Not on twitter
Lol! @iknownuffin - do you follow me on Twitter? ; )
Really makes no difference (unless you’re a day trader) whether this goes up a few percent or down a few. The fact is, in 2-3 weeks, or possibly less, lending will resume and this will 2x, 3x or more from these levels. Just relax It’s that simple
Scrambler you over on twitter yet ??
Absolutely IKN, a few weeks to notify they are lending again and the sp will explode.

Scrambler seems to think it's just him and his gang that have shares in Amigo, everyone else is making it up :)
How can you sell jimmy56 when you dont hold any ha ha ha ha. Pathetic!
Viking, IKN hasn’t posted opinions. He’s posted numbers that are demonstrably untrue. My investments were never based on those factual inaccuracies, so knowing that he’s wrong doesn’t affect my investment decision.
Of course I’m constantly wondering whether I should sell. That’s the point of a chat board - to ask questions and see what info comes back to inform decisions.
Like many, I find this share a constant disappointment but also fascinating possibility. That’s why I’m still holding.
Jimmy --- If you are so concerned about what iknow' says and all the research you have done is countering his opinions. May i suggest it is best you sell and move your funds elsewhere just incase you lose them here.
Jimmy that is fine I take no offence but I won’t be trawling through to post it here , be comfortable with your investment or sell up it’s simple
Jimmyg56
"Im not looking for negatives, I’m looking for facts."
You have seen 101 negative things in your last 101 posts.
Why don't you sell and move on if you are so sure that this company is going to fail.
Please don't take this as a personal attack. I really can't see your motive here.
Jimmy , your profile and previous posts are for all to see the same “questions “ your asking now you have regurgitated 10 times previously and surely you have the answers for your “ investment “ by now ???
Iknownuffin. Well I’ve trawled and I can find nothing to support what you’ve posted this morning about a two year complaints deadline, a loan book of 40-50k, or sudden changes in FCA criteria in 2017. So until you can provide some references, I’m just going to assume you were mistaken.
I’m sorry to sound irritable but it starts to grate when I read so much misinformation but I get called a parasite. I guess it’s because some people prefer comforting bullsh*t to difficult realities.
Seamus, I could not be assed to find the complaints stuff but great find , I don’t think the likes of us that has been here for months gang up , bully or other I have no problem in facts but it’s too easy to say “ I have invested in amigo “ , we can all go to twitter and prove our investment and point proven to move forward but if jimmy , Bryn and some others have invested it’s incredible that there are literally no positive comments at all which no matter what will make all others question their intention so .....
Im not looking for negatives, I’m looking for facts.
You said - “ You know there is a 6 year limit to making a claim and the longer you wait the less likely you are to win
Any loans pre 2014 can't be claimed against”
That is factually not true.
Jimmy , I don’t have to back up my posts by copying and pasting , if you wish to find the information then great if not my opinion or facts mean nothing , I have no problem or issue with that or you at all :)
Come on Jimmy, Please - You really are looking for negatives. The question is why ?
The below would account for a tiny number and you know it
The Ombudsman cannot consider a complaint if the complainant refers it to the Financial Ombudsman Service:
(1) more than six months after the date on which the respondent sent the complainant its final response, redress determination or summary resolution communication; or
(2) more than:
(a) six years after the event complained of; or (if later)
(b) three years from the date on which the complainant became aware (or ought reasonably to have become aware) that he had cause for complaint;
unless the complainant referred the complaint to the respondent or to the Ombudsman within that period and has a written acknowledgement or some other record of the complaint having been received;
unless:
(3) in the view of the Ombudsman, the failure to comply with the time limits in DISP 2.8.2 R or DISP 2.8.7 R was as a result of exceptional circumstances; or
(4) the Ombudsman is required to do so by the Ombudsman Transitional Order; or
(5) the respondent has consented to the Ombudsman considering the complaint where the time limits in DISP 2.8.2 R or DISP 2.8.7 R have expired (but this does not apply to a “relevant complaint” within the meaning of section 404B(3) of the Act).
FOS doesn’t have a hard six year limit. You can have longer in some circumstances. See FCA rule 2.8.2:
https://www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/DISP/2/8.html
Ilnownuffin - it would be helpful if you could back up your posts. Just saying something doesn’t make it true.
The broad outline of affordability standards have been in place since 2010. Yes, there have been updates and amendments over the years (most significantly in November 2018) but the basic principles have been the same for over 10 years since the previous regulator published this:
https://webarchive.nationalarchives.gov.uk/20140402161821/http://oft.gov.uk/shared_oft/business_leaflets/general/oft1107.pdf
This is as per the High Court judgment:
“It is to be noted that the guidance given in CONC is substantially derived from OFT 1107 paragraphs 4.29, 4.2, 4.1, 4.10, 4.6, 4.3 and 4.4”
The rampers and derampers will never make me question anything unless it’s based on fact , I’m sorry the facts on this company speak for itself and never forget something has to come down to go up so I’ll just sit here and be patient
Jimmy56 is another one of those parasites.
Not true Scrambler, I am invested at a higher price but am trying to challenge myself about my holding to see if my beliefs stand up to scrutiny.
The source is previous rns , previous figures from amigo , amigo website , FCA ruling to amigo .... please go and find and you will see that I’m right
Jimmy
