Sageman, the evidence to date speaks for itself.
All timelines have been missed by a country mile.
The one thing Ill give Lucan credit for is in his Video Interview when he said if First Gas slipped into the new year dont shoot him.
So he may well know the true timetable but desperately trying to muster the interest by over promising and persistently under delivering date wise.
I am still hopeful, 1.5p-2.0p no chance anytime soon, if warrant holders at 1.35p average (1.2p-1.5p) provide some much needed capital injection as that is already part of the number of issues...
My estimates 1.275bn shares in issue (warrants etc), and then whatever the brokers and MMs want to value this at so 2p is £25m region.
This was once £50m+ on hope, now on a path towards Production of a spiked price asset class at £8m market cap.
Remarkable.
GDR NCYT show what happens when a sector turns back in favour.
Small Oil and Gas Stocks time will come eventually IMO.
GLA
Great so every PI knows more about the company than the management. Laughable and somewhat egotistical on behalf of the posters themselves. For my part I am very relaxed and await the next RNS as opposed to listening to self appointed experts who actually "know" SFA and present their suppositions as fact. I await an RNS and actual production like the rest of the market!
Yanis
They've never met their own deadlines
Accept it.
First Gas April/May 22 In my opinion hence lowly market cap
EchDelta, what are you smoking? A bit incomprehensible again.
If 1st gas doesn’t’ t flow by March then forget it … is very unlikely for the SP to rerate after that. Angus does need to meet this deadline, there is absolutely no excuse for not doing so … the £12 mil funding has been available for a while now.
Not to meet this deadline means utter incompetence. There is no other excuse - we do know that EA approval is not required until hot commissioning - so no excuse for not meeting the self declared deadline.
Go by the CPR
FIRST Gas by mid Feb 22 isn't believable hence share price.
Just accept it's anytime after March, I've said April May for sometime and actually even before CPR.
As for company update, don't expect anything tomorrow.
More like next few days.
Schedule hahahahaha you having a giraffe? There won't be one soon. Why? Their intentions or desires to provide an update are mandatory in Lucans eyes perhaps?!
As for the selling of around 6m over two days... Restless people really.
Sageman, we need to built a gas plant before we can produce gas. It does take a certain amount of time to build the plant, irrespective of what the CPR and RNS is saying.
Unless site activity is seriously ramped up and equipment delivery is seriously expedited now, we are not going to see 1st gas in Feb/mid-March.
Anyway, Angus now only has tomorrow to issue the long awaited SFB reconnection plan now promised for November. The day after tomorrow we are in December.
I read posts here with incredulity. The last RNS was only 26th October. They said they are aiming for 1st gas in Feb but the CPR is still set for 15/3. Thus if they hit gas in Feb they would be ahead of their revised schedule. They also said that they aimed to give a further update during November. Forgive me but we are still in November!!! Personally I am very relaxed..crap company, crap management but they got lucky due to the spike in gas. I still expect to escape here in profit but the SP awaits news of actual production.
NeoGeo - a risky bet lol
Angus Energy is where it is due to traders and missed dates?
Crocqman let’s see who’s right I’ll bet you we’ll hit 1.5-2 by xmass. Loser pays £1000 to chosen charity with evidence.
Edit.
I meant the 'fact' that the SP will rise, rocket, etc
Still filtered
NeoGeo,
You keep posting that it is a 'fact' that the SP is rising.
It is not a fact, in reality it is lower now than it has been for 2 months despite many who keep saying it will be over 1p soon and keep rising.
Your zero substance ramps, are just as bad as the deramping posters who you keep berating.
As a result, now filtered along with them
Another libel, NeoGeo? On top of your fairytale that this is "guaranteed" and "cannot fail"? Be careful... your blatant dishonesty is becoming ever more visible.
Hits
You’re a loser whose paid to deramp this stock otherwise who else would spend every minute of their life deramping a stock with no monetary incentive?
Fact is the price will fly soon you and your boss can’t stop it.
2p next stop buy time.
PS and of course Crocqman is as ever the voice of reason. Nothing is nailed on (when is it ever?) and pretending that it is, is pure dishonesty looking to dupe the unwary - or at best arrant stupidity.
NeoGeo, feel free to point out a single libellous comment I have made.
(I won't hold my breath).
Interestingly, accusing someone of libel where there is none can in and of itself be seen as the commission of a libel, so do tread with care. Mind you, your claim that I get paid to comment is a blatant lie, so I doubt that being honest much concerns you.
Crocqman, fully agree. It will indeed n be too naive to assume that success (particularly as in us shareholders making money) is guaranteed because of the £12 mil funding facility.
Angus needs to get their skates on and deliver 1st gas as per last promise - only this will improve our odds of making money as shareholders.
Head in the sand you seem quite angry whilst posting libellous information. Fact is the share price is going to fly once we start producing. Even your bosses who pay you to deramp can’t stop it. :)
STRONG BUY will break 1p shortly
NeoGeo, the point here is not whether or not SFB will be delivered at some time in the distant future.
The issue here is … will an investor here make money? The answer to this is not that straight forward.
Angus started with 200 odd million shares and was not meant to increase that, was meant to live off cash from operations (Lidsey was meant to keep the lights on). Angus now has circa one billion shares following last placing.
What if the delay in starting SFB forces them in to another huge placing? Say at 0.6p or less. Will we be making money then?
No excuses … SFB MUST start producing gas in Q1 2022 as in latest promise and no later. Else?
Sadly, things can and do fail. And they do all the time.
The argument that Aleph putting in £12m is some kind of guarantee of success here is a very weak argument.
Yes, they will have pored over all of the data, weighted up risks, etc, before agreeing to the financing, but there are NO guarantees, and imo it is very naive as an investor to think otherwise.
"Saltfleetby cannot fail", eh? In what sense?
If you mean "Saltfleetby cannot fail, or the company is almost certain to disappear", I'd agree with you entirely.
However, if you mean "it is impossible for Saltfleetby to fail", then you are of course talking utter nonsense.
Saltfleetby cannot fail. Aleph would not have invested £12 million into the project if it could. Only way is up from here strong buy.
Lets see what excuse they come up with tomorrow or day after on Q&A
Ocelot, not enough time for 15 March either, for this to happen we need to see equipment delivery and serious ramp up of site activity now.
Imho, their salaries are most definitely not exorbitant - until the rise, they were particularly modest.
14/02/22 is the date Angus are aiming for, the competent person has retained 15/03/22.
