Here's a link to his blog (probably already posted) he explains how he sees it, I respect the man for his upfront and honest opinion.
Other than bieng a hero and humiliating the people whom he blames for the demise I don't see what his motivation would be to get involved, I think the Richmond group probably make a **** load more money than amigo, and he already no doubt has more money than most could dream of.

I’m certainly expecting volatility over the coming weeks that’s for sure ..... fingers crossed on the timing!
hillman & mark... I honestly think this will be the best return in the short term, hanging there, 21+ is no brainer, I know there r many crazy noise out there but just try to ignore it, we going to hug this baby sooner than we think! Happy Sat!
I would be surprised if JB is buying them. I think the authorities would have something to say about share price manipulation if that was the case. But never worry, someone is buying not just us lot to make the daily 50-100M volume. We wont find out whom for a while yet though as the MMs will be holding the 10% stock for them.
When you look at the share price one year ago it’s mind boggling the drop!
Yep agreed hillman I don’t see me being fully out of this one I think I will keep a toe continuously dipped in the water. Be nice if in a years time the reintroduced the divi at levels like before now wouldn’t it?
Omg, that's a huge amount on this, fair play for showing your hand. I don't have the capital or the balls for that!!
I have no doubt you will make unbelievable profit on this, just when is the question? And how comfortable are you with paper losses? I don't think AMGO will go bust regardless of FCA outcome or Covid slowdown. If a TR1 drops stating a buyer this could rerate in a flash.
Heres my 2 cents (what's left after amigo) I got in far to early at 20p before it tumbled further and further got my position closer to 14p now but never sold when if flew up those 2 days, I from all I've read jb has no intention of stopping the sale of the shares what he hasn't mentioned is if he has a 1% buy instruction he is not going to play all of his cards it would not surprise me that come the end of the sale of his shares he ends up with more money than the 20. 9p offer and a shed load of shares at the same time. Having held these so long I do wonder how much I could have made had I just sold them bought something else with the money all these weeks ago but hay ho, my intention is to hold and hope to make enough to sell some and hold some long term.
Nah its something completely different i noticed that JB has been seeding.

"A short thread about US policing.
Over the last 2 years I’ve been funding a US consumer lender that we seeded. They lend up to $10k, backed by a guarantor. Like most lenders, they are the subject of attempted fraud every hour of every day."
Itsagame. Do you mean these US Bank trustees?

@ hillman
Anecdotally and going completely off subject many many years ago I had a very minor admin job in a stockbrokers ( don’t work in that arena now before you ask ) and on a company shin dig being the very green office junior type lad I asked one of the brokers how the hell people accumulate such wealth as I used to see on the sold and bought transfer documents. Very casually he gave me a matter of fact type response. “It’s simple really you just aim to get between a 50% and 100% return each time and keep rolling it into the next fantastic opportunity” But the key he said was to not get attached to how great you think the company is you are just there for the return and nothing else then move on to the next one and keep compounding those returns.
I hear that. I poured friday mornings Tomco profit into this, still have some more to catch any dip on Monday.
Right behind you hillman
Hillman yes I do your not alone.
could JBs US based guarantor lending company be the buyer who has offered 21p?
he said Amigo is under leveraged, and thats how Americans love to buyout companies, buy them out with their own cash.
Hillman anyone would think you are trying to become a millionaire
Funny how on Monday I had the utmost confidence in all my holdings but one by one confidence seems to be draining away .... I still think medium term this will work out well just need one positive rns and it will take off again ....... otherwise short term I see it hovering just below 10p if we do get a sudden drop I am ready to load up again but still holding 10k worth for the medium term
Always good for a giggle these boards.
Craig - good on you for calling this guy out. He should either open a short, join in or go away. Until they make their position clear they have no credence.
Hillman I know what you are saying. JB will continue offload but that brings great opportunity for all of us and more importantly some institutions. The huge volume is evidence enough for me that some big IIs are getting involved and frankly this dwarves the 1% daily sale. Sure no RNS yet but why would they? They want the price as low as possible to load up.
Ive been thinking the same Hillman. I'm out of this at as of Thursday. Am really thinking of getting back in at some point. But....
JBs tweets read like sour grapes towards 90% of shareholders(who voted against him),Hamish and the other 2 BOD leaving soon. And I have a feeling he might be saying FU to everyone and running the SP the ground. Seems crazy to us when you can command much more for his shares but hes probably already very wealthy and proving a point may be his driving factor. Something just dosnt add up. The new guy appointed the other day has given me some faith this can be a good investment.
i aim to please Hillman
faz , either buy some shares and join in ... or **** off
