I got a few more this morning be rude not to
The 1st judge passed the 2nd didn’t
We would of been in the 50’s now plus if it had passed
I agree Anonamouse - ASAG don’t represent me and I have 1500000 shares
The FCA are quango clowns and I didn’t like their effect on the case either but investing comes with warning & risks
They ASAG (IMHO) are no better than the people who took guarantor loans knowing the terms then claiming for compensation…. They are trading in shares FFS - it comes with risks and you can’t go for the big bucks but then whine like scared snowflakes the minute it doesn’t go your way
*have - sorry its early in the morning!
Fine, if that's what you want. Please tell the ASAG that i would want wording in all further actions / letters that they don't represent me or other shareholders.
I would prefer if we didn't had some armchair lawyers creating another variable in all this mess. You are already represented, they are called the board of directors!

I am a Member of the ASAG.The Letter States only the clear facts regarding FCA involvement. What it does do is to give an identity to what 'The Shareholders ' actually means. Not big faceless Companies, but real normal hard working people.I was willing to provide my personal details.Real name. Should the ASAG vanish after SOA2,well that's fine by me.It has been said that no publicity is bad publicity. We will see.But I now feel I am not a sheep being ignored and to be disposed of without any thought.
Mark .... " is a good look " or do you mean isn't a good look ?
These morons kill have 0 impact either up or down. Their arrogance astounds thinking it might.
In addition the FCA wont be swayed, they are above tha. Indeed they have to be.
HH I don’t have an issue with the sentiment but just think putting it in the public domain is a good look.
Just limit this sort of activity is all I would say.
The FCA are run by people after all and people are subject to emotions, retaliation etc.
The FCA won’t do anything. It’s not as if they’re going to throw a massive tantrum and punish people that criticise them. They’ll look like fools.
Not great seeing this article but hopefully it gets forgotten as quickly as it got wrote up.
It won’t influence the runnings of Amigo or SOA 2.0 so not material news but negative PR we can do without.
Agreed Viking. But I declined the offer of the 2%ers last year , Said I don’t like the Vinson “list” of recent and I’m no fan of this.
Maybe I’m just not a team player :D
Mark ............ I do not agree with it, that is why i never signed up to it. Personally, i do not think it will be helpful. I hope i am wrong and if i am i will state such on here. I think the BoD should be left to do what they are paid to do. They made a mistake last time. We have all made mistakes in the past. I feel they should be left to sort it out with the FCA and i do not feel antagonising the FCA will help. I accept the right of those who have signed up to the group and protest as they see fit BUT i fear it will play into the hands of the FCA. As i stated earlier, i hope i am wrong !
HH yeah not the route I’d choose … im not part of it
I dont see how it would warrant a drop tho. More a question if if the FCA take kindly to it and if GJ would rather be left to it. Clearly cherry picked from the letter tho.
No telling how it will be received.
Brace yourself for another drop now ???????
Mouse I thought this was a sure thing? Lol
Who was the person that advertised for this Share Holder Action Group? It was in here, a couple of weeks ago.
Hopefully the letter also said the shareholders want to see the customers compensated, but as always the media will cherry pick the bits they want to report.
I'm not sure how I feel about this? It could do more harm than good. The FCA have made it clear they might want to wipe out the shareholders, I hope this doesn't become an added problem for Gary and the BOD.
Oh Boy Indeed!!.....we will all be tarred with the same brush here !!!
Now I'm no expert, but I would always advise against poking a sleeping Grizzly with a short stick.!!!
GLA
shortCINE. What good news? All I see is a 'leaked' and uncontrolled action from a bunch of amateurs. PR is an art form, which although I will never understand I will appreciate. This is a rogue element and another factor for the Board to consider. At best the FCA will ignore, at worst they will push back on.
As ever, always open to alternative views and opinions.
Would be nice after the action groups recruitment drive if they had had the courtesy to tell the other investors (judged as insignificant) of their intent.
What rankles the most is that it says they are representing all of us. Not me.
How don't you see this as good news?
this is amazing ^^
Words fail me.
