t spend the extra cash on the Kim zone, they didn’t delay it longer still and didn’t give BS about it.
In comparison I think a Vonk rns would have said that they are still drilling and testing brockham and that there is great potential in that part of the Kimmeridge (while he thinks - maybe in a few thousand years when as it matures)
On to the next project.
DHC...Just wait until the trolls have had a bit more posting time....weak will sell..then the ,MM,S will open this up full throttle.....glaholders
1.33p offered in one go for my 1.5mil, MM will take them
Agree Doubleheadedcoin , I believe sp will hit 2p much sooner than we expected.
Will1734- Agree a good day ahead, started already.
Will1734
Not a Troll at all, just stating the facts but some on here never learn.
Great share for day traders and will be until they go back to Balcombe early next year.
vol 6mil after 12 mins...could be good day..imho
Actual Bid 1.32p....Displayed bid 1.25p...says enough for me...glah
Sell if you want but it looks like MM's trying to scare some into relinquising their shares. Nothing particularly negative in the CC.
Positive move coming.
Well the market did not like that RNS / conference call open 1.26p
This is the bit I like..and maybe a slight SP rise accordingly to 1.85p mid
"The Company has not ruled out other options for the Licence or the Site one of which involves returning to address the Portland layer with the help of prudent reservoir management. Additionally a disposal of the Licence has not been ruled out and discussions continue in that regard with one party. All these options are subject ultimately to the consent of Partners and the approval of regulators."
The wording in today’s RNS sound very optimistic for a change !
Hope the company will test the Portland in Brockham as stated in the RNS rather than selling its license .. either way the current shareprice gives 0 value to Brochkam so any cash to be made from Portland production or selling the license should add considerable weight to the sp.
That's not a year that's a Weasley get out of previous statements.
Questions were also asked regarding the Company's immediate financial commitments at Balcombe and Brockham and Managing Director George Lucan noted that the Company's recent equity placement and offer to shareholders included adequate provision for both sets of works and additionally that the Company's cash resources were presently sufficient to meet all reasonable liabilities in the forthcoming months.
Foreseeable year I think was the words used ..
RNS Summary
russell70..."I can’t see this rising any higher for a few months"
Turn your PC on that would be a start...lol
I can’t see this rising any higher for a few months, so will probably drift down slowly
Morning all...anyone got the recorded link on Angus web site...TIA
PBoo, thanks for the explanation, makes sense. I remember seeing that orange bit of kit in your tweeter post.

If this is such a great buy for optimists and new money, why would you need to be on here touting this tomfoolery? Or putting others down?
ANGS is pure entertainment, so I don't begrudge you for your bet and playing on this BB. You will keep attracting the naysayers with all of your descriptive, faux market speak and blue sky hype of a tenuous business case ( to be generous). The optimism , ramping, call it what you will is simply nonsense based on error ridden rationale and the facts.
Angus is not an investable asset. Today's call proved it.
Where is the RNS? Remember what Lord Lucan stated in the Annual Report, " Following Jonathan Tidswell-Pretorius’s share dealing and resignation from the board the Company has initiated its own investigation into the matter which has drawn on too long. The investigation is still ongoing, under my supervision, and we aim to bring this matter to a rapid conclusion with an RNS release before the AGM."

Evening Percy,
Yup, totally bemused that anyone thinks this is all fine and dandy. Takes pencil and paper, lick tip of said pencil, and write in the pros and cons columns on the paper. Pros outweigh cons then you are hopefully onto something good.
Cons outweigh pros then it takes some serious thinking.
Until recently they pretty much balanced, even tipped in favour of the pros. Now...I see nothing positive in the near future, only a cash drain.
I wish it was worth my while cutting my losses but there is hardly any point.
7 Ps didn’t work this time.
Ah well
Back to the tried and tested, ground, situation, mission
Evening Bootie, I'm just as amazed as you that in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary there as still folks here prepared to trust ANGS BoD. You really can't fight that - sometimes all you can do is stand totally bemused and wonder. If you're still in the game for a calculated risk (the legitimate type) - check out AEX - you'll find a few comments there from me (been there before unsuccessfully) - but there's relatively short term potential (DYOR - goes without saying (apply the 7 P's of course) - what do we ex-Rupert's know eh!? LoL)). With ANGS all we can really do is take the hit, learn what lessons it offers - be glad you're a survivor (albeit walking wounded) and move on. Scratcher time here - just finished a long emergency stag looking after grandchildren. However, the sun will rise tomorrow - guaranteed - trick is to be alive when it happens - all things are relative eh!?
E_AL: You really haven't been paying attention have you - see below.
No sageman, the drill did not fail. We were repeatedly led to believe all was good...water isolated, plug successfully installed, similar to HH....etc, etc, etc.
Preparations under way to flow test gives a very good indication all is well, so please explain why a mere 4 days later, with no further testing, we are suddenly not only uncommercial, but in talks with a buyer.
All in 4 days !!
We have been led up the garden path, and the gas acquisition rang major alarm bells when it was announced. That tells me loud and clear they have known for months that there were problems. Months that could have been used to get Balcombe back on track.
Sageman: You've misunderstood or misinterpreted - I have sold - and decided this afternoon to stay out - permanently. Who knows what the future holds - but I totally distrust the BoD and consequently will not invest here - trusting the BoD is in the top three of my criteria for involvement in any stock. I should have sold months ago (would have saved myself a fortune!) - but like many here was sold the deceit. Ultimately I carry the can and my responsibility - but deceit is not meant to be part of the investment equation here - even on AIM. However, good luck to you.
