Sage, so you think GL is stringing major investors along saying there will be a 50% dividend payout on profits.
Sage gas is imminent and by the Twitter posts we are nano close fact gla
Sage, I'm not disagreeing that the share price hasn't befitted from the horrible situation in Ukraine. But ANGS are not still in business as a result of it.
Gl sage you will imho escape with a profit and more
Howey, check out the increase in the price of commodities and how they escalated as war approached. Without that we would be lucky to be at 0.5p. The upside here is 90% driven by the hope of selling the balance from the sidetrack in excess of the hedge at between 150 and 300 per therm. At 50 it is much less appealing and without the sidetrack…The sp reflects the fact that there is still no gas long after when George promised .
Asher with all due respect you could have said that at many points in this journey. Saltfleetby was sold to us as a saviour but based on very different timescales and budgets. If you rely solely on pure luck with your investments you may as well go to a casino. Personally I prefer research. I am happy to accept the luck and escape with a profit but ….GLA
Asher,
I live in the real world and that is why I know credibility is very important
and I'm glad your happy.. as they say ignorance is bliss and all that
and I do know projects don't always complete on time & I do know that the current supply issues have caused a challenge.. ..
As I have said be before there is no credible reason for repeatedly pushing out the completion like they have.
As im sure you are aware, since January 2022 we have been told or rather its has been implied with the usual non committal verbs, we will have first gas on: end of q1, around the end of April, 1st June,, mid to late June, now first week to middle of July .
And just to be clear, its not the delays that are the issue (I am sure there are reasonable reasons for some of them), it GLs repeated false completion dates that are the issue and his attention grabing headline statements that are unrealistic (£7m revenue June) & unfulfilled (unhedged production in June).
no need to be voluntarily undermining the little credibility left and It is excusable to be claiming to be 6 weeks from completion and still be incomplete 12 Weeks later.. he has either no idea what is going on, his project team are treating him like a mushroom or he is just stringing shareholders along..
Which ever you want to chose it is indefensible and unjustifiable ..
so I will stand over my statement that it would be foolish to take any notice of a 'hint' he makes when you cant take what he actually tells you at face value.
Sage, I'm not sure about your comment about Ukraine there because ANGS haven't benefited from that yet. I suppose you could argue that Aleph agreed to the deal to buy the rest of SFB because of the hedge benefits but that didn't HAVE to happen.
Sageman with out the sarcasm, Aim isn’t just about DD a little luck goes a long way and if only hindsight was easy apply to Aim and life we would all be millionaires:-)
Angs is turning a very big corner from almost going to the wall I took the risk and I suggest the future looks very bright imho
Asher - lucky you. You arrived late at the party and are in profit. However, do some research and look at GL’s track record. How he sold Saltfleetby to us. The initial due diligence. The devastation of the sp. The massive mistakes in budgeting, the delays. The mismanagement. Many here have every right to be extremely annoyed. Were it not for the war in Ukraine the company would be bust. Lucky Lucan but pure dumb luck . I expect to escape in profit but solely due to the massive increase in gas prices .
How long before we hear about our Geothermal venture.
Maybe we have a lot of nearer income streams to stroke before we go there.
Silly buttons, pretty much your name says it all and perhaps you should starting living in the real world and grow up.
Being involved in many projects in my working life very few time lines get hit and the environment at the moment makes it very difficult indeed.(well done angs)
I’m very happy with my 5 million shares all bought from .7 to 1.27 I expect to see 2/3p very soon and the market is about to wake up to angs becoming a cash cow Aimho gla
"George hinted at something exciting about Lidsey, with a throwaway remark in a previous interview.
Something like doubling of the CPR."
GL said in the interview we could have £7m revenue for June
GL said all Junes production would be unhedged
Both completely true statements and neither happened..
I wont be giving any credence to any 'hint' he makes when you cant rely on what he says
Bensherb UK gas currently 250p/Therm
Bensherb - thank you - you’ve also given me some numbers to reconcile - should keep me busy. Thanks again anyway.
The gas will be settled on the Day ahead market, which is determined by the market each day. for most of summer DA prices have been between 160p and 180p.
The hedge volumes stated are in monthly totals, but ice contracts are for a set volume each day multiples of 5000th/d, so they probably have 35000th/d or 40,000th/d hedged. While there is no production the contract will cash out at the difference between the hedge price and the DA price. ie angs owing 40kth/d at £1.2.
When production kicks in they will get paid any production above the hedge at the DA rate. while this is 160 at the moment, in Europe its at 360p/th. a level where the winter is now trading.
does anyone know the deal on what we get paid for the gas - is it an average of the first 5 days of the month, OR last 5 days - or what ???
yawn..Im bored now. See you at the 10p party, make sure you wear the court jesters outfit.
"they are getting their gas"
Actually they aren't and even George L reckons it will be at least a week or more
The hedged volume for July to September inclusive is for 3.375 million therms. The expected output during that period from existing wells B2 and A4, assuming a start date of 1 July is approximately 5 million therms and comfortably exceeds the hedged amount''
Assuming..expected... didn't we hear that about a dozen times about First Gas?
Silverlight here's Mirasol/anusol with his mates.https://search.yahoo.com/search?fr=mcafee&type=E211US105G0&p=weasel+pictures
go back and read the RNS ... ''The hedged volume for July to September inclusive is for 3.375 million therms. The expected output during that period from existing wells B2 and A4, assuming a start date of 1 July is approximately 5 million therms and comfortably exceeds the hedged amount''
they would virtually still get their gas if we didn't produce until the end of July at 1.65m a month.
Stop posting outright lies designed to scare newcomers.
Mirasol,I bet Ruthy carnt wait to spread the SBY news eh eh eh !
*warming
what you on about? load of bll@cks they are getting their gas, thats no breach of contract. The 1st was always a loas of nonsense as some sort of 'Armageddon' to scare. Im warning to hits, you're still king troll.
